Easy to find even if with the help of satnav; tucked at the very back/end of a mixed commercial/trading/hotel estate. Conveniently located to motorway routes NSE&W. Friendly, helpful and pleasant staff. Rooms being in a block 100m from main reception/restaurant area could put single people off if they feel vulnerable in any way, especially with entrances […] and staircases for half of the rooms well hidden from view at the rear of the block. Triple rack room rate turned out to be a king sized double bed but with a single matress hidden underneath it and insufficient room to use properly or safely within the small amount of free floor space so our 11 year old ended up in effect sleeping on a mattress on the floor and with various obstacles and inconveniences resulting; one person unable to get out of bed and having to clamber off the end of the bed or over the other person, protruding bedside table fixed to the wall just waiting for your child to bang their head on it, no access for your child to get in or out of bed without clambering on the main bed or off the foot of their mattress. Still, bed was comfy and we all had a good nights sleep although a few extra pillows would have been nice. Room reasonably spacious for a double but not triple. Nice large desk area covering almost the full width of the room, with tea/coffee making facility but not enough supplies (one tea bag, two coffee sachets, 2 tiny faux milk blisters, four small sugars; just as well we always bring our own supplies!) Conveniently located desktop power and strong wireless signal for Internet which offered a quick connection speed. Nice sized bathroom with good quality towels, and handy wardrobe/luggage area to the side. Restaurant literally empty. Staff advised the heating was not working but the temperature was absolutely fine for us. Wasn't convinced with this hotel at all, dubious area and set up was not suitable for woman staying on her own. Bed was uncomfortable and bath was tiny. That said - it was clean, the staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant opposite was good. Very basic.

Typical dated Campanile, Bathroom taps leaks and spraying out from the bath so had two run water slower The room given to me had a Disabled badge on the door indicating to me that it should be suitalbe for disabled persons, however i could not seen any disable equipment for a physical disabled person, I am not disabled but just highlighting a potential […] problem for a disabled person. Réservation faite sur le net pour 2 chambres de 4 personnes. A l arrivée une chambre de 4 personnes et une de trois. Bien sur le prix n'était pas ajuste. Les réservations ne sont pas fiables !

Positif : - Barriere du parking fonctionne de nouveau - La peinture des chambres a etet refaite. - Bonne literie Negatif : - Bruit de roulement ininterrompu de la A104 - Placard a demi démonté - Lumiere de la salle de bain impossible a eteindre (interrupteur cassé) - Chaises paillées complètement défoncées. - Confort sommaire - le personnel de service […] a pénètré dans la chambre sans avertir quand on est au lit le matin. Hotel bruyant, avec une couette d'hiver en plein mois d'aout et qui est dans l'impossibilité de me produire une facture sous prétexte que ma réservation a été faite et payée par internet. Le personnel n'a pas été en mesure de me donner une solution pour obtenir ladite facture!!! Ah! autre chose, c'est déplaisant d'être dérangé par le personnel de ménage […] qui vient faire la chambre alors qu'elle n'est pas libérée. Lisätietoja

Das Hotel eignet sich für Reiseübernachtungen. Der Zimmerkomfort ist für diesen Zweck sehr in Ordnung. Das Frühstück kostet 9,- Euro pro Erwachsenen extra, ist aber sein Geld wert. Für eine Reiseübernachtung würde ich die Hotelgruppe und auch diese Hotel weiterempfehlen.
