All in all, it is great place that we, as a family of 5, do recommendate... How evar, please be aware of the these facts that occured at least to us: 1) Your room might be some 2 miles away from the main buildings and in this regard, some 2,5 miles away from the sea shore. 2) This is a huge complex, In our it meant that that the staff was not aware of what information they gave us. Misguidance, false information happened several times.

Very clean comfortable has all necesary kitchenware coffee maker,blender,pots and pans. Big clean bath also. Would stay there again.

"Great value for the price"
It was a great value for the price. We stayed for 4 nights in a one bedroom apartment and loved the privacy and cleanliness. We enjoyed the pool and snacks on the balcony looking at the trees and birds. It was well equipped. The office receptionist was especially helpful in assisting us in renting two more nights in the same apartment.

We checked in and the room smelled like mold....there was stagnant water left inside the washing machine that had not been drained by the previous occupant.....then from midnite until 4am the next door neighbors decided to have a blowout party.....several people came and went throughout the night and kept up my entire family...a couple kids even tried […] to peak into our unit thru the blinds.....I complained when we checked out and have not yet heard from the manager.... "Spring Break 2012"
My daughter, her friend and I stayed at CCV for Spring Break. We stayed in a 2 bdrm 2 bath condo. It was immaculate. I had a king bed and the girls had twin beds in their room. The was more than enough space for all. It was stocked with everything we needed. I actually packed things for the kitchen but everything that we needed was already there. The […] indoor pool and hot tub were a plus. This condo is in Surfside Beach which is a mere 2 miles from Myrtle Beach. We didn't feel like we missed out on staying on the beach since it was so close to us. We didn't even get a chance to see Surfside Beach since Myrtle Beach was so accessible. "party next door kept us up all night...."
We checked in and were told the place was sold out......well starting at about 11pm the next door occupants decided to have a huge party....cars coming and going until 4am....so me and my family were kept up all night by loud and obnoxious partiers next door....there were about a dozen people crammed in to the next door unit and occupants kept coming […] and going all night...even peeking into our unit thru the blinds......awful...I complained when we checked out and I was told the Mgr would contact me...It is 3 days later and I have not been contacted..... "A home away from home"
Found this location here on Hotel.com, for a cheerleading competition weekend. Was just a little concerned about the rate (extremely reasonable), but the location received several good ratings. We arrived Friday night after 9PM, and the main office was closed. No problem... there was a sign on the door explaining how to contact someone when the office […] was closed to get the keys. As I entered the key into the lock, my family and I were just wondering what would be on the other side of the door, as we entered and turned on the lights; we were shocked to see what was in front of us. A nice size livingroom with a couch, a love seat, recliner, and a nice size flat screen T.V, The kitchen had a full size stove, dishwasher, full size frig, microwave, plates, glasses, knives and forks and a nice size eating table. Which makes it nicer if you brought your own food to prepared (a huge savings) to have a nice family dinner. Towards the back, there was a half bathroom along with a washer and dryer. Upstairs two bedrooms. A nice size master bedroom with a full bath, and T.V.( t.v. could have been just a bit larger) . The second bedroom had (2) twin beds also with a full bath. Trust me...there were plenty of towels for the four of us. In all, we have a 2700 sq ft house up north, my family and I felt as if we were home, very comfortable with no complains or worries. Didn't deal much with staff until check out so I can not make any comments. So with that, if you can book a stay here, "do it" you will not be sorry. Got this villa during the off season for a song. Complete kitchen with EVERYTHING (even a blender). This is located on the south end of myrtle beach so you have to drive 10 miles north for most attractions. Might be bad during peak season. "Great place to stay"
We stayed for four days during Myrtle Beach Bike Week. Our condo was fantastic!! It was clean, spacious and most of all very affordable. The location was great, and the ground were well maintained. I would highly recommend Country Club Villa's. We had a two bedroom "Tree House" & it was great. The staff was excellent!!

Great location. It was so quiet and peaceful. Hotel staff was great. Pool area and activity clean and updated. The only complaint I have is the room is a little out of date and needs updated to the year 2000, but other than that the condo had everything we needed and more. Couldn't beat it for the price.

Only issue was the interent kept shutting down. The office kept saying they were in the process of fixing it. The registration office is a little hard to find.
"Unclean and old"
I assumed that this condo was older due to the price and I took into account all of the positive reviews prior to booking. With that being said, I still have expectations of cleanliness. My child made it a game to find the broken glass that luckily she or her two year old sister didn't step on. They need someone to go behind the cleaning crew to check […] their work. The walls in the kitchen were dirty. I have bad allergies and couldn't breathe in the room as there was dust all over. I asked for additional towels due to the fact that my family of four (who was staying for 5 nights) were only given 4 towels. I was told that they do not give out additional towels because we have a washer and dryer in our room. I told her that I was on vacation and did not come to do laundry. She did give me extra towels rather than argue with me. They also did not come and clean the room at all during our stay which would have been nice. I was also concerned with two sets of neighbors that we had. Car alarms went off during the wee hours of the night. Just not a relaxing place to stay, but I guess you get what you pay for. When I was booking on hotels.com...I had noticed the Country Club Villas. I fell in love with them. However missed booking the one bedroom for my sister and I. So I booked the two bedroom. This put us into Sandy Shores. We were taken to the office to check in and they told us we were staying at Sandy Shores and that it was located right across the street […] from the beach. We were so excited because we did not have a car and the beach was a few miles from the main office villa locations. We got to the Sandy Shores and it was literally right across from the beach. I booked this on line and just hope for the best by what people wrote.It was all of that.Two bedroom condo was in perfect loc ation,quite,had alll what you needed for a condo and beats staying at hotels.My family stayed at pirateland and ocean lake rv parks so it was all within 6 mile stretch which was nice.Down the street from murril inlet with the […] neatest restaurants a must when you visit.Dont forget to check out Farm House in myrtle best home made food.Excellent trip.Would stay there next year if we go back. "Country Club Villas"
This was nice and convenient to the beach, and the 2 BR condo was comfortable, clean and attractively decorated. My husband thought the place was long and narrow, and we didn't know we were getting 1 BR with 2 single beds and 1 with a King. The booking info stated 2 Kings and we are 2 couples- we let my parents have the King and we pulled the 2 singles […] together (not particularly desirable). Parking was a bit difficult due to the supporting beams between every space. Checking in was confusing and difficult since the checkin was located 3 miles away from the actual condo; as a matter of fact we had to assist another confused guest in finding where to check in. The only other issue is that when the wifi went down the receptionist merely promised to tell the manager but didn't offer any timeline as to when it would be fixed or alternative ideas. Lisätietoja

This was our second stay at Country Club Villas and I'm sure it won't be our last. The staff there will bend over backward to make sure your stay is pleasant. The rooms are very nice and the full kitchen saves a lot of money eating out. The only reason I gave the cleanliness a 4 instead of a 5 rating was because there was a cobweb on the ceiling fan […] that kept bugging me LOL. The resort is quiet and peaceful, and the other people staying there seem to be quite nice as well. The pool and hot tub are a welcome break from the SC heat. Being a resort, they could try to pressure you to buy a time share, but never once have they done this to us, which is a good thing as far as we are concerned. The only real downfall to us is that it is a mile or so from the beach, which takes about 3 minutes to get to, but the upside of the condo certainly outweighs the drive to the beach. I have and will continue to recommend this place to friends and anyone else looking for a nice place to stay in the Myrtle Beach area. Lisätietoja

I had second thoughts after booking because of the price(I got in on the Spring Special) but after we arrived at the condo we were all very surprised and the condo was more than we were expecting. We had a very nice balcony and nice grassy area that we used the grill there two nights of our stay which was nice. The kitchen was better equiped than most […] we had stayed at. We did have to call the office to get extra towels but then just washed them during our stay. The washer & dryer are located outside under the condo in a locked room but the steps weren't bad and we really enjoyed the privacy of not having anyone above us or below us. The resort is in a very nice neighborhood and the staff was very nice when checking in. The pool area was great. It is about 1.4 miles from the beach. We enjoyed the Surfside area much better than Myrtle Beach because it isn't as busy. We are going again next year and hopefully will get the same great rates as we did this year. "Our First Trip To Myrtle Beach!"
Well let me start off by saying this was a fabulous Family Trip! We stayed at the Sandy Shores III and it had everything we needed... washer & dryer, fridge, stove, dish washer, the works! We had plenty of towels so there was no need to ask front desk for more. The location was perfect, and also we were right across the street from the beach! How awsome […] is that! Only thing I didn't like was that we ran out of hot water for a fam of 4. No big deal, we just made some adjustments with time and everything worked out. "Great location & Comfortable Property"
Aside from the bed being a little stiff, this property was kept in great condition for its age; loved that we were only a few blocks from the beach and not in the crowds of Myrtle but could go into the nightlife when we wanted with a short drive.
My stay @ this hotel was very good. The only thing i didnt like was the fact that checkout was so early. !lso a housekeeper walked in before knocking. But other than that everything was gud.
