Sijainniltaan ja hinta-laatusuhteeltaan selvästi paras hotelli missä olen Prahassa ollut. Pieni kävelymatka ja oli aivan ytimessä joten julkisiakaan ei juuri tarvinnut käyttää. Palvelun laatu ei kaikista miellyttävintä mutta toisaalta sillä ei ollut meille ainakaan merkitystä. Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä hotelliin. Huone tilava ja sänky mukavan leveä. Henilökunta ystävällistä, aamupala monipuolinen ja hotellin siisteys erinomainen. Hotelli sijaitsi vilkkaan kadun varrella ja vaikka huo- neemme sijaitsi ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, ei lii- kenteen melu juurikaan kuulunut.

We were very well looked after.The front desk was very helpful. The buffet breakfast was quite adequate. Free use of the computer was appreciated. Our only complaint was the shower in the bathroom where it was hard to stop water getting onto the floor and making the area slippery. We would stay there again.

The Archibald City hotel was a modern, clean hotel within walking distance of all the city sights. A bar & restaurant might have been useful but in truth there were good local bars and restaurants less than five minutes walk. Staff were friendly & helpful. A good hotel experience all round!!

A really first class, value-for-money Hotel with a great location close to Wenceslas Square. We loved the cleanliness of this establishment and the quality of the finishes . Free internet access was very useful, via Wi Fi in the room as well as free to use computer access in the ground floor lounge. The Breakfast Buffet, included in the hotel rate, […] was excellent with a variety of hot (Egg, bacon, sausage) as well as a cold selection of cheeses and cold meats, salads and cereals - The coffee was excellent. The hotel was in a good location and close to everything but i have never been to a hotel where you book a double room and they push 2 beds together and then give you 2 single quilts. When i asked them for a double quilt they said they dont have any.So if your looking for a romantic break....dont go here!

This hotel offers great value for money with clean rooms and nice sheets and duvet (not just a blanket). The breakfast buffet does also offer a wide range of items even though they are of not all of the best quality.

From hotels.com web page : This design hotel offers a bar/lounge. The hotel don't have a bar, only a lounge with vending machine. Nice price, clean room and ok breakfast. The woman at the front desk had a very poor service attitude.

Room was decent size and location was good for easy access to metro and Old town. However, front desk staff our first two days were not helpful at all. On our third day a woman was there who was much more responsive and answered our questions. Also, we were unable to alter room temperature. It was set at 22.5, which was too warm. The location is not ideal to explore the old city, which is the only interest place to see in Prague. I wouldnt stay in this hotel as it is quite a long walk up and down to the old city. Hotel is fine, but not a 4 star, maybe for Prague. No Spanish channel on TV and breakfast was decent, but not a 4 start. No one to help u with lugagge and staff at […] reception not very helpful, more of yes no anwsers. I travel wit hmy mother and I was cool for me cause I manage well wit hmaps and information, but if you need to be near the main atractions dont stay here. Great value for money, very good location, helpful staff, nice breakfast buffet. A good choice.

This hotel is in a fantasitc location, very close to the centre and a 5 minute walk from Wenceslas Square and bars/shops. The hotel was very clean with clean and spacious rooms. Great choice of food at the buffet breakfast. There is secure underground parking, but spaces are limited so try and book a space with the hotel. The staff are all very helpful […] and polite and even gave us a password, so we good use free Wifi. Hotel Archiblad city is a hotel with friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms.They serve a good typical Czech breakfest. The hotel is situated in the centre of Prague in a nice neighbourhood but there is a problem with the location. This hotel was out of our expectations! We regret not staying for a longer time in Prague! The breakfast was nice, and the free Wifi service was marvelous. The internet access is smooth. After staying in many hostels throughout our vacation so far, the stay at Archibald City was very refreshing. The prices to stay were very reasonable, especially considering the privacy, free breakfast and access to wireless internet. The breakfast was fantastic. Among the variety of food available were fried eggs, bacon, sausages, croissants, donuts, […] fruit, and yoghurt. The bed was very comfortable, and the ensuite facilities were ample. The location is just a short walk from the main street, which makes it easy to navigate walking to all of the main attractions in Prague. It is also about a 10-15 minute walk from the main train station, if you are arriving by train. We did not use public transport at all, as we found it quite easy to walk everywhere we needed. This is a decent hotel near the city. It's within a few minutes walking distance to everything and the metro. The room was small but clean. Free wifi, which is always great! The breakfast was the best part- free breakfast every morning with a wide variety of options!

The hotel was clean and the staff extremely helpful. We left our bags there as our flight was a late departure. The food at breakfast was excellent and catering for a wide range of tastes. Great location for metro shops clubs bars and museum. Buffet breakfast excellent and inclusive. Wifi free and everywhere in hotel.

The hotel was value for money. Clean room and comfortable. Great breakfast selection. The instruction on its website on how to get to the hotel was clear and it was no a problem to locate it although it is not situated along the main street. I am just not satisfied with the login system the hotel's wifi. It did not allow my HTC desire HD login to […] the wifi network, though my ipad can login. Loved the place.... very clean big breakfast.... the only downside was the inaccurate advice from Hotel.com call centre staff. The hotel however exceeeded all expectations... loved it.

Hotel was very clean and of a high standard. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and had a wide range of foods to suit everyone. Hotel was within walking distance from main attractions, restaurants and a short walk from the train station.

My full recommendation. There are several reasons. At the first place it is 4* hotel for a very reasonable price (to be honest the reservation was a bit "last minute", just few days before traveling). The location was just fine, 1km from the main train station and a bit more from The Old Town Square. If You like to walk as I do, You won't use public […] transportation or TAXI at all. One of the streets which can be used to get to Zitna from Waclavske namjesti is full of "Cabaret bars". There are of course people standing in front offering You to enter etc. If You don' like this kind of atmosphere just pick some other parallel street. Rooms are not the biggest in the world, but the bathroom is more than comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. Zitna street has significant traffic load during the day so if You can, choose the room facing the other side. Rooms are equipped with mini-bar and water-heater for coffee or tea. Breakfast was great. The offer is wide, from "eggs and bacon" to cereals. So, feel free to book Archibald City if You travel to Prague :-) Lisätietoja

One of the best hotels for the money we have found in Europe. Modern and well desigend hotel. We had a courtyard room which was perfectly quiet. Breakfast was very good. Front desk staff were very helpfull. Location is a short walk to everything and within walking distance to the main train station. Immediate neighborhood is fine just dosen't look […] that great on first impression. To help with getting around town get a multi day transit card at the airport. Fremragende hotel med central beliggenhed. Righoldig morgenmad. Super service i receptionen.Rigtig god rengøring på værelset. Kan absolut anbefales, hvis man vil bo centralt i Prag med gå afstrand til det meste af seværdighederne.

Rent och frächt hotell med bra läge. Bra frukost. Helt ok hotell dock lite opersonligt, snarare trestjärnigt än fyrstjärnigt.

Das Hotel Archibald City liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Alles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Es ist Sauber und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Leider liegt es an einer sehr befahrenen, mehrspurigen Verkehrsstraße, was Schlafen bei offenem Fenster unmöglich macht. An der Straßenecke ist ein Kiosk, der fast immer geöffnet ist und leider auch […] viele "Penner" anlockt. Aber die waren eigentlich ganz friedlich. Die Polizei fährt dort öfter mal die Str. entlang. Mycket bra frukostbuffé, med småvarmt också, som inte är så vanligt på hotellen i Prag. Frukostvärdinnorna var verkligen alerta.Rummen välstädade. Gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheterna. Kommer absolut att återkomma vid vistelse i Prag.

Una buona sitemazione vicina al centro.

Extremt prisvärt hotell. Vi var 6 personer som bodde tre nätter i dubbelrum. Kostnaden var ungefär en tiondel av vad man är van vid från Sverige. Hotellet är fräscht och känns ganska nytt. Ett enkelt rum med fräscht badrum. WiFi ingår och man kan dricka kranvattnet. Inte mycket mer att önska när man ändå spenderar den mesta tiden utanför hotellet. Frukosten […] var i förhållande till priset mycket bra. Det fanns te,juice kaffe, en liten stekfrukost med hotdogs, äggröra, ägg, bacon och dumplings, brödfrukost med ljusa och mörka bröd, ostar och olika salamipålägg, fil och flingor, samt söta frukostbröd som croissant och kakor till kaffet. Kaffet smakade kontinentalt, men som tur var så fanns det ett Starbucks 700m bort där man kan köpa en "Filter Brew" som lever upp till svenska förväntningar. Inför resan var vi lite oroliga för att vi hamnat i sexkvarter. Det kan hända att det varit så förr. Som det var nu så låg det tre stycken erotikshoppar på gatan med extremt liten trafik (såg inte en enda som gick in eller ut när vi passerade där). Istället skulle jag säga att läget var mycket bra. På 5 min kom man till Vaclav Havel-platsen med hela avenyn/torget framför fötterna. Vi behövde inte åka buss/taxi/spårvagn en enda gång under vår vistelse utan promenerade överallt. Om man stannar någon dag extra så rekommenderar jag att gå upp till stationen (ovanför vaclav havel-platsen) och köpa en biljett till Kutna Hora (ca 1h resa) där man kan titta på "Bone Church" (en kyrka inredd med ben ifrån 30000 människokroppar) och ett gäng andra gamla kyrkor på UNESCO-listan. Under tågresan får man se lite mer av det "riktiga" Tjeckien. Det var för övrigt receptionisten på Archibald som förklarade hur man skulle ta sig dit på egen hand. Genom att lägga på ett par hundralappar så skulle man säkert kunna ha fått ett ännu finare hotell. Men vi behövde egentligen bara någonstans att sova och äta en enkel frukost. För det syftet kan jag rekommendera hotellet varmt! Lisätietoja

Sånn passe , belliggenheten var veldig bra. Rengjøringen var ikke så bra, hadde et uhell med å miste en drink i sengen, hadde forventet at de hadde byttet laken i det minste. Men den gang ei :( Men eller bra .

Vil ikke reise tilbake hit. Personalet/ resepsjonsdamen hadde en gjennomført sur og uvennlig framtoning. Nedlatende holdning og aldri ett smil på lur. Lobby baren består av to automater med brus som er utgått på dato. Alt i alt så ville turen vært fulkommen til verdens vakreste by, hvis vi hadde valgt ett annet hotell.

Godt hotel , kvik indtjekning, pæne værelser og rigtig lækkert morgenbuffet. Hotellet ligger centralt med kort afstend til hovedbanegården og centrum af byen.
