I am always pleased with the service of this hotel from the friendly and accommodating staff to the cleanliness of the rooms. I also enjoy the food at their restaurant. It is located close to downtown and they now offer free shuttle service to any location 2 miles from the hotel. Always a pleasure.

Wonderful.... however, I do agree with many... the beds were horrible (unless you like a very very firm bed). The view was beautiful and the staff... so amazingly helpful, kind and excellent service.

This was an excellent hotel with outstanding service and staff! Very friendly, courteous, considerate, and helpful even with some of the crazier parts of planning a wedding! Last minute reservation and would have stayed a 2nd night if there had been availability. Have stayed before and was familiar with the hotel. Staff at desk, bar, and door were all very friendly. This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Seattle. Wonderful customer service by all the staff, loved our puppies, and great room. Had a romantic getaway for our anniversary and everyone there made us feel very welcome. 5 stars!!!!

The hotel is nice however the bed was rock hard. My husband ended up sleeping on the chase. My hips hurt during the night. We got up and ran a 5k and we were not rested. Nice location but getting a good night sleep is important to us so we won't be going back. The people were nice but when we complained about the bed nothing was done. :(

i loved it! the bed was amazing, the bathroom was amazing, and the gym was the best I have seen at any hotel... We booked here to cap off our night on the town/anniversary. Check in was quick and simple. Aside from the usual, they made sure we knew about wi-fi access and how to get in touch if we needed any late night service. I booked this largely because of the bathroom. Even in the basic rooms, it has a very large, deep soaking tub. It would be nice to have […] a door separating the sink from the toilet, but that was a minor quip. From the bathroom, there are sliding panels that open up to the room. I seriously considered watching TV from the tub, but opted to plug my phone into the MP3 dock (iPod and aux connection). The bed was comfortable, but very firm. The Queen bed room that we booked didn't have a lounge chair/sofa to sit on. There was a desk/desk chair, along with another chair in the corner. It wasn't comfortable enough where you'd want to watch TV from it or sit for an extended period reading. For an overnight stay, this is, again, a minor quip. As an added bonus, there is a Starbucks immediately outside the entrance. The only thing that was disappointing was the parking. There is a garage for guests and they do offer validated parking, although the rates were pretty high even in the city. We opted for street parking since it's a quiet neighborhood and I just woke up before 8am to put 4 hours on the meter. It gave us ample time to check out and was a fraction of the parking costs. We enjoy the Pan Pacific very much. The room is comfortable and the hotel is quiet so you can get decent sleep. The staff are friendly and very inviting. We are happy to call this hotel our hotel stay of choice while in Seattle for the weekend.

Beautiful rooms, fun view, wish I had had more time to try the spa and hot tub. Loved having a nice bath that opened up to the room. the room was spacious, clean, and perfect for a romantic getaway. ...but not our last. We loved our weekend getaway. At check-in, the staff could not have been more helpful. They asked our interests and what kind of dining experiences we were looking for, listened to us and gave great recommendations. Our room was everything we hoped for and more. Will definitely stay there again.

I stay here frequently when the price is around the $200-250 range. At this price point, it is a great value for such a nice property. Great views, walking distance to lots of restaurants and tourist destinations and the staff are truly the nicest that I ever encountered!

We had a great time. I liked how the Pan Pacific gave us a personalized thank you card, which their staff hand signed, and a couple of truffles. Nice touch. Very friendly staff.

Just a wonderful stay. The Pan Pacific upgraded our room so we had a slightly larger room and bath suite, which was very nice. The staff was great. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is above a pretty big Whole Foods-which was great to stop in for a quick breakfast or dessert. The hotel is conveniently located ner the space needle and with a bus stop at the door. Downtown was a 5 minute walk. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Seastar restaurant has lovely dinners and the breakfasts t the bar were a great trot to the day.

After having a couple of minor bumps, the staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was very memorable. This was one of the best experiences we had at a hotel regarding customer service. If all hotels operated as this one did traveling would always be a wonderful experience.

Loved the layout of the room and we were able to see the space needle from the window- a real plus New Years Eve with fireworks going off! Unfortunately the relaxing hot tub was a walk across the street which did not happen with freezing temperatures that dissuaded us. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The deep bathtub was great. I am 6''5 and I had plenty of room!! I also feel that the price of the room was excellent compared to other hotels in Seattle of the same caliber. It was a great romatic weekend getaway for my wife and I.

The hardest mattress-ever! My partner and I felt like we were lying on a plank of wood. In hindsight the carpeted floor would probably have been softer.

Bad luck for us with the rooms in this greatly located hotel on New Years Eve 2012. Our first room's carpet was wet by the entrance and as the baseboard was separated from the wall with a visible attempt to caulk the gap, and the front desk staff saying that they 'usually set up a fan to dry it', i'll conclude it's an ongoing problem. This is our 3rd stay this year at Seattle Pan Pacific. Again and again they exceed our expectations! Great location for South Lake Union AMAZING restraunts or shopping in the heart of the city - all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Coming soon - the Museum of Modern History and Industry on Lake Union. The Pan Pacific will be the perfect location to enjoy […] the MOHAI museum then stroll back to our hotel. The Pan Pacific is perfectly GREEN too! They have replaced plastic water bottles with in room filtered water - refreshed daily at no charge. This new service is really cool - and the water tastes so pure. This is my second stay at this hotel and i highly recommend it. It is in a great location - from the hotel it is easy to navigate to the rest of the city. The staff are both friendly and accommodating and the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed.

Great hotel!! Modern rooms with good amenities. Good location within walking distance of Pike Place. Staff was fantastic. The experience was great and the hotel is the best value of all the 4 or 5 star hotels.

Well trained courteous staff. very convenient car service during limited hours. rooms were spacious and clean. location is excellent, good restaurants in the same building, walking distance from the space needle, emp, science center & chihully exhibits, an outstanding Whole Foods on the bottom floor. First time in Seattle. Couldn't fault this hotel from the Whole Foods just under the hotel, the Starbucks next to the hotel through the good gym (for a hotel). Will be back the next time I'm in Seattle.

An excellent hotel in a great location. I will stay here again. Very accomodating staff. They allowed a late checkout for me because I was running the Seattle Marathon.

It has a nice view and close to whole food market. I can walk from hotel to get to many destination like space needle and pike street market.
