"Close to town but much to be desired"
We had a smoking room, confirmed by both our on line booking and confirmed by the manager who checked us in; however, there was not an ashtray to be found in the room. There was a mini-shampoo but no conditioner. Only one nightstand, two people; and the mattress was soft enough and sunken enough to know that it had seen better days. "Imagine a Road Side Hotel in Holland"
This was a cool little hotel. The service was quick and friendly. The hotel had a Dutch theme with a windmill and actual wood (antique) furniture in the rooms. The room was small but comfortable and had everything including a small refrigerator and microwave. It's less than a mile from the city center. Clean rooms, nice front desk staff but our room overlooked the neglected filthy pool that was littered with piles of garbage and the 2 person jet tub you pay extra for only seats one, and my wife and I are not large people. Overall the room was clean but they are asking about $20-30 more than the room is worth.

Clean, heaters work well, water gets nice and hot. Only drawback is the noise from the highway next to the inn, and the jets taking off from the NAS were a bit loud, but its to be expected on Whidbey Island. I'll bring earplugs next time, overall a nice stay

We stayed in one of the jacuzzi suites with the king bed, very nice! There were some querks- the air conditioner wasn't working right the first night, the continental breakfast was lacking, and the bed was a little stiff, but the jacuzzi bath was great! For what we used the hotel for was perfect. The walls in the bathroom could use some fixing up and the ceiling in the room must have had a leak at some point cause it was repaired and painted but the texture was not put on to match the rest of the ceiling. The beds could be replaced for better comfort. Parking really sucked, apparently people don't […] really know how to park in between the lines. The continental breakfast was a joke 1/4 of a danish or a bowl of cereal, coffee, orange juice and milk oh and hard boiled eggs . "Quaint, Clean, and In Good Repair"
The Auld Holland Inn is always clean and tidy and the staff is friendly and helpful. They accommodated us late in the day, which really helped. This is not a five-star lodging, but does not advertise itself as one. Price is reasonable for what they offer.
This hotel was one of the best priced hotels in the area.This hotel could have the advice of an interior designer,as it is dated.

Comfortable, but noisy location on route 20. No ice available until evening. Disturbed by some prankster banging on several doors in the middle of the night.

Even for the low price the room was just plain dirty. Stains on the walls, dust/hair clinging to the walls in the bathroom, stained carpet, uncomfortable bed... so if you're looking for cheap and don't care about comfort and clean rooms this ones for you!

"AVOID! Auld Holland Inn Oak Harbor AVOID!"
The office smelled like a cat box and we asked for a non smoking room and we got one of the only rooms that was a smoking room! I went back to ask for a change of rooms and the upgraded room wasn't much better... The bed was a old inner spring bed as thick as a cardboard pizza and the room was very antiqued.

"motel in oak harbor"
Nice people and nice and clean but building has a mold or moisture problem. It did not bother me much but my companion was highly offended by the musty smell of the room. Liked the place except for the one big problem.
"Down Homey"
We were Greeted as soon as we opened the office door!! The on duty desk person was Super. The room was very clean and with neat antique decor and furniture. Office continental breakfast was good. Coffee on 24 hrs!! Check out as great as check in!! We would stay there again!!
