Hotellissa Hyatt Lost Pines Resort & Spa - Austin/Bastrop on täydet kylpyläpalvelut, golf-kenttä, vesipuisto ja 2 ulkouima-allasta. Tämän 4-tähden majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus (auki 24 tuntia), kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja teknologiatukihenkilöstö. Hotelli, jossa on 8 ravintolaa ja myös kahvila, 2 baaria ja allasbaari. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: hääpalvelut, tilaisuuksien tarjoilut ja liiketoimintapalvelut. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: kuntokeskus, lastenallas ja poreallas.Lisämaksusta vierailla on käytettävissään lentokenttäkuljetus - menopaluu (käytettävissä pyynnöstä). Huoneissa on kalustettu parveke. Hyatt Lost Pines Resort & Spa - Austin/Bastropn 491 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on tallelokerot ja ilmainen sanomalehti. Vuoteissa on petauspatja-patjat, ylelliset vuodevaatteet, kolme lakanaa ja untuvaselkätuki. Ilmainen langallinen nopea Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä. 32-tuumainen LCD-televisio, joissa on kaapelikanavat ja maksulliset elokuvat, ovat saatavissa. Huoneissa on työpöydät ja kaiutinpuhelin sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Kylpyhuoneissa on erillinen kylpyamme ja suihku, jossa on syvä kylpyamme. Kylpyhuoneissa on myös kylpytakit, meikkaus-/parranajopeilit ja hiustenkuivaaja.
Huoneissa on jääkaappi and kahvin-/teenkeitin. Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat silitysrauta / -lauta ja avattavat ikkunat. Lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluvat turndown-palvelu, allergiatestatut vuoteet ja herätyssoitto. Tarjolla on siivouspalveluita: päivittäin.

Ihan siisti hotelli. Aamiainen oli OK. Sänky oli hyvä. AInoa mitä puuttui oli golf channel telkkarista. Ravintoloita ja pubeja löyty läheltä, tosin liikenne siinä vieressä oli aika vilkasta. Kadun ylittäminen kesti, mutta maltilla onnistuu.

Firewheel Cafe - Tässä ravintola on tarjolla aamiainen ja lounas ja illallinen. Lasten ruokalista on saatavissa.
Old Bucks Poolside Grill - Näköalanaan uima-allas, tämä ravintola tarjoaa: vain lounas. Vieraat voivat tilata juomia baarista.

"Zooma"
May daughter was running the Zooma half-marathon. Our room was facing the finish line. I liked that I could open the windows and watch and hear all the action. I was lucky that I could keep up with everything and knew when to go down to watch for my daughter. I want this same side of that hallway next year. Beautiful setting. Just outside of town but felt a million miles away. Gorgeous trails, great pools, large rooms, comfy beds, great food and service everywhere except poolside. Will definitely stay here again, though will probably bring kids. TONS for them to do! Including outdoor movies with popcorn, s'mores, petting zoo, etc

We love the Lost Pines and would highly recommend it for family getaways. Lots of family activities and cool things for the adults. The spa is amazing and the golf course is really nice. Just a great place to stay.

I cannot say enough good things about this resort. The employees there are the best, great attitudes, helpful and always at your beck and call. My children loved the pool, crooked river and especially the slide. I will be staying there again soon.

The pros included: a great pool area; plenty of helpful and courteous staff; free parking; scheduled activities for the kids; decent food on property. "Small Kid Heaven"
Geared to small children / our two teenagers were bored after 1 day. Lazy pool very crowded. Fun activities all cost extra. Outdoor movies all geared to small children. Guests are allowed to bring their personal pets. If you want a room that an animal has not been in you have to pay extra for a non-allergenic room. Seems like it should be the other […] way around. Lost pines is fantastic, just be advised if you are looking for a romantic getaway that there are a lot of families with small children during the summer and the festive family atmosphere can be a little noisy.

The Hyatt at Lost Pines in Bastrop is a kids paradise. It is fun for the whole family. The hyatt lost pines was a great experience. The only negative was that I paid for a premiere room and it felt like a normal first floor hotel room. Everything else about the place is great. We went 45 minutes from home for a one day get away and it felt like we were at a 5 star resort far away.

Every single detail of this hotel and resort was perfect-- from the super comfortable beds and huge bathrooms to the amazing spa. We enjoyed riding bikes, putting around on the putting green, shooting hoops, sitting by the fire, soaking in the hot tub and taking romantic walks! We travel a lot to business conferences. I had been here two years ago and had a good experience then. Often times I can't say the same good things a second time around. This resort probably stands as best location I've seen for a medium size conference and is definitely under-priced. Given the room rates, adding a resort fee is absurd. Our room was fine but our son's room was noisy. Either a very loud baby was crying off and on next door through the night or a tireless cat was outside the first floor room window. "AWESOME can't even describe the visit!"
My husband and I stayed at the hotel for our 5th wedding anniversary, AND IT WAS AWESOME!!! EVERYBODY was nice! The three ladies that really stood out from our visit was Chelsea, 2 the front desk, Christina, @ the sports bar, and Stephanie, the assistant manager!!! "Great family time"
I think the Hyatt Resorts offer the perfect combination of things for active families. You can play in the pool, relax on the lazy river, play golf, tennis, ride bikes, get a facial. It's the total package. And, the grounds are gorgeous and meticulously maintained. Great activities for kids and families to enjoy together.

I wanted to have some alone time with our family in a nice setting and this hotel was wonderful. Great amenities, pool and activities for kids. Great food. We were asked constantly if we needed anything or if we had been helped. Lovely Hotel, we will be coming back for a longer stay.

There were plenty of things for the kids (10 & 13) to do around the lazy river and pool. They had a blast and so did we, wish we had found this place a couple of years ago. The only thing negative was the price, and then getting nickel and dimmed on charging for self parking, internet and a general use fee.
