The location of the hotel is great if you want to be near the shopping districts of Via Toledo and Via Chiaia, as well as Teatro San Carlo, the funiculare, and the historic Spaccanapoli. A phone as well as TV speakers in the bathroom lent a very upscale feeling, and I appreciated my upgrade to a very large double room. A good hotel with a pretty nice location. Most of the sites and interesting neighbourhoods in the city are within a walking distance. A lot of options to eat out are also near by. Not far off from the station by taxi, but would suggest to avoid rush hours as the normal 6-8 min ride becomes 30 mins or more. The only negative, which I must point out was […] no fault of the hotel, was that there were some public works going on on the road right in front of the hotel. We enjoyed the hotel, close to the city center and port. Also close to the National Archaeological Museum that contains numerous sculpture and many relics from Pompeii and Herculaneum.

The hotel is not bad, and the staff was quite OK, but I don't think it has been renewed in a while, so probably it deserved 4* some time ago but not now. Besides breakfast was not what someone may expect from a 4* hotel. At least Internet was for free.

This hotel was conveniently located for touring some of the sights and shopping in Naples. I felt quite safe wandering around.

Perfect location and friendly staff. Breakfast is very good and it will soon be right next to a metro stop. Yes, Naples is a little rough around the edges, but if you want a nice sanctuary away from the scooter madness this is your place. Parking is good, but a little expensive.

Excellent location, one block from Via Toledo and a few blocks from the historic centre. Staff generally very helpful and attentive. The bartender, however, was not doing his job. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast.

No fresh Fruit for Breakfast and the Food in general not what one would expect for a 4 star hotel.

Loved it! It was clean, awesome location , we left most of our luggage there as we traved about Sicily and felt extremely safe and secure with our decision. I would recommend this Hotel anytime to anyone......If and when I go back I will stay there again ...There are cheaper places and I am all about spending less but for my first trip to Naples and […] my unfounded fear of Naples I could not have made a better choice. Ho scelto questo hotel per la posizione molto vicina al centro di Ischia Porto e per gli spazi esterni da utilizzare con il bambino. Devo dire che la scelta si è rivelata azzeccata per i parametri indicati con in più la gradevole sorpresa di trovare uno chef di primissimo ordine. Difficilmente ho mangiato così bene anche in hotel di categoria superiore. […] Nel complesso direi un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Grande attenzione alla pulizia delle camere. フロント、レセプションのスタッフの対応、態度が最低。 ホテル側の都合を押し付けるばかり。彼らの英語が不十分なのはナポリなら仕方がないのか・・・。 滞在中常にフロントの前を通るのが不快だった。 特に一人いた女性のスタッフは、私たちが到着してフロントデスクの前でまっているのに、そこから１ｍも離れていないところにいながら、しばらく応対にも来ず、ようやく来たと思えば、予約条件が違っていてひと悶着。人の言うことも聞かずに、向こう側の言い分だけを、それも同じ言葉を繰り返すだけで、押し通した。 その後の滞在中、一回も笑顔を見なかったし、あいさつもなかった。とても不愉快な従業員だった。

trés bon hotel bien situé pour accéder aux sites

Detta hotell ligger precis i city av Neapel, när till allt. Service och frukost är helt ok. Enkelrummet är av bra kvalitet och hade balkong. Städningen var väldigt bra. Inget direkt dåligt med denna hotell.

Detta hotell borde graderas som 3-stjärnigt i stället för 4-stjärnigt. Kallt kaffe och kall mat på frukostbuffén. Mycket, mycket trång duschkabin.

Pænt hotel med venligt personale og god service. Kan anbefales.

Hôtel très bien placé. Calme . Proche de la station de l'Alibus (pour l'aeroport) à la Piazza del Municipio, ainsi que du funiculaire pour le Vomero et de l'artère animée Toledo.
