"Excellent Service"
The service of the staff, receptionists, managers, cleaners was beyond my expectations. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. Similarly, the facilities of the hotel, cleanliness and all others are beyond the 3 stars that the hotel is ranked. This hotel is definite must stay if you travel to Bride-Les-Bains.

Quiet cozy hotel. Closer to the ski lifts than expected (5min walk to gondola, 40min gondola ride to Meribel). Staff was really nice. Spa was nice with steam room, sauna, hot tub, cold pool. Breakfast was usual Euro-awesomeness with french breads, croissants, eggs, ham, cheese, etc. Surprise was that dinner was included in the booking! Saved a lot of […] $$$! excellent hôtel, très bon accueil, bien centré proche du télécabine. piscine, sauna, gym , très agréable après une journée de ski!! super!

la chambre n'est pas disponible à l'heure prévue et aucune information n'est donnée sur sa disponibilité il faudra se fâcher et menacer d'un rapport défavorable sur internet pour obtenir la chambre avec une heure de retard

Hôtel confortable, propre, calme, buffet tout à fait correct. Petit bémol : de nombreuses chambres donc hôtel un peu impersonnel. Mais pour 2 nuits, cela n'est pas très important.

Schön grosses Zimmer mit Balkon auf Südseite. Stilvoll renoviert und geschmacksvoll eingerichtet. Nicht riesiger, jedoch gepflegter Wellnessbereich. Schmackhaftes Frühstücksbuffet. Ca 5 Min. zu Fuss oder mit Skibus gleich vor dem Hotel zur Gondelbahn nach Meribel.
hotel bien entretenu surtout l espace jacuzzi piscine calme et propre. Heureusement que le petit déj est revenu dans la grande salle de restaurant bcp plus sympathique et chaleureuse que l'ancienne depuis deux ans ! l'éclairage des chambres parfois un peu agressif serait à revoir à part cela c'est un hotel à recommander bon rapport qualité prix

hotel d'un confort trés agréable en grande simplicité ambiance décontractée sans superflu dans un cadre un peu surannée mais trés appréciable personel charmant et souriant sans exés de zèle presque familal
