The Seasons - Orlando

We stayed at The Seasons for 6 nights - First and foremost we drove from Chicago & were told we could check in at anytime - When we arrived it was 10am & the rep at the front desk was extremely RUDE - no customer service skills at all. We ended up checking in later that day - Once we were settled into our room, on christmas day, I decided to reheat […] some meat to make tacos & lone behold our electricity went out. It was midnight & the front desk closes at 10PM so we had to call security (which we were told was on premises at all times) when i called him he told me I'll be there in 5-7 minutes. Once the lights went off I had my mighty iPhone so I turned on my "Flashlight" app & went towards the kitchen to get my reheated meat and there was a roach on the countertop. I was in awe because the whole room did not have ONE spider web, no ants, NOTHING! So when I came back to the kitchen a second time I saw a roach on the wall behind the stove. By that point security still did not know what to do because they couldn't power on our power so we were forced to move to another room. Keep in my mind father is handicap and we had to take all the food out of our fridge and move at nearly 1AM. Well the next day my mom around 9am went to the front desk and the rude rep, again, did not know what she was doing. They opened the front desk at 8am and still an hour later they still weren't working on our situation. My mom asked the rep if she knew how to fix it and the rep was extremely rude saying "I don't fix lights lady" - my mom was not asking her to fix it but instead if she knew what to do to fix it, i.e...call someone!! Once my mom let her know about the roaches the girl called housekeeping and ran it past them and they said "we've never had a problem like that" - well no kidding . you clean during the day, you aren't aware when guests lights go out, so why would you be aware of a problem like that? - you wouldn't be. Condo was very clean but not in the greatest neighborhood. I was really suprised since it is owned by Westgate Resorts

Everything was comfortable, including the dining room chairs. We enjoyed cooking and meals in after our long day. There were six of us and there was plenty of room. It was very nice to have two bathrooms when we were all getting ready for the day. We were even able to bring our own DVD and watch a movie together. me and 4 others friends stay here last weekend to visit halloween horror nights. except for a little problem while checking in (they said i had to be 21, im only 19) everything else was excellent. after the issue was resolved they gave me my keys and cotrols and we took off. the rooms are good and have enough space. the balcony was very useful and felt […] really good specially since winter is coming. the beds were not the best in the worlds but they are ok enough to sleep. there is no housekeeping unless you pay extra and no free internet either. those were not an issue since we are 5 young adults and most of the time were not even in the room until late at night. overall it was a perfect place to go and enjoy our weekend. nobody really bothered us and we stay up until really late. perfect place to go with your friend!!!!(and family) Lisätietoja

This property has been around for a while, but has everything you need for an extended stay without the tourist congestion found at most Orlando properties. The overall value was great. The conveinience of a fully equipped condo and not having to spend time going to restaurants constantly made the stay feel more relaxed. The location was within 15 minutes […] of all of the attractions and the airport. Shopping and entertainment were even closer, and you were in a neighborhood, not a commercial corridor. The condo was great. Roomy, clean, comfortable, relaxing. We will stay there on our next trip to Orlando. The only thing missing was wireless internet. The gave us printed directions that were easy to follow except for the trip to the airport. I had packed my map and had no idea which highway was Bee Line since were were not locals. For the space, you will not find better value. Full two bedroom apt with sofabed. The place is older but in decent shape. I did see a security guard once.

This was the most horrible hotel or so called resort I've ever seen. It's located in a "rough" neighborhood and is not at all ideal for vacationing. The front desk clerk was rude and very disrespectful. And to add to all this, the stairs reaped of urine. We are a family of 5 that needed a room in Orlando close to the many theme parks. This hotel was just the ticket. Our unit had two bedrooms. One with a king size bed and its own bathroom and another with two twin beds next to a hall bath. The living room had a large sofa sleeper that two could share. The unit also had a full kitchen with microwave, […] refrigerator etc. Here is a breakdown of what we found. A large spacious unit, that smelled clean and decorated like a timeshare resort. Beds - clean linens, clean mattresses with no bedbugs. Yes, we searched for them. Bathroom -Clean with a tiny, tiny, bit of mold on the bottom of a pure white shower curtain. Only someone who was actively searching would see it. It did not bother us. Kitchen - Clean Dishes - Clean Refrigerator - Clean Pull out sofa - Clean overall but had a few bread crumbs we just brushed away. We also found extra pillows, blankets, linen, shower caps and soap. All clean, clean, clean. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful when we were there. The security guard's truck was there though we did not see him. Because it was late when we arrived, we put our food in the fridge, settled in and went to sleep. The next morning since we had packed our own food we ate breakfast in the unit cleaned up and was on our way to one of the theme parks by 7:30 am for a day of fun. Overall the unit was spacious, comfortable and clean. Did I mention that it was clean? It is a very good bargain. We would so stay there again and explore the Mall at Millenia which is close by. Good rooms, good appliances, everything is good, the surroundings are a little bad, but there is security in the complex.

In life you get what you pay for and our stay at The Seasons confirmed it further! First the positve side. The apartment was spacious and having a full kitchen saved us further on breakfast. However, that's were the positive ends and where you have to deal with the reality that you're staying at a run down former apartment complex. The grounds were […] not well kept and you we had a neighbor (lives there permenantly) using a barrell smoker all day Saturday (from 6am until about 9pm) and the bedroom door that leads into the patio had about a 3/8 draft hole all around it and our bedroom filled with smoke at 7am. We used duct tape to seal the door, but it was impossible to get the smell out since we could not open the patio doors. You dare not take a walk outside the complex as you will stand out like a sore thumb (a.k.a. tourist). You are in a low income neighborhood in a run down former apartment complex that needs work. Oh yes, there is a cute Guard house at the entrance, but no 'guard' was ever present no matter what time you checked. This is not a safe neighborhood for families and you dare not venture out of the complex on foot. One last thing, I was awakened at 4:30 am by a neighbor having a snack on the picnic table outside my window while singing a 'ranchera'. Don't get me wrong, it's not an ethnic problem, it's just that this is not the place for a hotel/motel/resort. Location, location, location this does not have. Spend the extra money and you get peace of mind 3 miles down the road closer to the attractions. I stayed here 4 days and tried as I did, could not find an available hotel room because of the holidays. If I could have, I would have paid twice what I paid here to stay in a more appealing and safe environment! Exceptionally clean and comfortable, we wanted to take the bed home with us as it was incredibly comfortable! We were delighted to get a 2 bedroomed suite for the cost of a single room elsewhere. The decor was somewhat dated, but scrupulously clean. Excellent value for money and very convenient for all the attractions Orlando has to offer. We would […] have appreciated WiFi, though, it is expected in hotels these days. The only negative was loud and intrusive marriachi music coming from a nearby shopping plaza all day Saturday. For someone who is traveling to Orlando and (a.) wants to be close to the airport (because they are arriving late or departing early), or (b.) is traveling with a family and hates the thought of "cramming" into a hotel room to save some money, THIS is the perfect alternative! The Seasons is a "condo" and the two bedrooms and two bathrooms (plus super […] comfortable couch) gives a family room to relax without sitting on the edge of someone's bed. The hotel was amazing! The check in was a little weird though since we checked in at about 10 in the night. The staff was really friendly for the two that we dealt with. The room took our breath away. The full kitchen and bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing! It was like an expensive arrartment or a condo as you may call it. EEEGADZZZ!!!! I can't believe hotels.com has this place listed! The property is located just this side of HELL! I called and canceled without getting out of the vehicle. It is run down apartments some guy is attempting to convert into hotel suites. A LONG way to go - like demolishing the building and rebuilding about 6 miles away. The condo was exactly that... two bedrooms, two full baths, separate laundry room with full size washer & dryer, fully appointed kitchen with full size appliances and everything you could need to cook and serve a complete meal; even a cork screw! We stayed here for one week. The condo was great and had everything we needed. Could actually live there with no complaints except the stairs. Condo has all kitchen needs, including pots, pans, toaster, dishwasher w/ detergent. Laundry room w/ 3 single loads of Tide, more for a small fee. Lots of extra blankets, pillows and towels, huge closets. Three […] TV's, one with DVD and VCR. Area is a common multi racial area, security on duty every night. Food within 2 miles, new mall is very close, Disney in about 20-25 minutes, I - Dr 10 minutes, Sea World 15 minutes. If you want to stay at home, this is the place. Rooms face the pool, sometimes was able to get internet access from the balcony, but not strong singles. Balcony is screened in to keep bugs out, and children from climbing. Good security depletes the safety issue. Rooms very comfortable for the needs of our businees lodging.

The rooms are very well designed, enclosed porch with a grill, full kitchen and laundry in your rooms. The housekeeping staff is what holds this place together, their maintrenance dept needs sincere review. There were several smashed bugs on the walls as well as what may have been feces on the wall in several locations. It was very scarey, I didn't […] want to touch the walls. Housekeeping does a good job with their duties but maintenance is severely lacking, the air condtioner needed servicing too; it was seemingly operating at about 50%. I would think it is maintenance's job to wash walls, not housekeeping. The lobby advertises they are open until 10pm - this is truely a lie. I started calling at 9:30, ended up calling their number they reference their callers to in case of an emergency - left two messages, never did get one call back. The lobby opens at eight am so if you are business orientated it is difficult to properly check out, you will probably be late for your functions. The room has alot of potential but staff changes would be welcome. The next morning, as I was officially checking in I was telling the person (Robert)behind the counter of all my struggles the night before trying to reach someone to check in, driving down I-4 in the rain by myself, scrambling through notes all over my front seat to call someone to check in, a very dangerous thing to do - and he actually thought it was funny, no compassion and certainly no hospitality! checking in and communcating was an absolute nightmare. We have stayed here 4 times now and will keep coming back. It's perfect with great staff and security. Very pleased.
