pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. feels brand new, very clean, close to good restaurants and shopping. really nice pool and jacuzzi. staff super friendly

The hotel was perfectly suitable for the wedding we were attending at Bourndale. The price was right and it was close enough to where we needed to get to. The staff was very helpful and everything was clean upon arrival. The only negative was the cleaning staff's inconsistency in the room cleaning times. Wonderful hotel with a great location. Within walking distance to Colony Place shopping center, quick drive to downtown Plymouth and Plymouth rock and museums. Clean rooms and common areas. Only complaint was that there wasn't easy access to stairs- seemed silly to wait for the elevator to get to the second floor but other than that would highly recommend […] this hotel to anyone heading to Plymouth. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. We were very pleased with our stay.

As always, staff was very friendly. The pool and spa were dirty. The breakfast area was not kept clean. Construction going on was a minor annoyance.

I feel I had to give a 3 to the condition of the hotel as well as the rating. The hotel was undergoing renovations in their front lobby/dining area which resulted in the breakfast buffet being held in a conference room that got quite overcrowded.

The hotel ws having renovations to the lobby & downstairs area but it did not interfere with our being comfortable. Great breakfast

The room was very clean and well-appointed, However, the hotel was under major renovations, with the total foyer stripped to bare bones (unknown to us at booking). We could have managed that, but, having brought toddlers to enjoy the pool, we were incensed when we could not use the pool at opening time in the morning due to poor chemical readings and […] we were told, by an indifferent desk clerk, that the next pool test would not be until11:30 a.m. (checkout at noon!!!!). Everyone staying there had taken their children to the hotel for an overnight pool treat, and there was no attempt to maintain the pool to allow them to access it. We will not be back! Lisätietoja

We had a very nice time, the staff was on top all of our needs and the housekeeping was awesome special dealing with our children. The only problem we found was we would have liked to know they were going to be under construction.

Having spent 3 days with 3 small dogs and 2 cats with no electricity in the aftermath of the recent blizzard, we decided enough and went in search of a safe haven for all of us. We found it at the Hampton Inn in Plymouth. Steve at the front desk hardly blinked at bringing 5 pets to the Inn (especially after he learned their total combined weight is […] 65 pounds; the size of an average Lab). The room was perfect. The inn has a Bertucci's and a Chili's next door to make dining easy. The hotel staff were welcoming and accommodating. We asked to check in early as we had a fundraiser up the street to prepare for, then return to shower later...Our room was ready and our request was granted. This was just a one night stay however the staff was pleasant and the free breakfast was great. Room was fine. Bed could have been firmer bit was ok.

We were in Plymouth over Christmas and the hotel staff was great, breakfast was delicious and hotel was close to last minute shopping and historical sightseeing.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The pool and hot tub were very nice and we liked the complimentary breakfast.

The staff was wonderful. they were friendly, efficient and professional. Only problem was the heating regulation in the room. It was hard to find a temperature that would work. Breakfast was good.

Just like any other Hampton Inn- except the "Mayflower" replica in the lobby. Photos next to room numbers are a good idea, but local pictures would have been much better. nice pool breakfast is OK but needs more whole grain I was unpleasantly surprised to be next to a mall

This was a great choice for our family! We have never been to Plymouth before and came to see the Plantation and the Mayflower II. The first evening we arrived, we took the shuttle in town and learned a lot including a great restaurant recommendation from our driver. Nice hotel and friendly staff, but a little further from historical Plymouth than we realized. The complimentary breakfast has the most amazing selection of food choices that I've ever seen offered at a hotel breakfast area. My daughter liked swimming in the indoor heated pool. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The rooms were very clean and a nice size. The bathroom had a granite standing counter and awesome sandstone-like tile on the floor. Loved the white comforter and nice bed! It was close enough to walk to the restaurants and stores at the strip mall, but not close enough to hear all the noise. Very quiet location!

This was one of the most difficult places to find. Road signs are non-existent.

Most important of all, the hotel was clean, and well-kept. Staff members that we came in touch with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good, and replenished as needed. The hotel itself is within easy reach of Cape Cod, Boston and other attractions. We am becoming confident that we can count upon Hampton Inn.

My stay was very nice.. However: i contacted the hotel prior to arriving to try and get a non smoking room..To my surprise no one wanted to hear what i had to say, I was hung up on , talked over so i couldn't get a word in and was very unhappy with the reception i recieved upon arrriving.. When a room became available, the hotel never offered to move […] us.. I found the staff rude and i feel they need training in customer service.. We brought a dog with us. When we go South for the winter, the Hampton Inns do not allow dogs; big mistake. We certainly would go to a Hampton Inn. the personal at this hotel went beyond normal help in estending our stay. They were extremely helpful in gettingus the right room for the three of us and in suggesting the best sights and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!

The Hotel staff espicailly night was outstanding. They drove us a few miles away for food pickup. I did not believe it. It was our first time in area, We enjoyed Plymouth and your Hotel. Thank you. We were not that far from Tours.

We stayed three nights. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Coffee maker in room didn't work and it never got replaced. I told them about it when we were leaving and they were apologetic and they gave a credit on the bill.

Very well maintained property. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Very quiet. We were on the fourth floor and didn't hear a peep all night. We forgot toothpaste and the front desk gave us enough to last our stay. Overall would stay at the Hampton Inn Suites in Plymouth again and again.
