Holiday Inn Phoenix Downtown-North - Phoenix

Our stay at the Holiday Inn North Phoenix was most pleasant. It was very convenient to the Metro line (only a block and 1/2 away) and also very conveniently located to great restaurants and the ASU Downtown campus. All the staff at the hotel was very polite, friendly and helpful to us whenever we had a question or comment.

Very clean, very good experience. The only thing was cups were not replinished in room daily, I called and they quickly brought some to the room.

The service was excellent. The rooms were attractive and comfortable. All in all a very good value for the price.

We stayed there to go see the Phoenix Suns and this hotel is just a few miles from the US Airways Center. Very clean, nice rooms and great breakfast made the stay very enjoyable. Plus, from the 9th floor, we had a spectacular mountain view of the city!! Highly recommend!!

I have several business travelers that request this hotel everytime they travel to the Phoenix area. I get nothing but good feedback about this Holiday inn and the staff and sales manager are wonderful to deal with. This is an all around friendly, helpful and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommend!

Overall cleanliness of the whole place. Our AC wasn't working and they came and fixed it promptly. Awesome customer service, Scott the Bartender was especially fantastic and very professional!! We stayed here to go to the Comerica for a show & the hotel was easy to get to, friendly staff that was helpful, the room was comfortable & only a block or 2 from the rail line that took us to our destination & back. I would stay here again. We didn't eat there but the buffet looked wonderful.

There are 20 parking in front of this hotel. There was no place to park for check in. The parking garage is at another hotel and is scary during the day time. Room was tiny and great quality bed. Stay somewhere else PLEASE.

This is the second time I stayed at this Holiday Inn and it is convenient both to the Light Rail but also to people and places I wanted to contact in the area. I got a great rate for the night I spent there and, as usual, the room was great (updated, spacious, clean), the bed comfy, the breakfast the best I've had at comparable hotels. I stayed here for one night, on a Saturday night, and the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and the downtown strip along Central Ave. A light rail station was located only a short 1/2 block from the hotel and it went all the way into Mesage, with stops at all major downtown areas. The room was extremely comfortable and updated (although […] my view overlooked a roof next door and a parking lot). The in-house restaurant served a great buffet breakfast, better than most (although it required an upgraded room rate to have it included in the price). My only minor complaint was some stains of unknown origin on the wall/door by the bathtub, obviously missed by the housekeeping staff. I would stay here again for longer visits to the area. The hotel was clean and pleasant and we received a nice break from one of the servers on breakfast charges (the morning buffet requires an additional per person charge). The place was fine for a two-day home base while we enjoyed spring training, tho a bit of a drive to the parks. It was clean and comfortable, as well as reasonably priced, but was rather […] a letdown when we discovered that the beautiful pool and spa viewed from our room belonged to the Radisson next door. The location and the rooms were nice. The pool is a little small and they didn't have towels we could use. So we used the towels from our rooms and there was no one on the housekeeping staff that could get us more towels. I had to follow the front desk person to the "closet" to get my towels. They have a serious issue with parking. There are 10 stories […] and probably about 30 parking spots. If you don't get one then you have to park around the corner near another hotel and drag all your bags a hlf a block to the hotel. Hotel was very clean, food was fantastic..employee's were the most friendly people I have ever encounter at a hotel. Pool and spa very clean. My only complaint would be they needed new pool loungers.

My family and I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was nice. The beds were comfortable, Bathroom was small, but it served it's purpose. My young daughter enjoyed the swimming pool and the spa. We were in town for spring training games and I know we will be returning next year for spring training. Name may fool you but it is in downtown Phoenix not way north. Access to all the downtown fun, nice little bars, sports, Italian and of course The Irish. Close to plays and US Airways arena.

It was a great stay and the service was also great. when the heater did not work in the room I was given another room right away. Very clean, very friendly staff, comfortable beds. They even made me a cup of coffee for the early van ride to the airport.

Great Location for catching the Light Rail and seeing the sights, shopping & eating of Downtown Phoenix.

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms looked just like the pictures posted on the website. The customer service was superb! They were very friendly at all times! I would recommend staying here whenever you are in Phoenix.

Nice small hotel in downtown area. Very close to Barrow Neurological Institute, but not much in the way of restaurants in the area. Front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. B-fast buffet is $8.50 but they serve off the menu too - not opened lunch. Room was small, clean and updated. Small fridge and coffee maker, but no microwave and no in-room […] movies. Pool was small and very cold, as was the hot tub. Both were dirty as well. The parking lot is very small-maybe 20 spaces or so. They offer parking in a garage (shared w/ the Radisson) behind the hotel, but this requires a walk back to the HI down a poorly lit side street - not acceptable for 2 young women traveling alone! They should offer a shuttle to/from the parking garage at night. Overall, the hotel was a good value. The worst part for us was the parking and not having nearby restaurants and shopping. Again, the staff were fantastic! They allowed us early check in and late check out :-) Oh, and the beds were very hard-fine for some, not for me. Lisätietoja

My room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. This hotel was literally around the corner from where i needed to be at 8:30 am. I was able to walk to my appointment. No downtown traffic to drive in. My little dog loved it too!

+ Good price & location is convenient + Comfortable bed / pillow selection - Loud AC unit, not very efficient - Static on half of TV channels - Very small "fitness center" (2 treadmills & 1 elliptical Seems better for a business trip rather than a personal stay.

After the concert, we went to the motel, and found it very relaxing, excellent staff, both in the pm checking in, and in the am serving breakfast. The room and bath were clean, and tidy. The next time we plan to stay the night in Phoenix, we will be staying at the Holiday Inn Phoenix Downtown-North.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The room was clean and the staff was courteous. Would highly recommend.
