This was a lovely hotel for a romantic weekend in Kent. The all in price for room, parking and breakfast was excellent. The staff were pleasant, professional and helpful. The room was reasonably spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The sauna and pool were clean and in good repair we had great fun there. The restaurant was fairly priced with a nice […] selection of dishes which were well presented and tasty. I only have two negative comments. Hotel was pleasant and staff very friendly. Main let-down was the bed which was v. uncomfortable, and the pillows had no support at all. Room décor is also getting a bit dated now. Close to the Medway Maritime Centre with easy access for motorists and with Public Transport available to all key areas. We found that access to other activities within the County of Kent were easily achievable by car, within one hours travelling time from the Hotel. Our observation is that Public Transport is also readily available to other areas: […] Kent Coast, the Blue Water Shopping Mall etc, although our Public Transport experience on this occasion was to the Maritime Centre and Chatham Dockyard. Our arrival at Reception was smooth and welcoming. Despite a busy Bank Holiday week-end our Restaurant experience was first class. We found the Restaurant to be relaxed and convivial and the staff courteous and attentive at all times. Our waitress at table, (Gail) was particularly helpful. The Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and with a wide choice of items. The Dinner menu was imaginative, of high quality and with a good selection of wines to suit the occasion. Had a fantastic stay. Hotel is modern and an excellent standard.the room was super and clean and very comfortable with all expected facilities.food was terrific.the only criticism would be the drinks are very over priced. Other than that, highly recommended.

Hotel fine, staff good, however shower area could have been cleaner. still a nice place to stay, will book again with family.

Had a pleasant stay at Bridgewood Manor. Staff were very accommodating, particularly the restaurant staff when we dined there on Saturday evening. Hotel was very clean, great shower in the bathroom, bed was comfortable (although the duvet was lumpy).

Very nice and clean. Pool was good to chill out. Staff very good. Only down side was that it was over priced for food and drinks.

We were very impressed with the courteousness and helpfulness of all the staff we met. We had a meal in the bar and also breakfast and were very satisfied with the quality and presentation of the food.

I normally stay in another local hotel when in the area but thought I would this hotel a try for a change. Despite some poor reviews the hotel looked OK from the photos and the price included breakfast so it was a good deal. My room (number 2) was has lots of apace and at first glace seemed very well furnished. That said on closer inspection the arm […] chairs had seem far better days with one looking quite tatty. The room had what looked like a new flat screen TV with freeview channels included. It’s a shame some of the channels (ITV being one of them) were unavailable. The TV itself must have been the smallest TV I have ever seen in a hotel room but I guess it served its purpose. The room was one of three located opposite the conference facilities and I had banging and crashing both at 11pm an night and 7am in the morning. This might not bother you but I found it quite inconsiderate. Other than that noise from the next door rooms was low which a positive was. The bathroom was grubby and desperately needed a facelift. The moulded basin looked cracked, unhygienic and most unappealing. It was imposable to take a shower as the shower head sprayed water in every direction except downwards and that really is no exaggeration. The hotel must have been aware of this at they must use the shower to clean the bath. I have to wonder why they did not change it. That said I never reported it which I should have done. The other issues with the shower is that it is very very hard to get the water to a good temperature. I could only manage roasting hot or freezing could with nothing in-between. I stayed for two nights. The first morning breakfast was hot and OK. I was annoyed that I was not offered tea or coffee and it was hard to find a member of staff I could ask. In the end I finished my breakfast, put it down to bad timing and left. On the second morning I thought things might be better. The hotel was very nice. It was close to the M2/A2 and M20 so access was easy. The hotel staff very friendly and very helpful. The biggest disappointment was that the pool, though indoors in a heated room, was not heated. The water was cold so it wasn't very relaxing when the day itself was cool. mooi hotel, met vriendelijk personeel, redelijk ontbijt, te klein zwembad met achterstallig onderhoud....en te strenge openingstijden. Omgeving niet aantrekkelijk, weg er naar toe onduidelijk zelfs met Tomtom en route aanwijzing: gaat op laatse moment mis en dan ben je verloren in de buurt...jammer, niet nodig met extra bord langs de weg....personeel […] maakt veel goed.
