The hotel was quiet, clean and the room was comfortable. In addition the location right next to I-10 was perfect for us, so this was just what we needed from a one night stop.

"A couple of small negatives"
There were just 2 small negatives with this stay... #1: The location of the room on the 2nd floor, 4 doors down the hall from the elevators was near something (we're thinking the water heaters??) that made a constant, repeated noise of water running, followed by a droning sound. We didn't notice it when we went to bed (probably because the hot water […] usage isn't high at night,) but it did wake us up in the morning, and lessened what would have otherwise been a very quiet stay. Not really the fault of the hotel, but I would definitely ask for a different room location next time. #2: The in-room coffee condiment packets did not contain stir sticks. As a person who takes cream with their coffee, I was bummed to have to use the handle of my toothbrush to stir my cream into my coffee. Lisätietoja

Just an overnight, but the staff was especially friendly and the room was just what you would expect at a newer Hampton Inn. No problems.

"Home away from home"
Needed a last minute place to stay after coming home to discover a burst water pipe had soaked my home. This was a nice relaxing place to get some rest before having to deal with the home issues.

I had a very good experience at this hotel, (and would stay again if I'm ever in that area). The housekeeping staff were quite cordial as well as the front desk staff. The overall appearance of the hotel was excellent, well kept and clean. I had to leave before the breakfast was served so I cannot comment on that, but there was a spacious area that […] I'm sure would be well stocked for breakfast. I did graba piece of fruit that was available and it was fresh, another plus for this hotel! Personally, I would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. Once I have the opportunity to experience the breakfast, then I can determine if I will reward the other star. (smile) Lisätietoja
