This hotel is a 4 star, however, they need to renovate some of the rooms. Our first room had a wierd odor and the second one did as well. They worked quickly to get us a room that was acceptable. Our stay was fabulous. Staff were very cordial. Excellent buffet breakfast with wide selections. Location is close to the Sky Train and River Boat.

The hotel is in a great location, near the river and subway. Many rooms have balconies, which are fantastic. Service is fast and friendly. Hotel food isn't great, but there are many options just outside.

Centrepoint's large rooms, relatively economical price and the incredible friendliness and helpfullness of the staff makes this hotel my home away from home for all my frequent business trips to Thailand. Need an iron or an ironing board. Just call Housekeeping and in 2 minutes it's there. Whatever you need, the staff bends over backwards to help you […] and always with a big smile. Full kitchen and washer dryer included with the studio apartments. The rooms are solid so you aren't disturbed by the TV in the next room or the sound of the elevators or ice machines. Excellent buffet breakfast. Ask for a riverview room and you'll have a great shot of Bangkok and the busy Chao Phyra River. Close to the Skytrain. Try the MK Sukiyaki restaurant downstairs. The Centre Point Silom hotel is situated in Bangrak, a central location near the Chao Phraya River. The hotel is connected to a small shopping center and Charoenkrung Road features many street stalls selling fruit, snacks and other goodies. The hotel location is very convenient both by BTS (Skytrain at Saphon Taksin) and ferry. The Bangrak area of Bangkok […] has many high-end hotels, clubs, business towers as well as embassies. It’s also fairly close to the action in Silom. In other words, it’s a very convenient location in Bangkok. The hotel itself has many amenities including a fitness center and an expansive rooftop swimming pool. Breakfast for two was included for free with the rate and the buffet had a very good selection of Asian and Western cuisines… I was very pleased with this experience. Service was also particularly professional and courteous. If this already sounds good at this stage, the best is yet to come… the room. I booked one of their studios and it truly was a small apartment… kitchen, laundry washer/dryer, kitchen table. The living room was very spacious, so was the bathroom including both bath tub and separate shower area. Lots of lights, a balcony with a view, oh and free WiFi that worked flawlessly. In conclusion, this hotel was the real deal, and sure the pricing was slightly above average but on a blitz trip to Thailand from the US, this was exactly what I needed to relax at the end of the day when everything was said and done. Good value alternative to the famous hotels in the neighbourhood (The Oriental, The Peninsula, Shangri-la, Lebua, Sheraton). Nearest of the above listed to the BTS urban rail. Good "standalone" stay with direct access to the multi-floor Robinson department store at the podium levels (Centrepoint Silom occupies the tower component but the reception lobby […] is at the ground floor). The full-sized Tops supermarket in the basement provides whatever grocery needs that are required to utilise the kitchen in your apartment. Street food and shopping is available in the many stalls around the area stretching to the Shangri-la and Lebua hotels. Breakfast buffet is excellent with a good spread of dishes over 3 areas - hot food (lunch standard), bakery/cereal foods and fruits/salads. A variety of juices, milk, coffee and plain pure water are available to choose from. The rooms are good-sized from studios to 2-bedroom apartments. These are full-sized apartments not just hotel suites. Bathrooms are over-sized with both shower room and bathtub in the same bathroom. However, items you may have usually expected like toothbrushes, shoeshine items, coffee/tea bags are not provided. For a serviced apartment, the absence of dishwashing liquid for cleaning up in the well-equipped kitchen and laundry detergent for the provided washing machine are also puzzling and rather irritating little problems. One would think that providing even small complimentary packets of washing powder suitable for the washing machines would be to their advantage, rather than risk having all manner of strange alternative being poured into their machines by frustrated guests making do with shampoo or shower gel or low-quality soap, leading to high maintenance costs down the road. Unwashed plates are happily cleaned by the daily maid service, but most I suspect would prefer to have a clean kitchen when one turns in at night. Close to the Central Pier and the BTS station, from where one can explore Bangkok along the Chao Phraya river by regular ferry or overland using the BTS/MRT network. Walk across from life into floor 1 of the robinson mall and down the escalator and you are in the supermarket with ready meals and all you would need. Communication with staff was a little difficult if it was a question that deviated from the standard, or if it was something requiring a little extra explanation. Breakfast buffet... the western selections left much to be desired, but if you dared to venture to what westerners would quicker call "dinner" the food was FANTASTIC. Overall, service (ie, […] when we called and needed something from the front desk) was suprisingly fast... especially considering we were on the 17th floor. Staff were warm and friendly, always with a smile. And who ever heard of a hotel room with a washing machine/dryer in it??? Hotel, though not necessarily romantic or with local charm, was spacious and gorgeous, even by western standards. My boyfriend and I stayed at Centre Point Silom for two nights in January and were very satisfied with our decision to stay there. The hotel was beyond our expectations, as we had a room on the 12th floor with a brilliant view overlooking the Bangkok River with its majestic Wats. We had booked a Studio Suite, which was very spacious with a comfortable […] bed. The suite was equipped with washing machine and dryer (no detergent provided, must buy your own). No iron or ironing board either, but you may be able to request from housekeeping. Included in the suite is a kitchen with stove and some basic utensils and plates. There is also a fridge, but it is not stocked. The hotel is located on top of a shopping market where you can buy food and other essentials for the room as required. The bathroom was also very large, equipped with both a bathtub and shower and nice toiletries. There is a television, DVD player and stereo system as well. You can choose a DVD from a decent selection of DVDs at the front desk or buy one at one of the vendors right outside the hotel. Overall, the room was tastefully decorated, well-lit and well maintained. Location was excellent - 5 minute walk to the BTS and the Ferry Terminal. The hotel has a lot of wasted space. The hallways are enormous and the rooms were very big, with just empty space. It is very nice! The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. It is convenient to be next to Robinson's which has a grocery store in the basement. There is also a McDonald's, KFC and pizza place connected to it. The sky train is a […] short 2 block walk. There aren't any good restaurants in the immediate area but taxis are cheap (if it isn't rush hour). I had to ask twice for an iron. They forgot our bottled water one day because we had some of our own in the fridge, so hide yours if you buy some. this is my 2 time staying in this hotel. great location, very convenient. food, groceries, BTS and boat ride all within reach. esp convenient for people who needs to travel up and down the river regularly.

centre point silom is amazing value, clean, comfortable accommodation with fantastic staff rooms are actually apartments fully eqipt with everything you need and fab views of the city, they are clean, comfortable, well kept, with complimentary water, and aromatherapy toiletries the hotel has a department store & supermarket attched...very convenient. […] there are 24 hr eateries and a market out the front too. the pier & bts are literally 2 minutes walk, so getting around is a breeze breakfast is buffet style with something for everyone staff are extremely friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help and ensure a perfect stay. they helped us get discount tickets for trips we wished to take and helped my son to learn thai phrases he wished to learn. door staff greet you "welcome home" when you arrive back the only negative in my opinion was that there is no seperate conditioner provided (it was a shampoo/conditioner in 1) 100% recommend! Yes, indeed. With all the facilities provided, including the washing machine, it's like 5 stars. Clean, big (for 1 king-size bed + 1 extra bed), kitchen set and convenient location near MRT and pier. Will come back again for sure !!

Huge room, great kitchen, washing machine and everything you would find in a hotel. Close to the river and Sky Train, Robinsons attached and great safe walking area. Staff very helpful and coordinated well with two different sets of tour guides.

Bra hotell ut ifra pris. Gode solforhold ved basseng . Rett ved elvetaxi og skytrain. Hotellet ligger i et travelt/hektisk område av Silom, så det kommer an på hvordan man liker det.

Das ist ein Folterkammer Extra-Klasse. Es ist schön für das Auge, aber man wird mit qualvollen Geräuschen durch das Verkehr draußen zum Wahnsinn getrieben. Kein normales Schlaf ist möglich. Das Hotel liegt wenige 100m neben einer Skytrain und einer Taxibot Haltestelle. Vom Flughafen gut per Bahn zu erreichen. Neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Kaufhaus mit Supermarkt im UG. Um das Hotel herum befindet sich ein Markt mit tollem Treiben. Die Sauberkeit und das freundliche Personal ist hervorzuheben. 室内が明るく清潔感にあふれています。 BTSの駅、船着場も近く、デパート、スーパーマーケットも近隣にあり利便性は最高です。

スタッフの対応も標準的に良く、立地も良いです。全然問題ないんだけど、サービスの質という面では以前に比べたら低下している気がしてなりません。料金からするともう少し満足感を得られたらなーと思います。食事も美味しいんだけど、メニューも日々少し変わるんだけど、6泊の滞在で飽きました。それとベッドをツインにしたんですが、キャリーが固定されておらず動き回るので寝にくいです。 前に泊まった時はすごくいい印象だったのに普通になっちゃいました。それが残念。

Ma fille et moi avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cet hôtel. Sa proximité du Skytrain et de l'embarcadère garantit un accès facile à la plus grande partie de la ville sans perdre de temps dans le trafic routier. El hotel está bastante bien situado. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y el baño es dificil encontrar uno tan bueno y espacioso como ese. Se trata casi de un pequeño apartamento con frigorífico, lavadora y cocina. El buffet excelente y la piscina una maravilla.
