Lähellä rantaa keskellä kaupunkia Tel Aviv sijaitseva Metropolitan Hotel on lähellä kohteita Frishman-ranta, Gordon-ranta ja Rabinin muistomerkki. Lähistöllä ovat myös Tel Avivin taidemuseo ja Azrieli Center.

Hotellissa Metropolitan Hotel on kuntokeskus, sauna ja kuntokeskus tai -sali. Ilmainen langaton Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä yleisillä alueilla.Tämän 3,5-tähden majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja sihteeripalvelut. Ilmainen aamiainen on tarjolla joka aamu. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: kiertuepalvelut ja valuutan vaihto. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: ulkouima-allas (kauden mukaan), kahvila ja concierge-tiski.Vieraspysäköinti (maksullinen) on saatavilla rajoitetusti saapumisjärjestyksessä.
Vierashuoneet.
Vierashuoneissa on seuraavia näköalavaihtoehtoja: valtameri tai kaupunki. Metropolitan Hoteln 245 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on tallelokerot (kannettava tietokone sopii) ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Vieraat voivat käyttää huoneessa ilmaista nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. 32-tuumainen plasmatelevisio, joissa on parhaat kaapelikanavat ja ilmaiset elokuvakanavat, ovat saatavissa. Huoneissa on työpöydät ja suoravalintapuhelimet sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, hiustenkuivaaja ja hygieniatuotteet (sisältyvät hintaan).
Lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluvat silitysrauta / -lauta, kylpytakkia ja lisäpyyhkeet / vuoteet.

Hotel was very nice and the room was exactly like in pictures. Staff was very kind and polite. The hotel location also very good ,near beach. I will go there again!

Eden House was a nice experience. Location was good, because it was quite near to the beach and to the shopping streets. The service was very friendly, and the guys at the reception were very helpful with everything we needed.They helped us rent a car, and suggested many places for shopping and eating and so on. I was very pleased to get that kind of service quite cheap.

"Room Size"
The standard room was quite small by american standards. Their is only one iron for the entire hotel (Main and Business) and it is the seventh floor near the escape stairs. This was an inconvience during my stay. The hotel is located near an area of the beach that is nice.

Very well maintained and in a great location. The room was a bit small but I didnt mind.

I stayed with my daughter in the hotel for 5 nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable although the bathroom was small. Breakfast was tasty fresh and plentiful. The hotel is in a central location 5 minutes walk from the beach and ten minutes walk from Tel Aviv's main streets. The hotel was close to many quality restaurants. "Very nice stay"
I loved this place, the deal was good. I recommand to stay in this place, huge breakfast in the morning, sea view, very very good!!
"Central location, near the beach, a bit faded"
Pros: 1) located one-and-a-half blocks from the beach; 2) free wireless Internet worked well; 3) large breakfast buffet included; 4) most front desk staff are very helpful.. Cons: 1) rooms are somewhat faded, showing their age; 2) shower water pressure was weak and water did not drain well; 3) views are nothing special; 4) they were doing construction […] in the lobby during June. Tel Aviv hotels are on the expensive side, but for this price, I would probably rent a small apartment the next time I am in town. If you want a hotel, I could recommend this as 2.5 - 3 stars. "Atrocious facilities"
The water in the room was muddy - when complained about it - was informed that this is same in all the rooms - poor airconditioning - inspite of horrendously expensive room - high inter nnet charges - couln't care less attitude of staff - never to stay again.
"Metropolitan Hotel Tel aviv"
Hotel was in a great location but was under heavy construction. We got an older room very dated and though clean it barely made my standards for clean. It was one night before we left Tel Aviv so we made due. I hope that once construction is done the rooms will be updated, if so than this will be a great hotel.

We stayed almost two weeks. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, but we got one of the rooms that had not been re-modeled, so the water pressure was weak, the shower drained very slow, the outlets didn't all work, and the sink faucet needed repair. It only comes with twin beds, so sheets were seperate even though they had pushed […] them together for my wife and I. Breakfast is pretty good, but the restaurant is VERY expensive otherwise for the small buffet. Our rental car was dented in the garage by the laundry carts. We found this hotel to be very satisfactory. Bedswere comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

I stayed here for 8 nights. This is a good option as a cheap hotel close to the beach and amenities. The room was ok, big enough for one or two people, clean and up to date. The bathroom was small and rather oldish, although not too bad. On the plus side the hotel offers complementary WIFI though it was very slow at nights. Like other Israel lodgings, the rooms are somewhat smaller than we're accustomed for similar prices and levels in the U.S. but comfortable. The staff, while doing their job, are less "hospitality oriented" than in U.S. (more brusque). Also Israel hotels have an annoying policy of pool/lounging area only open in limited hours -- some open it only 9-5, […] others open it only after 5. "Hotel Metropolitan, Tel Aviv - Très bien!!"
Le Metropolitan a sans doute connu son heure de gloire dans les années 70, et peut être qualifié de "vieillot". Mais, rien à redire! Chambre impeccable, petite vue sur la mer, aucun problème à signaler. Extrêmement bien situé dans Tel Aviv. Seul petit bémol: je vous déconseille de diner dans l'hotel... n'ayant pas eu le choix (tempête à l'extérieur!), […] j'ai dû y diner mais le repas était sans grand intéret, et surtout très cher. Bon hôtel, rien à dire de spécial, à recommander. Seul bémol, une insonorisation des chambres tout à fait insuffisante. Le fait que des travaux importants étaient en cours à proximité a augmenté cette sensation de gêne...

"Good location"
It is possible to walk to the beach at once though it is near downtown. The kind of breakfast is a variety.
