Huoneissa on parvekkeet, josta on joku seuraavista näköalatyypeistä: ranta, meri (osittainen) tai kaupunki. The Atlantic Resort & Span 124 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on CD-soitin ja minibaari. Vuoteissa on petauspatja-patjat ja ylelliset vuodevaatteet. Ilmainen langaton ja nopea langallinen Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä. 42-tuumainen LCD-televisio, joissa on parhaat kaapelikanavat, videopelikonsoli ja maksulliset elokuvat , ovat saatavissa. Huoneissa on työpöydät, tallelokerot ja langaton puhelin sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Kylpyhuoneissa on erillinen kylpyamme ja suihku, kaksoisallas, vaaka ja kylpytakit.
Kaikissa huoneistoissa on keittonurkkaus, jossa on liesituuletin, mikroaaltouuni, jääkaappi ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat ilmainen sanomalehti ja tohvelit. Hotelli oli helppo löytää ja katettu ilmainen parkkipaikka oli hyvä. Bank Atlantic Center ja Sawgrass Mills kävelymatkan päässä.Todella siisti hotelli ja tilava huone. Varusteena mikroaaltouuni oli positiivinen yllätys. Sisääntulon yhteydessä sai ilmaiset suklaacookiet! :) Viivyimme hotellissa vain yhden yön, joten emme ehtineet hyödyntää kaikkia hotellin mahdollisuuksia, esim allasosastoa ja fitness centeriä.

Olimme hotellin asiakkaina maaliskuussa 2012 1,5 viikkoa. Hotellissa tehtiin tuolloin pientä pintaremonttia, joka ei kuitenkaan haitannut asumistamme ollenkaan. Lastenallas ja tenniskenttä olivat pois käytöstä, ovia ja ulkoalueita maalattiin, eivät haitanneet menoa. Aamupala sisältyi hotellin hintaan ja aamiaisaika oli 8-11, joskus ovet avattiin myöhemmin (eräänä aamuna 9.05), mutta aamupala oli runsas ja syötävää. Huone oli siisti, joka päivä huone oli päiväsaikaan siivottu. Parveketta huoneessamme ei ollut, en tiedä oliko oikeastaan kenelläkään joilla oli merinäköala huoneesta? Yhtenä iltana pikkukeittiömme lattialla oli 3 torakkaa, muuten saimme olla rauhassa ötököiltä. Hissejä oli kolme (hotellissa oli yli 10 kerrosta) ja hissit olivat kovassa käytössä, ja siksipä ehkä melko hitaat. Allasalue oli siisti (paitsi yhtenä päivänä kun pari poikaa kantoi aamupalansa altaalle eivätkä korjanneet roskiaan pois...) Allasalueelta pääsi rannalle, mutta portti oli lukossa ja takaisin hotellialueelle pääsy oli siitä kiinni oliko allasalueella joku ystävällinen joka avasi portin. Allasalueella oli myös baari, josta sai juotavaa ja pientä purtavaakin päivisin. Hotellin alakerrassa oli pari pikkukauppaa, ja hinnat tietysti sen mukaiset. Seuraavaksi lähimpiin kauppoihin oli jonkin verran kävelymatkaa, bussilla tosin pääsi helposti ja halvalla mm. South Beachille ja toiseen suuntaan ostarille (Aventura Mall) ja halvempiin päivittäistavarakauppoihin. Alueella on paljon espanjankielisiä, mutta pärjäsimme myös englannin kielellä. Hotellissa oli ympärivuorokautinen vartijapäivystys. Auton sai vuokrattua hotellilla sijaitsevasta autonvuokraamosta. Ajo Miamissa oli melko vauhdikkaan näköistä, joten me tyydyimme ajelemaan bussilla edestakaisin :) Alakerrasta löytyi tourist-info, joka järjesti asiakkaita erilaisille retkille, halvemmalla kuin varsinaiset tour-paikat. "Beach across street"
I booked the hotel because it was supposedly beachfront. The beach is locaed across a large 4 lane road. It is difficult to get to the beach and the strip of beach is small compared to other beaches in Florida. I would look for a hotel next time that is actually beachfront especially considering the price paid for the room. Also, ask for a room on […] one of the higher floors to get a good view of the ocean. Ours was on the 6th floor just above the pool and we could hardly see the beach or ocean, other than off on the horizon. But, the pool was nice and it is located in a nice area of town. "Fantastic hotel"
Beautiful hotel right on the beach. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Our room was roomy and exceptionally clean, I didn't want to leave. This is the only place I will stay at in Ft. Lauderdale from now on.

"Accomodating staff; good food too"
Front desk told us they were oversold. Instead of 2 queen beds, gave us a room with King bed and 2 rollaways. At first, they only wanted to give us 1 roll-away (we had 2 adults and 2 teens), but there was enough room for the 2 rollaways. The maintenance staff was kind enough to bring the 2nd bed. They also comped breakfast, which was very good!

"Hotel Atlantic in Ft. Lauderdale"
This is a beautiful hotel right on the beach. Wonderful service, great views, and friendly staff. We plan to stay again the next time we are in town. Next time we will probably even stay longer.

You will not be disappointing with this Hotel. After staying in Holiday Inns for 4 days, this was such a wonderful welcome change.. staff could not have been more friendly and courteous. One of the best experience ever. The ocean view was fantastic from the balcony.

"Great hotel and spa, fantastic experience"
The hotel is great, my husband and I got an upgrade and the ocean view suite was fantastic! The spa was also a very nice experience. We ordered room service 3 times in our stay and the food is very good as well. Highly recommended!

"Atlantic Hotel in Fort Lauderdale - Simply Perfect"
Everyone was very helpful and exceptionally friendly. The staff went above and beyond at this absolutely lovely hotel. The ocean front room was quite large, very clean and the view was perfect. Other than The Ritz, this is one of the best hotels that I've ever had the pleasure of staying in.

We loved our few days at this hotel. The bathroom was amazing, the bed was like sleeping in a cloud. We were there off season during the week, so the hotel was not very full. The pool area is nice, but small. It was not a problem for us, but might be tight during high season with a full hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

I really ejoyed my stay here, had an excellent sea front view on the 11th floor it was amazing. Room was quiet and to a 5* standard. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights in this hotel. Hotel is very beutiful but Housekeeping seems like they don't exist. I found matches and cigrets from the previous customer in my room. Shampoo was missing for 2 days and finally when I called at the front desk I finally got it. Towels were missing and bed was not done professionally. My room was upgraded to a nice suite since I booked multiple days. Valet, front desk and spa personnel were incredible. Hotel was beautiful and well maintained. My only gripes are that overnight valet is $28 and if a guest valets it is an additional $10! Also, the "turn down service" ladies left my door unlocked TWICE during my 5 day stay. Booked the hotel for my wife's birthday and when we arrived they upgraded us to the penthouse without us even asking or charging extra.
