The agent will collect the cleaning fee and limited damage waiver fee and check guests in over the phone. The agent will give guests the code to a lock box containing their room key.

I was hit with an additional $160 charge. Not a huge deal but it makes me fearful of using this website any more. The 'great deal' isn't so great when you get more charges.

The condo was centrally located and beautiful! All furnishings were new and high end. The beach and pool on site were amazing. Super clean facilities. All around perfect.

The Hotel room itself was okay, the beach front view was great. They hit us with a $180.00 clean up fee before checking it. I was not pleased with this.

It's in a great location. It is a few blocks from Walmart and only maybe 2 miles from Club LaVela! The rooms are really nice. We had a three bedroom and it comfortably slept 8 people. The view from the balcony is amazing. Our only issues was that the icemaker in the fridge didn't work and the TVs weren't flat screen in OUR room (1605). The Grandview is an awesome place to stay and the location is great. The beautiful beach is right outside your balcony. It was quiet and peaceful at night; regardless of spring break! And I couldn't possibly tell you how wonderful the rooms were. Beautiful!

I had stayed at the Grandview back in the summer and had a gorgeous room, very clean, it was perfect. Unfortunately not all condo owners keep their rooms as nice as that one. This time was very different. The bathroom was dingy, the carpet had spots and was very dirty looking, the master bedroom mattress sunk in on one side and was very uncomfortable. […] The furniture was dingy as well. I stripped the bed linens and washed them before we slept in the bed or else I don't think I could have slept. EXCELLENT I travel a lot 2-3 vacations a year and I can surely say I was IMPRESSED. I did not expect it as good and as beautifull as I found everything. I highly recommend it. The view, the water, the room and the service at the front desk. Fabulous. Thank you and you will be hearing from me again.

We visit PCB every year, sometimes 2 to 3 times a year. So, we've stayed at quiet a few hotels and condos throughout the years. I must say, the Grandview offered the best accommodations. The unit was very well decorated and furnishings were up to date. Our view was unobstructed and gorgeous, even though the weather was not the best. The only complaint […] I have is the pool is very small. But, we did come for the beach--so it was no big deal! "The Grandview has a GRAND VIEW"
We enjoyed this condo very much. Plenty of space and all the amenities were in working order as advertised. The balcony offered privacy and spectacular views of the beach and the gulf! We will recommend Grandview to our friends and relatives.

The location was great since we did not have a car and could walk to some nice restaurants. The rooms were clean and our security guard when we arrived (a nice young man from Georgia) was so helpful. We did think it strange that no one was on duty at the office when we arrived. 9 - 5 seems rather short hours. I was very impressed with the accomodations. The unit is very large with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a great view to the ocean. My only complaint was with the bed in the Master Bedroom. It was uncomfortable and squeaked every time we got up, out of, or rolled over in the bed.

We have stayed at the Grandview for the past 5 yrs. This year our condo was not comfortable at all. The mattresses were terrible. The walls of the condo needed painting. This will probably be our last stay at the Grandview. :(

The check out was at 10 am. At 11 am, we were still waiting because no one was at the office. A note was taped to the door explaining that someone would be there at 1015 am. We finally called the main rental office for check out instructions.

My family has made many trips to the beach at Panama City Beach, but this stay at Grandview was a disaster. We were delayed checking into our condo for an hour and a half past check-in time, and were stuck sitting in the lobby with all of our luggage and no where to go. Parking was a huge problem because this complex has no parking deck. The only parking […] was a small amount of spaces under the condo and an empty lot across the street. We spent a minimum of twenty minutes trying to find available parking upon every arrival to the complex. The biggest headache during our stay was that we never knew when our room key was going to work, we even got locked out of the room at midnight one evening and had to wait for security to arrive from another complex. Over the course of our stay we never received a simple "I'm sorry for the inconvenience", which would have made us feel a lot better if the staff would have been sympathetic rather than arrogant and not caring.
