Convenient location. Short scenic walk along river walkway to Paramatta City Centre . Free on site parking. Rooms comfortable and clean, supermarket and fast food outlets across the road. Staff friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Staff were extremely helpful and room was great. We felt the menu at the restaurant was good although over 4 nights found there was not enough choice and vegetable selection. Close to public transport, we took the ferry to Circular Quay and Manly, an enjoyed the Caravan Show.

We enjoyed being close to transport and it was easy to visit close by shopping centres & race course. We found the restaurant to be OK. Room was very comfortable and clean. pillows could do with an upgrade.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The location was ideal for me as it was very close to Rosehill racecourse, where I went to during my stay. You could see the racecourse from the room. Across the road were several places to purchase a meal and the hotel had an excellent restaurant as well. There is also a Woolworths(including liquor dept) across […] the road, which was handy. Clean, well located hotel. Parking is free, which is rare in Sydney. Unfortunately customer service was a pain, the room service personnel knocked on the door and were opening it despite leaving a sign not to be disturbed, I had to jump out of bed to shoo them away. A lovely hotel with very spacious and comfortable room. There is a supermarket and some fast food restaurants just across the road. Its only about a 10min drive to Parramatta city but a bit far from the Sydney city centre which is about 40min away and traffic can be quite heavy. Close proximity to parramatta. But for the price you pay to stay, the hotel could do with a spruce up. The bed was really hard and I didnt get a good nights sleep.

the beds are useless and one stays at a hotel to get a good sleep. In thius place it is hopeless and the food is so so . I think thye employ all hotel trainees and no professional hoteliers. So the rates should also be of a one star Hotel

This is not a bad hotel, my only complaint was that the room aircon was not functioning correctly therefore the room would not warm up.

Wasn't impressed with the restaurant, food took and hour and was just warm and vegetables undercooked. Also, had to ask for steak knife which should have come with the meal and when ordering a beer, a beer glass didn't come with it. The rest of the hotel was fine.

The hotel wasn't full at all - and only one lift running made that a bit slow but overall it was a good experience, staff very helpful. Room large, clean and modern.

due to limited budget~ so I cant choose hotels which located in CBD therefore~ I chose the Mercure hotel in Parramatta~ I found its condition is very good~ any staff is in good conditon~ recommed limited budget people can choose this one

My first impression was that the hotel was quite outdated & due for an extensive makover, however, apart from this, is was clean & room was comfoable. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Loung bar is again outdated & comfort level & furniture quite spartan. Restaurant lacksreal characyer but fod was excellent & good value for money. Hôtel calme, agréable situé proche du grand centre commercial de Westfield Parramatta mais loin du centre de Sydney. Fast food à proximité, les enfants adorent !
