Hotellissa Residence Inn by Marriott Worcester on kuntokeskus, uima-allas sisällä ja kuntokeskus tai -sali. Huonehintaan sisältyvä langaton ja langallinen Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä yleisillä alueilla. Tämän 3-tähden majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus (auki 24 tuntia), kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja AV-laitteet. Majoitusliikkeen liiketoimintaan sopiva hotelli ravintolapalveluihin kuuluu baari / aulabaari. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: grillausmahdollisuus, pesulapalvelut ja takka aulassa.Vieraiden käytössä on huonehintaan sisältyvä alueellinen bussikuljetus (maksimietäisyys 5 mailia). Pysäköinti sisältyy huonehintaan. Tämä on savuton hotelli.

Residence Inn by Marriott Worcestern 122 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on ilmainen sanomalehti ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Ilmainen langaton ja nopea langallinen Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä. Televisioissa on parhaat kaapelikanavat ja maksulliset elokuvat. Huoneissa on työpöydät ja suoravalintapuhelimet sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, hiustenkuivaaja ja hygieniatuotteet (sisältyvät hintaan).

Super friendly lady hosting during the day. Everything was good except the room seemed to transmit too much vibrations from above and outside. Definitely would stay again. Only two things i didn't like: 1) evening meals only went M/T/W and there was only 1 cart for hauling in suitcases. There should be at least a couple available on every floor. We were attending an event at WPI so the location was very convenient. The staff was great, they addressed a maintainace issue quickly. They were serving a nice light meal when we arrived and had a great breakfast buffet in the morning.
"Stress-free"
We have come to Worcester twice to visit colleges with our son, and have stayed here both times. It is quiet, clean, and the night clerk treated us like VIP's. This made what could be a stressful visit feel more like a vacation.

Two good surprises: free homemade dinner and free shuttle to town or the medical center. As always, extra elbow room with ResInn a great deal. Have already recommended this one.

The hotel was average. The part that really got me upset was it was the first night in a year that my husband and I got to go away without our 2 kids and the cleaning staff came into our room 3 times before checkout. "Residence Inn < 10 mins from DCU"
The Residence Inn in Worcester was an easy drive to the DCU. Complementary breakfast is a big plus. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again.

"a lot for your money!"
We stay in this hotel when we visit friends in the area. The kids love the pool, hot breakfast ans extra space in the room. The rooms are huge and super clean. Staff is very nice. Minus one star because the pool was closed our second day there and our 2.5 year old was devistated! Also gave us early check in and late check out atcno extra cost!
Staff was great. We have stayed here before and always enjoy it, the place is beginning to show some wear though. will stay here again

"Very clean quiet and wonderful area"
This is a wonderfull choice I would go and stay again. Nice room space with kitchen and can even cook or warm food.

Our stay at the Marriott was wonderful, our room was so equipped that we felt like we were at home. The full breakfast was delicious, great waffles! Staff was very friendly. My husband & I have already recommended it to our friends.

"Rude staff"
Hotel staff (particularly evening front desk staff) was unbelievably unfriendly, unwelcoming and downright rude. Daytime front desk staff and night janitor were very friendly and accommodating.

"Marriott Residence Inn"
Wish we could have stayed longer. This, out of our 2 week trip was the most comfortable stay. Loved the room, convenience and the special breakfast. Would recomend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Cheers! The Visiting Canadians

"One Bedroom Suite"
This was a good place to stay. Appreciated the separate bedroom and full kitchen. But the bed and pillows were too soft for me, even though my wife said they were fine. Very quiet and breakfast was great. Did not use pool or exercise area, but appreciated water, lemonade, cookies, cupcakes, etc. that appeared on different days. "Very poor customer service - inept staff"
Nice hotel but very poor customer service. The staff was poorly trained or not very intelligent. Check-in was delayed because the desk person AND manager on duty could not figure out how to operate their own computer systems. While we were delayed at least four other customers came to the front desk and had issues that the staff struggled to resolve. […] This was our first and last time staying at Residence Inn Worcester. We stayed Marriott as we were going to a concert at the DCU. I was very much pleased with the cleaniness of our room. We had a suite, which had a full size refrigerator. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was very clean.

"A beutiful hotel in a beutiful location"
We were highly impressed with the staff. They were very helpful and understanding. For some unavoidable reason, we could not check out on time. The manager extended the stay till 2 PM. I will highly recommend this hotel to anybody.

"Easy living"
The hotel was new and clean. Room was a very spacious suite. The included breakfast was not just coffee and crumbs, but a full buffet. Located right by the medical school in a clean and safe area. Oh yes surround by the flaming fall foliage.

I always love the Residence Inn. The bed is so comfortable that all you can think about is putting a wine glass full of red wine on the bed and then jump up and down because you know it won't spill. Even though my stay this time was for only one night, it was still a good experience. The breakfast is always great at the Residence Inn. Typical Residence Inn experience. Morning breakfast excellent in all respects, always had something for everyone. Did not experience the evening food activities as we were out visiting all the time. Room exceptionally clean, but cleaning staff left door wedged open after one service (i.e. deadbolt extended and linen left in door. Excellent accommodations from the quality of the room to the attentiveness of the staff. For an extended stay in Worcester this Hotel cannot be beat. The ONLY negative on this establishment is the quality of the breakfast BUT even that was a minor drawback (limited selection).
