"Great Place for a Stopover in ALBQ"
We have stayed at this hotel 2 years in a row going to and coming from spring break locations. It is a nice clean hotel that is very responsive to requests and very convenient for a stopover on a trip. Although the surrounding area is not that impressive, just a short distance (1/4 mile) away is large shopping and eating areas. Very nice hotel - very clean - fitness center needs some air conditioning or fans - no good air flow. Only concern was that we were on the freeway side of the hotel and could hear the trucks during the night. Otherwise was a GREAT property with a great bed!

"state fair visit"
We stayed at this hotel for a weekend get away, the front desk staff were pleasant, check in was a breeze. Our family of six comfortably fit in a suite, and they let us swim for an extra 10 mins. The pool was well maintain, the water temp. was nice and warm, the tiles around the pool were slick. After a couple of falls the kids were fine and were more […] cautious. Ive stayed at this hotel in the before and have always had a good experience. The rooms are great and they have pleanty of breakfast. The water pressure and lack of hot water are the only negatives. Over all its a good place to stay.
"The airconditioner was stuck on high and noisy"
The only thing wrong in room 306 was the low button on the airconditioner did not work, so it was loud clicking on and off all night.
I always stay at the Hampton when I am in Albuquerque.

Pros: Friendly staff. Adequate hot and continental breakfast daily. Freeway close. Was able to receive a fax at 12 midnight. Enjoyed the pool (heated?) and hot whirlpool. Cons: The loudest air conditioning system I've ever met. Sounded like a truck was coming through the wall each time it cut on or off. And it 100+ degree heat, it cut on a lot. The […] maids came very late in the day to clean up the room. We often came back at 2 or 3 pm and still had a dirty room. Drapes did not block out light adequately. Hot water not hot enough in shower, and weak flow to shower head. Broken iron scroll bench outside of downstairs meeting room caused my son to fall and hit his head. The rooms were really nice and spacious, which was great for a large family. The breakfast spread was great and the hotel staff was wonderful. It was a wonderful place to stay anytime, but especially after a long day of driving.

Beautiful Hotel except for the lack of integrity by their staff. My wife and I left behind some items in the room we were in. When I called the next day to inquire about those items, nothing had been turned in to the lost and found. i spoke with the house cleaning department and they claim nothing was found in the room. I am positively sure we left […] those items and it had been stolen by the cleaning staff. I left a message with the front desk manager, Ms Lucero, and she has yet returned my call. Well maintained, comfortable, typical Hampton Inn standards. Not elegant, but an excellent choice for the budget conscious who want quality.

If the front desk agents were trained correctly, this would be a great hotel to use if going to Old Town and local sites. The front desk gave us the wrong room TWICE, then billed us TWICE for the wrong rooms. Took us 3 phone calls to get the billing issues straightened out.

Our stay was more than we expected! We will stay here everytime we visit Albuquerque... Breakfast was wonderful, the suite was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was great as well. We will recommend to anyone! Thanks for a great experience

Speedy check-in! Hampton Inn & Suites has a peaceful and clean atmosphere. We've stayed at other Hampton Inns and have never been disappointed. The amenities are great with the breakfast brunch and indoor pool and jacuzzi. I love that there is coffee, tea, and hot chocolate throughout the night along with cookies. Hampton Inn & Suites Albuquerque Coors […] Road had affordable prices for spacious rooms and the staff was friendly and helpful. It had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. The breakfast was as good as usual for a Hampton. I will stay here anytime I go to ABQ

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The location was very convienient, right off of the freeway and close to the Albuquerque Aquarium and Zoo. "LARGE COMFY AND BEAUTIFUL!"
This was probably the largest and cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot! It has 10 ft ceilings and comfy beds! We are a family of 5 and we felt very comfortable with the two queen beds and the pull out sofa bed. The continental breakfast was also very good! Indoor pool was also very nice.

"Excellent hotel at a very reasonable rate"
This hotel was the first one that we stayed at on our road trip from San Antonio TX to San Diego CA. It turned out to be the best one and all others after did not even come close. I would definately stay here again and recommend.

"Blazing Heat In ABQ"
Stayed in ABQ on June 5 during a heat wave, 100+ temps. entered our hotel room expecting some relief from the heat only to find that the air conditioning had been turned off and the evening sun was pouring into the king suite making it a searing 95 degrees. When we sought resolution to the issue from the front desk we were offered no help. After cranking […] up the AC and leaving the room to get some dinner we returned an hour later to a 91 degree room. It wasn't until I got aggressive with the front desk clerk that we got resolution and changed rooms. No other compensation was offered, nor was an apology for causing our discomfort. This would be a nice property if they had the appropriate management (managers only work Mon. - Fri., we stayed on a Sat.) and they taught their employees the meaning of customer service.
