This hotel really exceeded our expectations! The condo was bigger and better than we expected. The great view topped it off. We will definitely be staying there everytime we go to Panama City Beach!

I have stayed in many rooms and have seen many views. While returning from Disney World we decided to do some scuba diving. The room was outstanding. Great view with lots of room and very comfortable. I would say that this is the best room we have ever stayed in. We have decided to make this the place we stay when we go to the beach

Dirty sticky finger marks on doors, living room sofa smelly, no hair dryer, no internet in that unit, office said you should be able to pick it up from unit downstairs,could not.

Went down with our 7 and 5 year olds. Loved the location, the beach, the pools, the gulf. The kids were never bored, found a ton of sea shells. The room was clean, great view from balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful - want to go back next year!
We were so happy with our stay here. The staff was great and our condo was lovely. We will be back.

Excellent stay!! Will definitely be back! Only one 4 given & that was due to hot tub out for repairs. Hot tub would have been very useful in preparation & after completion of competition.

This was an excellent condo, right on the beach and spectaculor views from the 20th floor. Parking garage across street and easy access to everything. I booked through Hotels.com and when we arrived at the front desk, everything was ready.

The condo was beautiful. My main problem was that the cleaning people only left 2 rolls of toilet paper, no paper towels and no trash bags. Everything about our stay was wonderful from the time that we arrived to the time we left. Our room was great, although the mattresses on the bunks and the couch could have been more comfortable. The gulf view was spectacular and the surrounding beach area was clean. We will definately go back!

We had an excellent time at this place. We took our 6 month old baby and even he enjoyed it! The staff were super friendly and the condos were very clean! We got free chairs and umbrella every day since we were guests at the hotel. It's on a very quiet end of the beach. We loved it!

the condo was what I expected as far a location, there is a real nice local beach club located next door that has the worlds best key lime pie... nice sand good spot on the beach...
Check in was confusing. We called ahead to see how late we could ckin and was told 12:00. Well, when we arrived at 8:00, we found that the office closed at 5:00 and they only people around were other guest. One directed us 2 miles down the road to a rental office. When we go there, no one was there, either. After going back to the hotel, we finally […] noticed a small area near the elevators for after hr ckin. When we finally got into our room, the carpet was badly stained and the bathroom had mold in the shower. The next morning we asked about changing rooms but were told that they were fully booked. My husband and I were really looking foward to our stay. I had researched online the condos in the area, and this one had received great reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was not great. First of all, we had reserved and paid for a one bedroom condo with a King size bed. What we received was a Queen size. When we showed them our confirmation of […] a King, they were unable to move us because they were fully booked. We decided to keep the room, rather than look for another condo. The room was adequate, but not what we expected. It was dirty, the cooking utensils were very cheap and hard to work with, and the configuration in the kitchen was difficult to maneuver in. The walls were all scuffed up, which we pointed out at the beginning of our stay, so that we wouldn't be charged for damage.Several light bulbs were not working, and had to be replaced. The location was at the far end of the city. I would have preferred to be more centrally located. We visit Panama City Beach at least once a year. We always stay at a condo, and this one is one of the best yet. We were thrilled that we could see the sunsets(this is not so at every beach front hotel). The room was spacious and well equipped and the staff was very friendly. Room was great and very clean. Location was good. only complaint was that they needed more parking. We had a trailer with our motorcycles on them and although it was not a busy season, we could not park our trailer because of policy that there parking was limited. Was there for bike week and the location was superb. Away from the hustle and noise and yet right where we wanted to be in a minute. Room was modern and clean. Beach and pools very clean. Plan to return every year.

My son and I stayed at Seychelles from July 14-16. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The young lady that checked us in gave us a card that we were able to retrieve beach chairs with.(the last hotel we stayed at the chairs were $35 additional daily!) the elevators were clean and timely. It was convenient to Captain […] Anderson's ( my son says 'get the lobster!) my only dissappointment was that we didn't have enough time to enjoy all of it. This was the best vacation ever. The room was beautiful. Everything was clean and extremely nice. Two great pools and then the direct access to the beach, what more could you want.
