Ilmainen langaton Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä yleisillä alueilla ja majoitusliikkeessä on myös Internet-yhteyspiste.Tämän 4-tähden majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus (auki 24 tuntia), kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja AV-laitteet. Majoitusliikkeen (liiketoimintaan sopiva hotelli) ravintolapalveluihin kuuluvat ravintola, kahvila ja baari / aulabaari. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: concierge-palvelut, tilaisuuksien tarjoilut ja liiketoimintapalvelut. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: kielitaitoinen henkilökunta, huonepalvelu (ympäri vuorokauden) ja kemiallinen pesu-/pyykkipalvelut.Vieraille on tarjolla ilmainen pysäköintipalvelu. Vierashuoneissa on seuraavia näköalavaihtoehtoja: meri tai kaupunki. Radisson Blu Hotel, Marseille Vieux Portn 189 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on tallelokerot (kannettava tietokone sopii) ja minibaari. Vieraat voivat käyttää huoneissa ilmaista langatonta ja nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. Huoneissa on LCD-televisio , jossa on satelliittikanavat. Sijainti hyvä lentokenttään nähden. Hotelli alue aidattu yöaikaan, hotellin parkkipaikka aidan sisällä. Ihan ok hotelli varsinkin jos saapyy myöhäisellä lennolla Marseilleen.

Hotellin sijainti oli loistava! Keskeisellä paikalla, kävelymatkan etäisyydellä nähtävyyksistä. Miinukset antaisin hyttysistä, joita tuntui tulevan huoneeseen, ilmeisesti ilmastoinnin kautta, sekä ulkona olevasta kirkonkellosta joka soi aamulla tunnin välein (tämä ei varmaankaan ole ongelma kuin hotellin tietyllä seinustalla).

Hotel was great. Found the Port like a construction site....no fault of the hotel,of course. Would definately stay again as the pool was beautiful. Only comment of criticism would be that the Room service menu was limited and unimaginative. Y H

good service, nice rooms and really good food.
Staff very helpful and location good. They have a "heated" outdoor pool that is cold. They should really have a hot tub. That would make the place a lot more desirable.

Great location right on the harbour. Easy walk to restaurants and town. Rooftop pool with great views. Room great, check in fine but on check out only one person on reception with a queue..... and no one at concierge desk even after asking. Gave up and left. This hotel was a very good decision... great location, very clean and like new compared to most of hotels in Marseille.

Everything was fine but we were told there were smoking rooms and when we got there, they did not have any. When we showed them proof of having booked smoking, they would not make an exception even though it was 5 degrees outside.
The prices of the mini bar items are much to high !! The room itself was ok but was smelling bad guess it came from the bathroom,
This hotel is very nicely appointed and near all of the harbor's activities. The rooms are modern and of a comfortably good size. The pool is relaxing but if you prefer the beach, you can get there via the bus (5 min. ride) that stops right in front of the hotel. Buses and metro access are also only a few minutes away, an easy stroll along the pier. […] The staff were all super helpful and spoke many languages. A local French told us it is a new building in Marseille. Yes, the hotel was very clean. Reception area was nice as well. Only a disappointment was a pool there. It was just a small pool which you cannot swim. You can stil enjoy sun-tan though. Room was very clean. No complain overall. Recommended.

Our experience at the Radisson was great. The staff was very helpful, pleasant and the room was comfortable and modern. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We booked three nights here as a special treat and for a comforting rest during a touring holiday. We were disappointed. We felt the hotel was there to impress without offering real thought about what guests would need and want. We arrived on a Friday and were offered a standard room instead of the Business Class room we booked. We were offered an upgrade […] to a Junior Suite, with the option to change the following day, but we found that the two rooms were quite dark and cramped and the view from the windows was of the wall of a building across the street. We accepted the Standard room. The Internet connection didn't work without a couple of phone calls. There was no alternative bedding offered to the duvets in the room (in hot weather in September). The maid didn't arrive until teatime the first day and she forgot to replace various items. The room wasn't very spacious. The room and bathroom were not fitted very thoughtfully. If, like us, you want to leave your car and walk everywhere, the hotel is at the far end of the old port and therefore a long walk from the centre. One of the hall porters, Marius, was marvellous and helped us sort out several things but the rest of the staff didn't seem involved. It was very nice having the swimming pool. Lisätietoja

Man kan reise verden rundt med basis i engelsk som turistspråk, men i Frankrike er det alltid problemer. Hadde ikke ventet det også på dette hotellet.
A nice hotel situated next to the old harbour, close to a lot of bars and restaurants. The rooms had excellent beds but the free wi-fi often lost the connection. I didn't have time to try the rooftop pool but it looked nice.

"Au secour !! plus jamais"
L'accueil est plus que moyen. Rien n'est prévu pour la voiture - donc plein pot dans les parkings Vinci. Les chambres ne sont pas propres - l'aspirateur n'est pas passé tous les jours. La bouteille d'evian de 33Cl à 6 Euros dans les chambres est tout simplement du vol. A ne surtout pas aller !

"Behagelig opphold i crowdy Marseille"
Det var svært behagelig å komme inn til en stor og stilig resepsjon som også hadde en kjølig temperatur, fra svært folksomme og varme gater i Marseille. Rommet var pent, badet var nydelig. Sengen var god og mange kanaler på TV. Et minus for barna var at bordtennisbordet ikke var et ordentlig bordtennisbord, men satt sammen av tre vanlige bord. "Idéalement placé sur le Vieux Port"
Partis pour un court séjour sur Marseille, nous avons choisi le Radisson Blu pour son emplacement privilégié. Nous n'avons pas été décus, tant par l'accueil de qualité que par le service attentionné et la chambre en elle même. Vue magnifique sur le Vieux Port, le tout avec une isolation sonore parfaite. Petit déjeuner un peu cher tout de même, mais […] le buffet offre beaucoup de choix. La categoría del trato de este hotel corresponde a uno de 1 estrella, ni eso, ahora lo entenderéis: Estaban reservadas dos habitaciones, una para mis hijas, con dos camas separadas, y una paranosotros, con una cama doble. A nuestra llegada, NADIE sabía hablar español, primera sorpresa. La segunda es que tras entregar la documentación de la reserva, […] se ponen a buscar habitación EN ESE MOMENTO, pese a la reserva y nos dan LAS DOS con camas separadas ya que no tenían una con cama doble. La guinda la pone el hecho de que uno de los días, salimos del hotel por la mañana y cuando volvemos sobre las 2330 horas, nos encontramos la habitación sin hacer y por supuesto el baño tampoco,con las toallas usadas todavía. En el caso de la habitación de nuestras hijas, la cama estaba hecha pero no el baño. Bajamos a recepción a pedir solución y explicaciones y el recepcionista, que por supuesto de español nada, tras conocer eldesaguisado, se quita de enmedio presentándonos a un camarero que sí hablaba español pero porque era de nacionalidad mexicana. Aclaro que la deficiencia y poca calidad de la recepción ya que nadie hablaba español, la suplió mi hija que habla inglés perfectamente, luego no hubo falta alguna de entendimiento. Sin darnos explicaciones acerca de los motovos de tal situación, se nos proporcinan toallas limpias y dormimos en la cama deshecha. Eso sí se intentó arreglar el asunto invitándonos a comer aldía siguiente, oferta que por supuesto rechazamos. Eso sí, la revisión diaria al minibar no fallaba y platos u otros objetos sucios delante de las puertas de algunas habitaciones, en el pasillo durante todo el día tampoco. Para rematar, al día siguiente no hubo ningún tipo de disculpa ni alusión a los hechos por parte de la dirección del hotel, aunque tal como sedesarrollaron los acontecimientos, no la esperábamos. La chambre twin est bien. La salle de bain est bien. Mais le quartier n'est pas génial.

Assez decu. L'accueil est tres courtois mais les prestations ne suivent pas. Pas de parking sauf le Vinci d'à coté (prevoir le budget). Tache sur un mur de la chambre, jamais nettoyée en 06 jours. Difficultés pour obtenir des serviettes dans la salle de bain. Restaurant le Solaris au service tres long et "tendu". Flott hotell somn lever opp til sine 4 stjerner. God beliggenhet, med gåavstand til det meste av byens serverdigheter. Det går gratis båt fra hotellets side av havnen over til gamlebyen. Stort pluss for hotellets flotte terrasseområdet med basseng og solstoler. En oase, område for total avslapping. allt var som man kan förvänta isg av ett radisson. Varning för att inte boka frukost i förväg till "vanligt" pris. Om man inte gjort det är frukost på rummet eller på stan 25 euro för en fruksot är inte värt det även om den är riklig. Liten men fräsch pool, vänlig personal och bra rum. Cet hôtel est très bien insonorisé donc la proximité du centre ville est un véritable atout, l'accueil est très professionnel, les chambres sont très confortables, notamment la literie, l'accès internet est gratuit dans tout l'hôtel par WIFI ou par câble (fourni) dans la chambre. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais suffisante pour se rafraichir et […] profiter de la vue sur le vieux port (Serviettes fournies). Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais il coute 25€ +10€ en chambre. L'hotel est parfaitement placé, en face du Vieux Port. Le service est vraiment très aimable. L'hotel est très propre. Le seul défaut, la piscine. On dirait plutôt un bassin et aux heures de pointe elle est remplie d'enfants. Piur les adultes..c'est plutôt de la déco. L'une des femmes de ménage n'a pas été vraiment gentile. Nous avons rétourné à la chambre […] lors qu'elle faisait le ménage. Nos oreillers étaient par terre pendant qu'elle faissait le lit.
