Beer can by bed left by previous occupant, Commode tank constantly emptying and filling, very distracting during the night and we were told there was no maintenance person available. The air conditioner was noisy. There were exposed carpet nails which I stepped on several times. I hope I don't get tetanus! Friendly staff. The "workout room" is minimal, but adequate. The "free" internet was somewhat difficult to log on to, and tracked every site we visited, but it indeed was otherwise free. Overall: good return for the money.

This hotel while in a great location it was not built with the best sound insulation, while off the frontage road it still has a lot of freeway noise. Be careful the hot water is very hot. It is good the hotel has a plenty of hot water, it is a little dangerous that it is so hot. Otherwise it was a clean hotel and pleasant stay.

The only complaint I have was regarding the refrigerator in the room. I had brought milk for the baby expecting to place it in the frig. The frig was not working. We found that it was unplugged so we plugged it in and waited but it did not begin to get cold. I called the front desk and the clerk was very helpful. She came to the room, checked on the […] frig, took the milk and placed it in a frig in the office. She said the maintenance man had left for the day and she would turn in a work order for the next day. Of course we check out that day but at least the milk did not spoil. Lisätietoja

nice hotel brand new needs a few things done but all in all is a comfortable relaxed stay with helpful employees. there wasn't enough parking because oneside of the hotel pavement hasnt been finished and my door key kept not working. other than that everything was fine and i would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the hot breakfast was good. Not enough seating in the dining area.

This is one of the few hotels in the area that has it all - breakfast, business center, pool, and is fairly new and clean. Suites were big enough for the number of people we had.

Hotel is a good place to stay, we like the wi-fi and the breakfast is ok but very conveinent. Room was a basic room could have been bigger. We stayed 1 year ago and Hotel shows the year of age.

The hotel was, for the most part, pretty decent. On the newer side, clean and comfy. There are a few things that needed addressing - the caulking around the shower surround needed re-caulking and was a bit molded. A few spots on the walls and furniture needed repaired. Nothing major. Other than that, the hotel was decent for the price.

My mother and I were in town for a wedding. Loved the location and friendliness of the staff. Hotel was very nice and meet all of our expectations and requirements. My only complaint and it's an ever so slight is that the pool and hot tub had quite a bit of debri in them. Other than that this was a great hotel and great stay in San Angelo.
