Harrahs New Orleans Casino & Hotel sijaitsee kaupungissa New Orleans (Downtown - Warehouse - Arts District) ja on lähellä kohteita Riverwalk Marketplace, Bourbon Street ja Jackson Square. Lähistöllä ovat myös Mercedes-Benz Superdome ja French Market.

Tämän 4-tähden majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus (auki 24 tuntia) ja AV-laitteet. Majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) ravintolapalveluihin kuuluvat 9 ravintolaa sekä kahvila. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: matkajärjestelyt / lippupalvelu, hääpalvelut ja tilaisuuksien tarjoilut. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: kasino, yökerho ja kuntokeskus tai -sali.Vieraspysäköinti (maksullinen) on saatavilla rajoitetusti saapumisjärjestyksessä. Vierashuoneissa on seuraavia näköalavaihtoehtoja: joki tai kaupunki. Harrahs New Orleans Casino & Hoteln 450 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on iPod-telakat ja CD-soitin. Vuoteissa on patjana: petauspatja. Langaton ja langallinen nopea Internet-yhteys (maksullinen) on käytettävissä. Huoneissa on LCD-televisio , joissa on parhaat kaapeli-/satelliittikanavat ja maksulliset elokuvat. Huoneissa on ilmainen sanomalehti arkipäivinä, tallelokerot (kannettava tietokone sopii) ja kaiutinpuhelin sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Kylpyhuoneissa on erillinen kylpyamme ja suihku, kylpytakit, designer-hygieniatuotteet ja meikkaus-/parranajopeilit.

Erittäin tyytyväinen. Hotellissa näkyy perinteikäs tapa palvella asiakasta tinkimättömällä kunnioituksella ja palvelualttiudella, joka ei kuitenkaan tuntunut epäluonnolliselta imartelulta. Laadukas kuntosaliosasto jacuzzeineen sekä maksulllinen spa-osasto lisäävät mukavuutta. Aamiainen erinomainen. Baari ja hotelllin puutarhasisäpiha luovat erityistä viihtyisyyttä. Pidimme hotellista vapaa-ajanmatkalla, mutta valitsisin sen myös tulevaisuudessa työmatkani yöpymis- tai konferenssipaikaksi. Sijainti hyvä. Puhtaus erinomainen.

Henkilökunta oli mukavan välitöntä eikä syyllistynyt pönötykseen hotellin kalleudesta huolimatta. "Valet parking" henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja kohteliasta. Aulassa oli iloinen tunnelma kun saavuimme uuden vuoden aattona ja tunsimme olevamme tervetulleita. Seuraavana päivänä oli pystytetty brunchi aulaan kahvion viereen varsin tyylikkäästi. Huone oli viihtyisä eikä katujen juhlinta kuulunut sisälle. Kaunis hotelli. Hyvät TV kanavat. Hyvä suihku. Kaipasin ainoastaan kylpytakkia ja tohveleita.

"Overpriced!"
I grew up in New Orleans and was very excited to have a chance to be a tourist. Harrahs was not worth the cost. Yes, the room was clean and quite..but some of the rooms actually have windows that face the parking lot...yes the parking lot. We were first given a room that had the parking lot view. The bed was not comfortable, there was no desk to work […] from, they charged $11 day to use the internet, parking was $30 a day unless you played in the casino for 30 minutes. "If not needed make sure your room isn't handicap"
Everything was great except both rooms were handicap rooms. If that was all that was available I would understand but the front desk didn't notify us. We didn't complain but it was inconvenient because the shower water went all over the bathroom floor. Also one room didn't have a tub. If not for that the hotel would have received all 5's. "Members Only"
Do not stay here unless you are a member of there club. If you don't gamble do not bother. I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 and our room was not ready and they said they would call us when it was ready. This was fine until I sat there and watched no less than 25 people check in after we did and immediately get their room. After sitting waiting for some […] time I asked if our room was ready they checked and it was. Did they let us know???...NO! I then asked to talk to the manager who informed me that the reason those people got their rooms first was becasue they were gamblers in the casino. So, in other words my business is not important becase I do not gamble, The room was nice and the valet parking attendants were very nice, however, front desk and management associates need to learn the meaning of customer service. The rates were great and the services was outstanding. Thats from parking the truck to check-in and checking - out. The room services was right on time. The staff was very professional.

"What a find"
This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Make sure you get a suite as there is so much room. I would definitely stay there again. The casino across the street is very handy for meals and coffee. We have been traveling all over the world and this one was certainly our favorite.

"Friendly and Responsive Front Desk Staff"
First time at Harrah's Hotel and Casino was a great experience. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Walking through the Front Desk, and entrance, I was always greeted. The hotel director was also presence who greeted me and my guest. Stayed in many hotels in New Orleans and this will be my stay again.

Great location, easy walk to French Quarter and the casino. Loved the spacious bat with great separate shower and tub....spacious and new.

"Good location, sketchy service"
The hotel was way overpriced probably because the French Quarter and surrounding areas were all sold out as a result of French Quarter Festival. Don't count on getting a wakeup call. I asked for one and it never came. As a backup,the night before, I requested that coffee be delivered at a certain time so if I overslept, I'd at least hear the knock on […] the door. The coffee was also half an hour late and she forgot the cream. Thank god I set my cell phone alarm as a third backup because I would have missed my meeting if I had counted on the hotel. The room decorations were supertacky--with a purple, velor bed cover because purple is Harrah's color. However, the room was also comfortable, quiet and clean. There are no hotel services here. There is no desk to use for business nor is there any room services. You must leave the hotel to eat unless you want an overpriced steak from Ruths Chris. This was the first time I stayed at this hotel, I was very pleased. Every staff member who I came across was very helpful and friendly. However, if you want breakfast in the hotel you have to order room service or you have to walk at least a block away.

"Nice Hotel"
My sister and I were on a trip for pleasure. The hotel was very nice and clean (important to us). The room was immaculate and nicely done. The staff was helpful and personable. Definitely the best place to stay for the money. (P.S. Would definitely NOT eat at the buffet in the casino, the price was high and the food was bad!!)
