We were paid and booked for a double room (3 people). I even called to confirm our reservation and a specific room was assigned to us. When we checked in, however, we were given a king bed instead, and told that they had no other rooms available. we always stay here when our son's band plays nearby. nice, comfortable and great staff.

Great hotel. Uno's restaraunt downstairs. open late and room service. Check out not until noon. That's a plus. downtown area. lots of things to do

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and we were very satisfied both times. Both times we were seeing shows at the Hanover Theater and used the Inn's shuttle service to get us to and from the shows. This was very convenient. The staff was great from the front desk to the shuttle driver to the breakfast servers. […] Actually, we had a little difficulty with the waffle maker this time around (our own fault) and the food service director came out, insisted on cleaning up our mess, made us another waffle and brought it over to our table. Very bad experience with the staff. It was so bad, that even my daughter said that she feels we were in a boot camp! I understand that a hotel can be busy, but this is not an excuse to delay the process of check in, have very un welcome faces on the front desk, and when we ask for something, like an information, there were always a very bad way to respond! […] they should hire people with better people skills! This is a nice hotel, we were in Worcester for a concert which was in walking distance. Hotel restaurant was good. The only downside of this hotel for us was the street noise.

This is a nice hotel but the parking lot is across the street and in need of repair. The service was great and breakfast was excellent. They have a shuttle that will take you to local resturants. Make sure and visit the Sole Propriotor Resturant, best in town. The beds in this hotel are the most comfortable I have ever experienced, some new type of […] mattress with adjustable firmness. Stay Away - Rooms run down, carpets dirty. Sirens from ambulances sounding all night wife and I didn't sleep. Would never stay there again.

Great hotel overall.

The hotel is in the center of Worcester and easy to get to all locations. But you must park in garage across the street from the hotel. The hotel will validate your parking ticket, but is is inconvenient when you just want to go back to the hotel for an hour or two. Rooms clean and adequate. Breakfast available on site. Convenient to local colleges...Holy Cross, Asssumption, WPI and so on. Great restaurants within central Worcester and on Shrewsbury Street. Health / Exercise room open 24 hours. Validated parking 'inconveniently' located across busy street.

the hotel is ok. The people work there are friendly. The only thing i don't like is you need to pay the parking, even you don't use the garage cross from the hotel. I have 4 extra charge beside the hotel daily rate. Make sure you check your bill.

my son had rented a room with his friend and things were great. upon checkout, the girl at the desk said there had been complaints of smell of smoke coming from their room. they admitted that they had indeed had a cigarette in the restroom. with other customers waiting to check out, she sent housekeeping up there to double check that there was a smell […] of smoke. housekeeping confirmed it (why, i dont know, my son said he did). she told them it would be a $50 charge for the smoking in the room, but my son and his friend did not have the money on them at the time. she continued to berate them in front of the other guests about how she didn't know what they could do, where could they get money to pay this, etc....finally my son asked if there was a supervisor who they could talk to. the supervisor came out and was very pleasant and assured my son that they could easily just send him a bill for the $50. my son said no problem, it was their fault and left. my son was so humiliated, what he wanted to be a special time at the hilton turned into a horror show, all because of the girl working the front desk. We went to see a show at the DCU Center which was right across the street as was parking. The resturant was very busy and the pool was small but overall the stay was good. The front desk personnal were helpful with resturants and directions

The HIton was right next store we were able to walk there just went from one door to the next. This was nice because after a night show and autographs it was real late. Just came home got into those comfy beds and slept like a charm... NIce place. Had a great breakfast the next morning not included but a great price and was able to get late check out. […] so we could use the pool. Wonderful experience all around. I stayed at this hotel while working at a local college. Very convenient location, and parking in the elevated garage across the street was validate by the hotel at no extra cost!!! (There was no Valet parking, probably due to the cold weather conditions). Nice room for the price (property is a bit dated, but still quite nice). Several restaurants […] & pubs nearby within walking distance. I will stay again the next time I'm in Worcester Lisätietoja

Very nice hotel. Convenient location. Really small pool with not enough chairs.

The room was comfortable and immaculate. The hotel is located close to the DCU Center, St. Vincent's Hospital and UMass Memorial Medical Center's Belmont St. campus. The only problem I had was finding the valet to park my car, but that was because I didn't arrive until very late at night. There's a parking garage directly across the street. Perfect location, right next to DCU Center.. Room was extremely comfortable and clean.. Quiet stay.. I slept through the night which is not typical when staying at a hotel.. the bed was very comfortable and having the attached restaurant was great..

The hotel is as easy to get to as anything else is in Worcester. I would imagine GPS is much easier than trying to follow mapquest and street signs in that city. There is a public parking garage right across the street and the Centrum is also right there. Dining at the Uno Chicago Grill just off the lobby was a good choice with typical menu and reasonable […] prices. A comfortable five to fifteen minute walk to all the local theaters and the downtown area. Fairly quiet even though the hotel is on a main street. Odd numbered rooms are on the street side, even numbered rooms are on back side of hotel if you want to try and reserve by room number. Rooms are a bit small for the money but we really just wanted a decent local place to sleep for the night. Our A/C was a bit noisy and the night clerk offered us another room without question but we stayed where we were just because it was already such a late nite for us already we didn't want to move across the hotel and up three floors at midnight. Bed was very comfortable with adjustable firmness control, semi european in style and bedding. Staff was plesant and the hotel was clean and well presented.
