Ystävällinen henkilökunta, asioiminen sujui englannin kielellä. Pikkuinen hotelli, jossa pieni aamiashuone. Mannermainen aamiainen: croisantteja, patonkia, muroja, kahvia jne...oli ihan OK. Aamiainen ei kuulunut huoneen hintaan.Hotellilta oli järjestetty kuljetus Disneylandiin. Menopaluun hinta 7€/huone. Kuljetukseen pitää ilmoittautua etukäteen...paikkoja […] rajoitetusti. Ainoana miinuksena se, että viimeinen kuljetus takaisinpäin oli klo 21.30, kun Disneyland sulkeutui klo 24. Hotelli oli kaukana kaikesta vaikkakin paikallisbussi meni ihan vierestä Disneylandiin ja val d'Europeen. Jos olisi tullut omalla autolla niin ehkä kätevämpi. Palvelu oli melko töykeää ja henkilökunta ei tuntunut tietävän paljoakaan mistään mitään. Matkamme suunatautui pääasiassa Eurodisneuparkkiin ja hotellin sijainti oli siihen tarkoitukseen hyvin kätevä! Hotellin henkilökunta oli palvelualtista ja miellyttävää! Huoneiden kunnossa ja siisteydessä sitä vastoin oli toivomisen varaa. Kokolattiamatot olivat hirveässä kunnossa ja myöskin sänkyjen peitot kaipasivat pesua. Hotellin sijainti oli rauhallisella paikalla muutaman kilometrin päässä huvipuistosta, eipä haitannut koska hotellilta oli aamulla kuljetus, samoin illalla takaisinpäin. Huone oli sopivan kokoinen joukollemme, kolme matkailijaa. Mielestäni hotelli vastasi todella hyvin hinta-laatusuhdettaan.Henkilökunta oli todella avuliasta. Oli ihanaa Disney päivän jälkeen pulahtaa lasten kanssa pooliin. Aamiaisen suosittelen nauttimaan huoneistossa, patonkeja, voinappeja ja jogurtteja voi ostaa aamiaishuoneesta. Brekkari maksaa 7 euroa/hlö ei kummoinen ja patongin saa eurolla :). Bussi 43 […] lähtee hotellin vierestä DL:iin ja 2 km:n päässä on valtava ostoskeskus ja outlet alue. Ostarin alakerrassa valtava ruokakauppa, jossa kannattaa käydä ihan ensimmäisenä "tankkaamassa", koska kauppoja ei hotellin lähellä tosiaankaan ole. Taksi su paluu kentälle maksoi pöyristyttävät 85 e kun tultiin 55 e! Ota mukaan tiskipesuaine, murukahvia, kahvimaitoa, uimapuvut muuta en keksi. . I had high hopes for this hotel. It was nice but I will never stay here again. I picked this hotel because it looked nice and came with a very good price. However upon arrival I was told about other charges I would have to pay, for example I would have to pay extra for my kids even though they were on my reservations (I paid in full in advance) and […] if I wanted the pots and pans to go with my kitchenette I would have to pay extra for those. The staff was nice but had a very, it's not my problem attitude about things. The day we left we needed a taxi and since our room phone was down we asked the front desk to call one for us. The next morning we were surprised to find our taxi cab fair was being doubled because even though we informed the front desk about needing one at around 1900 they didn't choose to call until 0100. There is random other stuff that I just don't feel like going in to detail about. Bottom line, call and ask about all their hidden fees and get all the details about their bus to the parks because it only runs once a day at some random time and its expensive. Nice hotel we drove to the park as advised by receptionist just as cheap to park as it would have been using buses the only real complaint is the lack of cooking equipment impossible to cook with only one saucepan, no kettle or toaster. Also the pillows are a joke . Apart from that couldn't fault it.

hotel is what you would expect for a 3*. Good value for money, would be disappointed if we had paid more. The only complaints are the lack of pans in the kitchen(only 1 pan to cook with) would have liked a kettle to make tea/coffee, also a toaster would have made our stay better, as it would have been nice to have toast for breakfast. Very basic hotel to visit Disneyland Paris. Don't expect luxury but it is affordable and convenient. Bus stop right at hotel to take bus #42 to Marne La Valee station which is right at Disneyland. But read the bus schedule and plan accordingly otherwise you can face long waits between buses. But it's a fraction of the cost of the shuttle. The hotel is great for Disney Land if you have a car however if not its around €15 in a taxi. The room was very basic, there was no bed just a hard sofa bed, and only one set of towels even though the room was booked for two people. Within easy reach of Disneyland Paris and the shopping centre is a drive away by car. However, there is very little within walking distance of the hotel. Rooms were basic and there was no bar. There was free WIFI and very good connection. Not easy to get to if you want to travel to Paris as stations are a drive away.

Kitchenette equipment lacking (1 pan and that's you're lot# & no corkscrew which is a crime in France! IE It's OK for preparing a bowl of soup but don't expect to self-cater your meals. Noisy services at night #rushing water sound from pipes all night). No kettle. Otherwise, clean & satisfactory. Breakfast has no cold meats etc but is plentiful.

Good location, close to a large shopping centre and only 10 minutes from Disneyland. Rooms were very basic. Hotel breakfast was expensive and there is not facilities for lunch or dinner. We only stayed here 2 nights which was enough with such basic facilities.

The hotel over all is nice. I can see it is very budget friendly for travelers. However I found quite difficult to find transportation such as taxi especially disneyland area is not inside Paris. We walked to find the hotel, no taxi above 9pm.

We stayed here for 3 nights to visit disneyland and to go into paris itself. Easy to find and in a very quiet location, which is always a bonus. The room was ideal for us, 4 adults and a toddler, although the carpet was rather stained and we no kettle...everything else was good value for money..the staff were also great. Ideal location for disneyland, […] 10 min drive and the shuttle is available for a small fee from right outside the hotel. One night we wanted to order a pizza and our french lingo was not great so the staff on duty very kindly ordered for us. The only problem we had was trying to get the car back into car park at night when the only member of staff was on a break...we were stuck outside for 30mins. We booked this hotel for its low price and its locaton near to Disney. Booked a sofabed studio room as there was only the two of us. The sofa wasnt that comfy but fine for a short stay and 'base' for the holiday. I'm not sure what the people who put up bad reviews on here expected, there are some horror stories! However I'd like to say that we got better […] than what we thought we would get. There are 'extras' you can pay for like daily room cleaning/cooking equipment if needed. Tip: Dont forget to take washing up stuff with you as its likely the previous person didnt wash up properly! The room and kitchen were well equipped even without paying for the extras. Free Wi-Fi was very usefull as we had to tell the family the news that we got engaged at the park on the first day! The staff were lovely - we were trying to speak french and they helped us out. It seemed closer to the park than some 'Disney' hotels! we got to the front of the car park every day and in time for shopping before park opened. Yes, the main hallways are a little worn and carpets had a couple of bleach stains (but at least this proves they use bleach!). You do need a car as although it is extremely close to the fence of the park (if it wasnt for a tree you could see the Tower of Terror from our balcony) the actual car park entrance is around the other side of the park. There are extra charges for the hotel shuttle. We definately recomend this hotel. Cheap & Basic, but better than most uk travelodges! Lisätietoja

Close to Disneyland, although you will still need to take the bus or train to the park. 30 minutes walk to a big supermarket and shopping outlet. However, the supermarket is closed on Sundays, same with the bus services. Services from the staff were horrible. The night we checked in the staff at the desk was on two phones (one of them being her own […] cell phone) while we stood there for literally 10-15 minutes waiting for her to finish. Then the room she gave us, the lights did not work at all so she switched us to another room. The rooms were dirty and old. Sofa beds were uncomfortable. The day staff was rude when we had a question to ask. Overall, location wise for disney, its not bad for the price. Great for what we needed, close to station for day trip to Paris. Room well equipped, pillows could do with being replaced. Reception team helpful and pool area a god send after a long journey. Bakery not open on Monday mornings!

Excellent, relaxing, comfortable and kids enjoyed well. Only problem that water cattle for tea was required.

The hotel was nice, nice to have a shuttle and all. The front desk was usually very helpful and spoke well english! Only bad part was location, to far from anything we wanted to travel to and the bus stopped running around 9:30sh so it was inconvenient.

This is not a hotel, it will come under apartment catogery or house. No one coming for cleaning. No one takes the bin bags, The carpets are very dirty, canot bring our children's... Possibility to get sick coz of dirty rooms. No tea bags or free tea, Breakfast is only apple or orange juice and bread. Hotel Equal to 1 Star level.

Family with 6 year old and 4 year old. Fantastic for staying near Disney with children. Kitchenette very useful saving fortune on eating out. Pool enjoyable. Pictures don't do it justice and area pleasant. Hugh downfall was comfort of beds. Otherwise would give it a higher rating.

This hotel is in a fabulous location for access to EuroDisney. The design of the apartments is excellent with sufficient space and facilities for a family of 5 to stay comfortably. However, it is badly in need of a refit. The walls and carpets are stained, dirty and damaged. The fixtures and fittings have also seen better days. we missed the fireworks in Disney due to wrong information from reception. Tried to call hotel many times to change pick-up service but no answer, reception doesn't answer phone from room neither. Breakfast extra for €24 for a family of 2+2 children is not good value: coffee and juice machines broken, not much choice for a continental breakfast.

The room is nice the downside is the sofa bed which is quite hard and heavy to fold I think they should change it to a sofabed just like in travelodge in UK and also the aircon is only on fan mode so its quite uncomfortable to sleep but over all it in an average accomodation...

Felt a 2 star rating would be more appropriate. Deceptively bright+ pleasing reception, but carpets in corridors and room were in desperate need of renewal, stains throughout, Had to report broken pane of glass in patio door, though staff already aware, also requested replacement top cover for bed as had been re-used with evidence of food stuffs+long […] hairs on it. Also extra pillows, though staff were obliging. No English TV channels. Handy fridge, limited kitchenware, Breakfast fine+staff friendly. Good base for going to Disney parks, and good public transport links. O.K to get head down after full days at Disney parks+have a bath if that's all is needed!. The staff was unhelpful, the room had no power when we arrived. The staff told us how to fix it, if it happened again. We were charged $3.00 per person for the room when we arrived, even though we were paid in full.We asked the staff to call a taxi for 10:15 so we could get to the airport on time. We stayed here on the 29th June for 3 nights. Its quite far from Disneyland you don't really think it is on the map but we had to walk home from the park one night as they don't really have many taxis at the park, and shuttles stop at a certain time... took us 2 hours to walk! The hotel provides a shuttle every morning (7 euros per apartment) and evening […] last shuttle is 9.30pm, I would recommend getting this to get home. There is a bus (43) that goes past hotel (and all round the sticks) that's very cheap to the park, and Val d Europe. The hotel states was a 3 * but I think it was cross 1-2 star. Suitable for students. We had a small studio room, was very clean, but basic, could do with modernising, a kitchenette (fridge, hob, microwave), bathroom, and a sofa bed and tv, i actually found the sofa bed quite comfortable. They don't have corkscrew so buy one over there! I dont think I would stay here again simply because its quite far from park and difficult to get home at night too. The staff were amazing and friendly, i left my disney tickets at home and they printed mine off for me behind reception. They have vending machines on site, but didnt see any shops around the area, the nearest mall is Val d Europe, again no taxis there but if you ask information desk at the mall they will call you one.
