Stayed one night for a connection from uk to south america, easily accessible from metro (one stop from airport), the walk from the metro station only 5 or 10 minutes with a cumbersome suitcase. Very reasonable price, staff courteous and helpful. Room basic but elegant and comfortable. Would use again.

Clean room, good service, nice shower, quiet neighborhood. Didn't hear an airplanes at night despite being a few minutes from the airport. The shuttle was waiting for us when we landed and we had no problems getting back the next morning. Also, the Metro is a 10 minute walk away - at most. Will defnitely be back.

The hotel was very nice in a sleepy little neighbor. Maybe a 15 minute walk from the metro but easy to get to. Great airport shuttle service. Overall a great place to stay if your on your way to the airport.

Stayed at the hotel after spending the weekend in Madrid, where I stayed in the city centre. As I had an early morning flight I decided to spend the last night closer to the airport and the Ibis Madrid aeroporto offered a room at a competitive rate. The hotel does offer a complimentary shuttle to the airport, however it starts at 6:05AM and I was told […] it can take up to 30 minutes to get to the terminal (my flight was leaving from T4), which unfortunately did not leave me enough time, so I opted for the Metro. With one suitcase, it took me about 10 mins to get to the station on foot, then another 10 minutes on the train. Public transport in Madrid is really affordable, so it was not an issue. Room itself was very clean. Bed was comfortable and overall room was quiet, so I had a good night sleep. Bathroom was clean. There is no bath, but a shower. Water pressure was strong and there were no problems with hot water, both in the evening and very early in the morning, which is what you need to really get yourself awake at the small hours of the morning. Check in / check out was efficient and with no delays. WiFi, while not complimentary, only cost 5EUR for 24 hours and WiFi signal was very good. The shuttle comes once in half an hour, and this is the last hotel of several on the same shuttle's route. The result - it arrives late and full, leaving you no option to get to the airport, except by taxi or metro (15 minutes walk).

Receptionist are very well mannered and helful. A real good stop over for tired travellers.

While most of the hotel was fine, the unfortunate fact that our room was more like an oven (68 c) which made it impossible to stay in till the evening. We were told that the air conditioning was turned off and there was no way to cool down the room until the sun set. Opening the window did little since the sun shone in. Very clean and comfortable. The shuttle service to the airport is very good and efficient. My only complaint is that there did not seem to be enough staff on the front desk. They also have to look after the bar and restaurant and sometimes we were kept waiting.

This hotel is no more or no less what you would expect from and airport hotel. Its close to the airport, has a shuttle bus every half hour, its clean, has food.the price is very affordable, making it hard to be disapointed.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in for the price. The staff was helpful and pleasent at all times. The van make a run at the top of the hour and at the half so this is very helpful.

The Ibis Hotel near Baranjas Airport was reasonable, convenient, clean and had a wonderful shower. Free shuttle to/from the airport was a definite plus but did not seem to arrive on a regular basis as we waited 45 mins until another driver called them for us. We would have appreciated free wi-fi in our room but the one computer in the lobby was adequate. […] Our room did look directly across to other windows so we had to keep the panels across the windows. This did the trick, had to overnight at T4 in Madrid.. 18 EURO cab ride..5 euro as tax to get to/from the airport.. what will they think of next. Hotel manager great. spoke english.. close to Metro and about 40 min from Plaza Maor- or 1 euro.. Clean,, tiny pillows.. no breakfast included..

The hotel staff were great but one person was doing everything

This is a great hotel tio stay near the airport. It has what you need. The shuttle pass every half hour and if is full you will have to wait for the next one.

The hotel staff could have cared less. I asked a simple statement as we were a late arrival, and were hungry. Is there any good restaurants near by, up and down the street, was the answer. Is there any Spanish restaurants nearby that would have some local Spanish cuisine. I do not know. Ibis Madrid Aeropuerto Barajas,un hotel de muy buenes condiciones, la limpieza tanto del Hotel comop de la habitaciòn matrimonial, estava muy buena, el servicio tambien estuvo de primera, el personal del hotel muy atento y servicial, como solo estuvimos una noche, ya que retornabamos teniamos que tomar un hotel cerca al Aeropuerto, lo que mas nos gusto […] es el servicio de recojo del Aeropuerto al Hotel y viceversa en forma gratuita, que no lo sabiamos y eso no ponen como una fortaleza en la presentaciòn del hotel, nosotros nos enteramos de ese servicio en el Aeropuerto, de forma casual, es importante mencionar este plus. Buen hotel calidad precio.Precio de los servicios (parking,wifi,etc) muy ajustados para utilizar sin miramientos. El trato del personal de recpecion,desayuno y bar es excelente. * Las habitaciones son perfectas para estancias de parejas o individualmente pero no para utilizarla como una doble,ya que todas las habitaciones tienen una cama de matrimonio […] y otra una supletoria que esta bien para un niño de 8 años pero no para un adulto ,no hay manera de descansar.En todo el hotel no hay una habitacion con dos camas de 90. Hotellet var fint men låg längre från flyplatsen än som uppgavs av Hotells.com. Skulle endast övernatta mellan två flyg men taxin kostade över 16 Euro. Det borde stått på websidan att det fanns shuttelbus.

Boa tarde, O atendimento achei ruim, demorou o atendimento no restaurante e no dia seguinte quando desci para tomar um café, no hotel, um rapaz na recepção me disse mas você tem que pagar tudo, não pode sair assim. Achei ele muito sem educação, obviamente se estou no hotel quando for me retirar vou falar com alguém na recepção, me serviu um café no […] bar reclamando e disse caraca, realmente deixou a desejar. Quanto a limpeza no banheiro tinha vários fios de cabelo, não tinha escova dental descartável e nem creme dental. O pior e o atendimento nota zero... Lisätietoja

Super hotel til prisen, meget hjælpsomt og professionelt personale .. Vil helt sikkert bruge stedet næste gang jeg har en mellemlanding i Madrid .

Excelente hotel, muy cómodo por su cercanía al Aeropuerto de Barajas, además de la gran profesionalidad de todo su personal. Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados. Gracias Hotel Ibis por todas las atenciones dispensadas.

Buen precio, buena estancia y cerca del aeropuerto. Nos ofrecieron cuna para nuestro Bebe (sin costo) lo cual nos parecio excelente. Aunque si esta cerca del Aeropuerto si no conoces la zona es recomendable un mapa o GPS.

fint for mig, der skulle bruge hotel i forb. med flyskift i Barachas lufthavnen. Måske skal det tydeliggøres at shuttlebussen har et skilt uden for lufthavnen (T4) 100 m ca til Metro st. Barachas. Så let adgang til Madrid

El hotel tiene una buena situacion cercana al aeropuerto y al metro.Muy amables y rapidos tanto en la entrada como en la salida.el shuttle bus es muy bueno y te avisan de la posibilidad de no tener sitio pero pasa cada media hora.

solo el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto no sirve en la madrugada, hay que coger taxi, con la ventaja de que la cercanía al aeropuerto lo hace económico.

Si se quiere hacer noche por un vuelo que sale temprano, o simplemente porque al llegar a Madrid ya es tarde, el hotel es perfecto para ese cometido. Aunque lo tienen puesto en la web, hay que recordar que el servicio de bus que tienen entre las terminales y el hotel acaba a las 23:30, quizás estaría bien que lo alargasen hasta la llegada de los últimos […] vuelos. Bon hôtel pour vol tôt le lendemain matin. À moins de 10 minutes à pied du métro station bajaras. À une station de l aéroport. Standard ibis. Bonnes prestations.

Only for people who need to nave a night, before the next flighty. But far from the Airort , You wrote 1,86 km. but it was much more and in a taxi 28 Euro.

il est impossible de compter sur la navette aéroport de cet hôtel , elle ne peut prendre que quelques passagers, 4 ou 5 et ne fait des transport que toutes les 30 minutes .. vous êtes obligés de prendre un taxi qui attend juste à coté bien heureux de vous extorquer 25 euros pour faire 3 kms !!!!!! de là à penser que le taxi est de mèche avec l'hôtel, […] il n'y a qu'un pas ... que j'ai facilement franchi !!
