Olimme hotellissa 3 yötä ja olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä. Otimme hotellin Bostonin ulkopuolelta, koska hyvien hotellien hintataso Bostonissa on korkea. Hotelli oli erittäin siisti, huone tilava ja palvelu hyvää. Aamiainenkin oli monipuolinen hintatasoon suhteutettuna. Ainoat miinukset olivat jääkaapin puute huoneesta sekä pitkähkö matka Bostoniin, mutta vuokra-autolla sekään ei ole ongelma. Suosittelemme!

Great Hotel. Very reasonably priced. Outstanding quality from the bed sheets to the bath towels. Great Lobby and great accessibility to downtown Boston. Highly recommending staying here.
not frindly and plasent staff,i was very disapointed for internt service charges.the pool is very smal for the size of the hoteh and number of gest .also the parking per night is expencive. I asked my son's cell phone to be charged and i was not wecomed by the checkin staff.

"High Quality"
The service and facilities were exceptional. Room was large and comfortable. The local restaurants were equally as good. The location was very convenient to shopping and transportation subways, airport & Amtrak).
"Stay here only if attending a convention"
The hotel is a typical convention style hotel attached to the convention center. The food options are limited to say the least and the neighborhood, while vastly improved over the last decade, still isn't as convenient as other hotels for the same price. Parking is surprisingly expensive compared to more central locations.The fact that they charge for […] WiFi is insane this day and age. I understand why this particular property does it (it's a convention hotel and most people attending conventions are traveling for work and will be reimbursed, so paying for something like internet connectivity is a no brainer when you will be reimbursed for it) but when there is no convention happening, it makes the hotel far less appealing. "Westin Hotel- close to waterfront!"
This hotel was so attentive, they pay close attention to the details. The staff is so professional and do their job very well. It was close to Seaport and to TD Garden. It was very clean and organized. I loved the whirlpool! Joseph at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank You! I will be back!!

Very satisfied with the understanding that I spent very little time in my room and the Hotel itself as I was visiting my family in the area.
"Exceptional Reception and Bell Staff"
When we checked in with our two children (who just emerged from a long car trip), the bellman instantly took them to the hotel gift shop to let them each pick out a toy/gift. It really brightened them on that long, rainy travel day. Thanks for making us feel so at home - even with just one one-night stay!

"Seaport District the new hot spot"
Great location. The development of the Seaport District has really started to take hold. Great sites, restaurants, bars, music, and lots of people. Westin is a walk to all of it and a great choice.

"Great hotel - but know the location"
This is a great hotel. I've stayed here many times. Its always extremely clean and the staff is very helpful. Being a convention center hotel, its not centrally located, but if you have a car, you can be in downtown in 4 minutes.

Everything was great the room , service and of course the in rm message. The only thing that my husband and I found odd was having to pay for parking,when u reserve a rm you should not have to pay to park your car that needs to go.

"Great hotel ... crappy service"
The facilities were great. The service sucked. There was never a concierge at the desk; we always had to wait to ask someone at the front desk. The front desk folks were nice, but they also couldn't answer our basic questions ("What is the best way to get to the Bunker Hill Museum" for instance). "Clean, accomodating hotel"
I stayed for four days at this hotel during a conference. The staff were friendly, room clean, and very comfortable. The problem I had with the hotel was the restaurant.--M.J. O'Connor. The food was very poor and wait staff only checked with me rarely. I ate there twice and was disappointed both times. Nice hotel, though.

My room was missing an ironing board and it took them a while to get it to me. Plus, we're in the 21st century. Free wifi should be the norm, especially for a hotel like Westin.

Had to attend a college graduation at the Expo center, and have to say you cant get a closer hotel... Gorgeous rooms, clean, friendly staffed etc... Only a $6 cab ride to go out in town

Beautiful hotel! Really comfortable beds, soft linens, andcleanbathroom. The only small drawback was the location, which is not close to the sites.

We ended up getting to the hotel much earlier than the 3pm check-in. Fantastic hotel. Of course, it is a Westin. Room was spotless. Easy walk to Boston Children's Museum. The Silver Line for the T is not far away.

We had an accessible room. Both my wife and I are in wheelchairs. The room was incredible. Plenty of room for our chairs. The staff was very helpfull and pleasant. This hotel will be highly recomended by both of us to all our friends. We can't give this place enough praise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed 7 days and overall our stay was very nice. The hotel was close to the trains and walking distance to the Children's Museum. A taxi was alway ready and available. The staff overall was very nice. We only had one incident where we ordered the Shrimp Cesear Salad and there was glass in the salad. The hotel was very beautiful outside and inside and the room was very clean and the staff was great, however be prepared to pay threw the roof! Parking is $32 a day (self park) and internet is $13 (basic) and $20 (high speed). Room service adds on a $4 service fee and 18% gratuity on anything you order. "Clean, top notch"
The hotel itself was fabulous. We actually stayed at the hotel for a mom/daughter overnighter. They have a nice workout room, pool and jaccuzzi although I was disappointed there wasn't a steam/sauna. The doors slamming in the hallway was the only hotel negative. However, I must comment on the food at the restaurant MJ O'Connors. IRISH PEOPLE CANNOT […] COOK. I know - I'm Irish. So whenever visiting an "Irish" restaurant we go for the staples - burger, fish & chips. My daughter ordered the burger and I the fish & chips. The fish & chips were not bad, however there was more deep fried coating than there was fish. My daughter ordered the burger ($13.00!!) medium; it came burnt. I mean burnt!! We asked the waitress to take it back. She went back to the kitchen and came out and told us that that is the way the grill works. Then she proceeded to tell us that the grill is flat and that's the way it cooks (as opposed to round?) I think she was afraid to take it back to the cook. My daughter took back the burnt burger and sliced off the burnt side. The manager came by and asked how everything was and we told him. He offered 1 free desert (big deal) I have an idea - turn the grill down!! NEVER AGAIN There really aren't a lot of food choices in the area. Nice location for where I needed to be, but it's a very bustling convention-centered hotel. My main complaint on this trip was that in-room internet was unavailable, even after I signed up for it, because of some power problems (I guess - it took several calls to the front desk to get even that answer). I've stayed in many Westin hotels over the years, and this particular property is not up to the standards of the brand. Though it is still a nice hotel, it is certainly not worth the room rate.

Beautiful hotel with all the comforts. Convenient to the T to take you to all the tourist sites. Hotel staff was very helpful.
"be careful when you request a double double room"
This is a 4 star hotel, but bottles of water were only provided once during our stay. We were not put in a double double room because we had two children and then only one rollaway was provided. We were then put in a smoking room and promised free parking but it was tacked onto the bill anyway. Overall, the service wasn't there
