Hotel was very nice and the room was exactly like in pictures. Staff was very kind and polite. The hotel location also very good ,near beach. I will go there again!

Spent 4 nights in the hotel. Room was exactly what was promised. Staff was very helpfull and gave us valuable information concerning taxi-prices, museums, sights. Also access to the downstairs lobby´s free coffeemachine was great, since most of the coffee in restaurants and bars was very different and weak compared to coffee standards in Europe. Room was somewhat noisy during the night because of only one layer-classes and because only being on the 3th floor. Distance to beach 300 m, so great value if going to sunbathe. Also liked the breakfast, "continental" meant not much choice but good value for the price and took care of hunger.

Majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) ravintolapalveluihin kuuluu baari / aulabaari. Tarjolla on ilmainen aamiainen. Langaton Internet-yhteys on ilmainen yleisillä alueilla. This hotel was terrible, rooms small and depressing bathroom not clean....walls were still covered with drippings from a previous guest....A 2 star hotel at best

On Ben Yehuda St in Tel Aviv, the Mercure is very convenient to various shops, restaurants, and the beach. The front desk staff couldn't be nicer. However, the service of the housekeeping staff is awful. How often does one need to remind housekeeping for towels anyway? The hotel is relatively inexpensive in comparison to neighboring hotels. "Mercure in Tel Aviv"
I was upgraded to a better room as soon as I arrived, and had a fantastic view from my room. The breakfast was really good, fresh and good quality. I got good service when I had questions to the staff at the reception. Very clean room. There was some kind of noice from the fan/ceiling but not to disturbing, they probably would have taken care of it […] if I had remembered to tell them. I don't know if the fridge was broken or just bad, but it was warm, but I did not locat the problem, maybe it wasn't propertly connected. I only have good things to say about my room, I lived on the 10th floor. It is good to live on Ben Yehuda because it is close to most of the things you might visit, like a 20 minut walk from Old Jaffa, and a 2 minut walk to the beach, 2 minut walk to a small supermarket across the street to your left. Bus station was very near by. If I remember correclty, you could borrow bycicles from the hotel for free. The hotel was in a great location and very clean. Had an awful experience with the night staff who, upon returning to my room after a night out accosted me (as a young single woman) about my stay there. The two men on duty made a point of making me uncomfortable. It was both unprofessional and inconsiderate. This simple, comfortable, quiet hotel is close to the Beach. It was great value.

"Need some renovation"
The Bathroom was in very poor condition, need some repairs specially the bathtub. The hotel personal were not very cordially.

Если в двух словах, то это отель З* который стремится стать 4*. Персонал вежливый, с улыбкой откликается на просьбы. В номерах чисто, но в коридоре пыль на потолке около кондиционеров. Номера небольшие, но боком ходить не приходилось. Минус в том, что нет балконов, соответственно негде сушить белье, не сдавать же пляжные плавки в химчистку. Пляжные […] полотенца в сумке выдавали каждый день. Полотенца в номере меняли ежедневно. Завтраки очень хорошие, могут легко заменить обед и по времени с 6:30 до 11:00. Бесплатный чай в номере.
