The staff was excellent and so helpful. We had a great stay in San Antonio and one of the reasons was the comfort and helpfulness of the hotel.

The first hotel that we booked for our trip was such a disappointment but La Quinta rescued us. We had stayed here before and have made it a point to stay there every time we visit San Antonio. Rooms are clean, customer service is phenomenal, and the price was great.

I was in town to take care of my dying father. I had to change the length of my stay three times and each time they were very accomodating. I was very impressed with their service.Thank you!!

I understand check out was at 12 pm but I did not appriciate the cleaning crew knocking at our door wanting to clean the room.

Husband has had some appointments at University Transplant Hospital. Glad La Quinta is close to the hospital. Room very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

It was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Our room had chips and salsa available which was an excellent touch.

I thought the hotel was good. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The surrounding area is a lot if concrete, but its in the medical district. If you're looking for a family place then probably not what you need. If you need a clean and simple place to stay for a few nights then look no further.

The receptionists were very friendly and the rooms were really clean! A lot nicer than other hotels I have stayed in for the same price. Breakfast was good and at a good time, 6-10. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very good hotel to stay. Although it is not close to downtown area, it is easy to go there.

was sort of great except that BOTH elevators were out of action due to late maintenance and considering I was on the 4th floor it became very inconvienient especially since I had paid good money .. NO resuraunts nearby and a real pain in the butt to even get into the parking lot of said motel ,the roads around it are very difficult to navigate

This hotel was adequate. I would suggest that the management provide some sort of non slip mat for shower/tub.

It was great! My girl friend and I had a simple stay-cation for a night. She was worried that the hotel I picked was going to be gross or something because it was so cheap. The hotel was ok. The carpet in our room had a large burn mark in the shape of an iron?! Other than that it was pretty clean. Breakfast was good.

Overall nice hotel, except the sheets had major stains (so disgusting). Otherwise really nice spacious rooms. Full breakfast, but as soon as we got up to get some more the ladies cleaned our table amd we had to get coffee and juice again. So rude.

Nice location. Convenient. Bed was uncomfortable, unable to get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was just average. Hint: biscuits should not be as hard as rocks.

Very nice staff, room and service. The hotel was close to the river walk and zoo (only about 15 min drive). Great value.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has a nice relaxing pool. Excellent bed and TV. Location is perfect, an 8min drive to the river walk and 4min drive to the malls. The only thing that I didn't like was that I could hear the construction around 9am that was going on next door. I would stay here again :) since its a non smoking hotel.

It was ok, however I think it's expensive for what it is. If you need wifi this hotel it's not for you. Their internet service is always busy so you cannot be connected. The room was not very clean and the towels and blankets stink horrible. Breakfast was always the same and they did not have variety.

We loved the room and pool area. We drove around the West side of SA as well as to downtown, northside shops and to the AT&T center on the East side and found the location near the 2 highways (10 and 410) very convenient. The location is only about 4 miles from Fiesta Texas and about 15 miles from Sea World. It is a 10 minute drive to the River Walk and the Alamo.
