Pitkän lennon jälkeen oli mukavaa, että hotellille ei ollut kuin 15min matka ja hotellinvastaanotossa palvelu pelasi mukavasti myös yöllä. Huone oli hieman käytössä kulunut ja vanhahtava, mutta hyvin siivottu. Mitään loistokasta hotellissa ei ollut, vaikka kuvien ja mainosten perusteella niin voisi odottaa, mutta toisaalta ei ollut mitään ikäviä yllätyksiäkään. Aamupala on lähinnä vitsi ja viikonloppuisin hotellilla tuntui olevan paljon paikallisia nuoria juhlimassa jotka hieman pitävät ääntä yölläkin. Ilmainen netti toimi hienosti. Hyvä perushotelli jossa hinta/laatusuhde on aika hyvin kohdallaan.

Hotellin tilat ja palvelut olivat erinomaiset. Huone oli tilava ja huoneessa oli ilmainen Wlan, mikä oli positiivinen yllätys. Tampan keskusta on kuollut paikka, joten en menisi tähän hotelliin, jos minun ei tarvitsisi yöpyä Tampan keskustassa. Kävimme katsomassa Lightningin peliä, joten tarkoitukseemme hotelli oli loistava ja yövyimmekin vain yhden yön.
Sijainti.
Perheille sopiva kerrostalohotelli Madeira Bay Resort II sijaitsee kaupungissa Madeira Beach ja alueen nähtävyyksiin kuuluu Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary.Seudun muihin nähtävyyksiin kuuluvat Tropicana Field Stadium ja Sunken Gardens.

The view from our room was nice. However the building is located on a busy road and therefore is extremely noisy. The room was dirty, soiled carpet and walls. The surrounding area and beaches are very nice, so on my next visit, I will stay elsewhere.

Thank you for advertising this condo. What a pleasant surprise when entering the condo. Everything was new and clean, beds were comfortable, and there was pleanty of room. The ocean view across the street was fantastic from the balcony and living room. My children, grnadchildren and great grandchildren spent Christmas Eve and Day with us, and there […] was plenty of space for all and that includes a 4 ft. tree. "Madeira Bay Resort II - Good Hotel for John's Pass"
The hotel room was just what I had expected it would be, large and clean. However make sure you turn on the breaker in your room for the hotwater heater otherwise you will have a cold shower. The location was very close to John's Pass which is a very nice place to walk to and have dinner or have a few drinks.

I can't say enough of how suprised I was with the quality of the acccomodations for the price I paid. It was a home away from home. It was great for my one night stay, but would be perfect for a prolonged visit. Check in was simple and fast. The room was far more than I expected. Very large and accomodating. I was expecting a simple "hotel " room, but […] was pleasantly surprised to have two bathrooms, two family rooms, a full kitchen with all appliances and amenities, as well as a great bedroom with a view of the gulf. "Bring Ear Plugs"
The location was great. We only had to walk across the street to be on the beach. But the hotel was not great. We booked a 2 bedroom with what should have been 1 queen and 1 double. It ended up with 2 single beds in the second room. The room was so small that the closet was blocked with the beds and you could barely slide the pocket door closed. We […] were unable to fit our pack and play into the room without having to push one of the beds up on the other. Just as a side note, we called about a crib and you have to rent them. They are not free like most hotels offer. We also didn't have anywhere for us to eat. There was a small table that sat 2 pushed in the corner but we had 4 in our party. The windows were awful too. They spent more money putting in stainless steel appliances than they did on windows. We could hear the traffic all night. It ended around 3am and began again at 6am. It is the main street for the area so traffic was high!! We could also hear people talking on the street as they walked by the hotel oops, sorry resort. Then we were expected to launder our own towels and take out our own trash! We really don't know what we were paying so much for when these are things we have to do at home! And be sure to read the fine print. You will not only have to pay the amount listed but there is also "resort fees" so that you can wash your own towels and take out your own trash! Not really sure that I would call this a resort but rather a motel. Our toilet ran constantly and the bedroom door handle fell off everytime you pulled on it to open the door. You can also not have a trailer of any sort there. We called ahead of time to ask because we didn't see anything written on hotels.com. I was told it was okay but when we got there, it became an issue that we had to fight. They were going to make us take it to a place to pay for the trailer to sit. "Outstanding"
The room far surpassed my expectations. It was a 2 bed, 2 bath condo style hotel. Everything was brightly lit. This is perfect for spending a week at the beach. The beach is actually just across the street. Absolutely an amazing hotel!
