Hoi An Trails Resort - Hoi An

Prepaid for three days but checked out after one. This place might be OK for a one night stop on a bus tour, which is the market that this hotel seems to specialize in. Based on the positive reviews we thought this would be a good place to stay and enjoy Hoi An but we failed to see the negative reviews about the noise and the mediocre food. We were […] placed in a large room right next to a noisy bar that shut down after 1:00 am and started up again at 6:30 am. Not a pleasant experience. There are much better places to stay in Hoi An. The staff was particularly helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The food was good and very reasonable.

We arrived late at 3AM. and we did called to let them know that we're going to be late. When we arrived, one of our room had hotel staff sleeping in the bed. It took 2 hrs and 30mins. before the room get clean so we could move in, we ended up staying up for breakfast since it already 6am. In the morning we talked to the manager and all she could gave […] us was a free one hr. message and i have to use it in the same day, which we did not get a chance to use it. Very good value for money. Good food, lovely rooms and pretty garden. Staff is very friendly.

I stayed with my husband in a suite at the Hoi An TraIls resort for 5 nights. The room was lovely and large with a bedroom and lounge room, good when my husband woke earlier than myself in the morning he could get up make coffee and watch news without disturbing me. Two bathrooms was a bonus. On the internet sight for the hotel I was lead to believe […] that some of the rooms in the hotel had views of the river this was not the case. we had a view over the garden which was lovely. The breakfast was a very extensive buffet of western and asian foods. Loved the pho and dim sum. The gardens were lovely. Pool was beautiful and the pool bar was open during our stay. I was not overly impressed with the spa i think you could get better treatments at cheaper prices from spas in town. Staff at the fromt desk were helpful all staff were friendly though the girls seemed a bit shy but pleasant. The location was good not far from town took the shuttle bus most time though it was only $2 in taxi. Used the free bikes too ride to the beach and around the fishing villages on the last day which was wonderful way to spend a morning. I would highly recomend this resort. I'd definitely come back to Hoi An Trails again, pretty much everything lived up well beyond our expectations and the surrounding scenery was just absolutely perfect - a real getaway from the urban jungle. Hotel is located between Cua Dai beach and Hoi An Town. Shuttle bus runs to both. The resort is lovely. Room itself was ok. Doors didn't fully close so was anxious about being bitten by mosquitos. (there are lots of them in a resort like this) Breakfast was pretty poor.

Comfortable and large rooms, out of our group of nine, two were not happy with their room as it was above the kitchen and was noisy. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs which included the unexpected delivery of a birthday cake. We all enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant. When we did not use this service we either travelled by taxi ( $2-$3 one way) or on some occasions we hired motor bikes ( also inexpesive). Would stay at Trails again if ever I return to Hoi An. Love this hotel we stayed at. Only downside is that the breakfast buffet needs some improvement. Bakery not too fresh. They look like leftovers from previous day. Not sure if this was the best bacon they could grill but the bacon was actually very tough. Also, having a change of varieties would be nice. We stayed between 26 and 30 Nov.2010.We had 2 superior rooms in the first building located behind the bar, on the ground floor.Hotel is nice but maybe a little overpriced.The rooms and bathrooms are large, with the safety box. The kingsize bed was clean and comfortable. Free coffe making facilities.The only complaint is about the noise, since due to […] the thin walls I could hear all the guests passing by between the Reception-Restaurant building, the Bar and the pool, and the gardeners watering the plants daily at 06 am.The balcony windows are large with wooden shutters and heavy curtains but if you keep them open it's hard to have some privacy in room due to all the guests passing by. American buffet breakfast was good, eggs made to order, free internet in the bar and wifi in room, small but nice pool.Free shuttle to the beach (5 min) and downtown (10 min). Free bikes available, only several minutes ride to the beach.The Reception staff was nice hovewer they suggested to use a travel agency dowtown for our travel arrangements when we asked for assistance with the train reservation. This hotel was very clean and perfect for relaxing. The free bikes and internet were a great bonus. If your not wanting to pay too much but want comfort and cleanliness then this is for you. It's close enough to the city and beach but away from the noise. Great stay for friends or family.

This hotel was a very good experience in Hoi An. Very good breakfast, amazing swimming pool (too warm), free bicycles, free bus service to the center or to the beach, private beach and free deck chair and sunshade. The room was modern, clean, and carefuly decorated

Mit dem Hotel waren wir sehr zufrieden, aber wenn wir ein Familienzimmer fuer 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind buchen gehen wir davon aus, dass wir 3 Betten vorfiinden, nicht ein Ehebett. Wir mussten nochmals 100.- $ bezahlen fuer ein extra Bett fuer unsere Tochter. Das hat uns doch etwas geaergert und wir fragen uns, wessen Fehler das ist. Was auch noch anzumerken […] waere ist der Laerm in gewissen Zimmern. Also unbedingt ein ruhiges Zimmer verlangen. Lisätietoja

Мы отдыхали 11 ноченй. Гостиница не большая, но очень уютная(4 корпуса), зеленая парковая зона с теплым бассейном(без хлорки). У нас был забронирован номер Deluxe. Когда мы приехали нам дали номер с видом на курятник. Утром поменяли корпус, где находятся номера в японском стиле. Номер большой и уютный. Убирали 2 раза в день. Завтраки хорошие. Персонал […] гостипреимный. Гостиница 2 км от моря. Шадол ходит один раз в три часа туда и обратно. Первый отправляется в 9.30 в самую жару, что очень не удобно.Последний - забирает с пляжа в 17.40(когда начинает темнеть), а перед ним в 14.40. К сожалению, днем в гостинице тяжело было отдыхать, т.к. днем шли постоянные строительные работы на территории и за ее пределами(что создавало очень шумно), т.к. гостиница находится в окружении жилых домов.
