"Thin walls"
We could hear the TV in the next room. Good location. Realize NO maid service.
"Close to attractions"
We have stayed at Peppertree many times. It just off the strip which makes it very convenient. They now have a registration office on site most days which is great. Shawn was working the desk most of the time we were there and he was very helpful.Condos are clean and fully stocked.
"Peppertree at Thousand Hills - nice hotel"
Very clean, but they expect you to help with that. You are to strip the beds & put bedding & all used towels in the kitchen on the floor. You also have to put the trash out. Also if you are on a lower level you will know when the guest above you are awake. Very thin floors.

We were very surprised by our room. It was clean and well taken care of. The staff was very helpful. My only complaints are the pillows were not very good and you could hear noise through the window. We will stay here again.

"super hotel"
We were very pleased with the condo. We did have a problem with the air cond. unit., called the office and a repairman was there in less than one hour, fixed it and was gone. Great service helping us get discounted tickets to some of the shows. Will stay there again. No wonder it was booked out.
"Great Room But Need to Expand the Check In and Check Out time"
I was pleased with the room and the accomodations overall, but I did not like the late check in (3:00 pm) and early check out requirement (10:00 am).

"a little small for the claustrophobic"
Studio condo was clean and comfortable. The room was very small. You had to shut the bathroom door before sitting on the toilet. You had to strain your neck to see TV. If you want a cheap room in a good location that is small but comfortable, this is for you. If you are at all claustrophobic there are a lot of better places to stay.

Couldn't be happier with our stay. We stayed in a 2 room condo, lots of room for the kids and close to all the activities. I would recomend this to any family.

The room was great with a full kitchen since we had a 1 yr baby, which was great for preparing his meals besides eating in a few times for the adults. Room had a strange odor, maintenance was kind enough to leave us a stray bottle of air freshener stuff which we used a couple times which helped alot. "Great room for the money"
We had stayed at the Peppertree in the past and enjoyed it-the location is excellent. This time we stayed in a one bdrm that was quite roomy with a large screened in porch. The only complaint we had is that every night at 11:00 pm we could hear the people above us walking around and it was very loud.
