Quality Inn Lake Elsinore - Lake Elsinore

We always stay at this hotel when we visit family in the area. Close to fast food and other better dinner rest's. Hotel was clean, TV w/HBO, showers work well, location is actually quiet even though located next to Hwy 15. It's next to a casino; does not seem to attract any problems.

Guest service was great! Very friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Definitely staying again.

We stayed two nights at the hotel and the rooms were clean, well maintained and welcoming. The front desk clerk was very polite, curteous and helpful. The parking was ample. There are many restaurants, stores, gas and convenience stops near by. This motel had everything to offer for our stay. Great Motel!

We didnt spend a fortune for our room...and basically you get what you pay for...everytime someone used the toilet it would run for 5 min after it was flushed. Thats annoying when your tryin to sleep! The TV had many stations but Fox 11 was the only station that was all static. I dont think the maid cleaned the room very well...when we pulled the blankets […] back on the bed, we found a dirty sock on the floor under the bed! But suprisingly the beds were not all that uncomfortable. Like I said before you get what you pay for in this hotel. I checked in at night, and was a little surprised to have to check in through a window from the outside. It was odd at first, but not a big deal. The hotel was nice enough. It certainly looked like the best in the area. My room was clean and quiet, despite the fact that the door was right next to the freeway. It was a little spookey walking around at […] night since all the doors were on the outside, not an inside hallway, and the neighborhood was questionable, but it wasn't bad. The place was noisy - if you must stay get a room on second floor. The airconditioner was complicated to work. Took until 3 AM to finally figure out how to make it work properly. Maid came in while I was there and did not leave. She continued to strip the bed and towels and then left. Rude!!!! The breakfast was mediocre - we didn't eat there - go to […] Annies. Great food. The staff here is very friendly and check in and check out were quick and easy. The room was nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. The only down side is that it is a little noisy... you can hear the conversation of people walking by and the noise from the road. I would say that best part of the hotel was their FREE breakfast. It wasnt your […] normal, cereal and toast free breakfast... they had a station to make your own waffles plus sausage, eggs, yougurt and more! Plus the staff is very quick to refill items that are running low, which is a huge task since breakfast is so popular! Overall this hotel was nothing fancy, but it did its job. We go to the Lake Elsinore Storm games a few times a year and we usually stay at the Quality Inn. We like that there is a frig and microwave in the room because we usually have left overs from dinner and we can refrigerate them and then heat them in the microwave. very clean with comfortable beds, refridgerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a great breakfast in the am. Everything was perfect.

dirty... bad neighborhood... no hot water... ac didn't work... GROSSE!

Convenient location. Close to outlets, movie theater, restaurants, and the freeway. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff.

昨年に続き今年も利用しました。 スカイダイビングＤＺに近く、またスーパーにも近い立地条件でもあり、利用しています。 インタネットのアクセスも速く、この点でも満足。 部屋に電子レンジ、冷蔵庫が備えてあるので、自炊に支障なく、長期滞在にはもってこいです。 無料の朝食も、パンにハンバーグ、ゆで卵がついているので十分です。野菜がないのがすこし不満。
