and noisy bars at night time. It was not disturbing though but still very loud on the street. The rooms are older than it looks at the pictures. Internet is way overpriced. But overall ok!

The hotel has a nice big pool area with towels. Very nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The breakfast is fantastic (!) and it's close to everything you need.

Was a pleasant stay, I would have given it 4 stars if our king bed wasn't 2 singles pushed together. Or that room service started cleaning at 7am and moved furniture around above our heads each day, as well as the people staying there moving it back at each night. And my fault for not checking no swim up bar.

One likes the hotel and one doesn't, we have stayed before. Its popular with Aussies, convenient to shops, eateries, pubs,clubs, transport, airport and if you don't mind that its that close to clubs you can hear it to 4 or 5 in the morning. What I won't forget is the dirty mattresses I see when I arrived on my first day. These were being used in another […] room and I looked at my room mattress with horrified eyes. At least the cleaners didn't start cleaning rooms at 5.30am like last time. Food is good at the hotel better than some of the options close by. I have more negative things to say but I won't. The White Rose is a great hotel and cheap for what you get. I have stayed at others for double the price, but this one I would stay again.The breakfast is awesome, so much too choose from and friendly staff. The reception staff were not overly nice, and did not speak english very well, but it wasnt too bad. The food by the pool was yummy, but stay away […] from the salads as they are stingey. Great pool area and fun vibe too it with young and old. Wouldn't bring a family though. So easy to walk to the beach, maybe 10 mins down poppies 2. Great location for transport too . Right in the heart of Kuta shopping, cafes and pubs yet still quiet and secure. Unfortunately let down by the standard of the rooms. We booked deluxe rooms which were advertised as ground level and renovated. The rooms we were given were second level and old.

Hotel is locateed in a great location with easy access to shops, transport services etc The White Rose has very friendly and attentive staff who always have a smile and a wave for you whether it be 6am or 2am ... Great mix of all age groups at the hotel ranging from young singles through to mature guests. Only drawback that we experienced at the hotel was that the was the hot water to shower was not HOT. Water was at best luke warm at times and more often cold than warm. Was a little sceptical of choosing this hotel due to some comments that were made in the reviews regarding clientel and noise but we can honestly say we did not experience anything of the sort. Ground Floor garden rooms have very pretty setting of water features etc and are a nice way to sit back and relax and have a cold drink after a long tiring day of shopping or sightseeing. Quick for money poor for service. Noisy 24 hours i had to move from one block to another because revellers ware making disco all nights and when i asked to check out at 3 hours latter they said pay money !We spent bit of that and couldn't get even not shaky iron table!

Stayed at White Rose hotel just for ONE nite. On transit. Will returned for another stay. Clean, green and refreshing. The room was pleasant. Staff at the hotel are friendly. No hustle in check in and check out. Quiet place with no disturbance. To consider Muslim food more for the breakfast. Would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends.

White rose is a good hotel, clean room, good breakfast, unfriendly reception. Location! Hotel is on the street with all Kuta clubs. This gives you access to all the clubs and shops withing 5 minutes. Location is perfect if your wanting to spend your days roaming Kuta, it is right in the centre of Kuta, close to the pubs/clubs but amazingly you hear nothing, beach is about a 15min walk. Our stay at The White Rose hotel in kuta was a pleasent stay. The hotel was perfect in many ways. Close to the beach, close to the main street with all the chops and bars/disco, but a wery quiet plase to be. Very good standard to the hotel. Considering the price I was reasonably happy with my stay. The rooms could probably do with a renovation, but if you want luxury you can pay twice as much and stay 5 star. Location is excellent in the heart of Kuta. I probably wouldn't stay there again, but would recommend to someone traveling on a budget.

For the price i paid i could not have asked for more. Very cheap for what i paid. Public areas have been modernized, Pool area very clean. My room was a little tired looking but was clean and the King size bed very comfy. Popular with young people (although mixed) as its right in the bar area. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen in Mitten der Ausgansmeile von Kuta/Legian. Der Service im Hotel ist gut und die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmässig - hingegen schlecht schallisoliert. Daher je nach "Nachbarn" etwas lärmig.

Servidores muito gentis e prestativos, todo o tempo. Muito boa localização, em termos de distância do aeroport e praia de Kuta. Comércio e comida com centemas de opções mnas proximidades. Bom preço nesta época de baixa temporada. Excelente café da manhã, em qualidade e variedade. Recomendo sem restrições

We were guys from Norway staying in this hotel for 1 week in July 2011. We were quite happy with the hotel; the rooms are OK for such a cheap price, the swimming pool & bar area and garden are great. hotel de charme avec belle piscine, service impeccable, pdj un peu toujours le meme mais tres correct, la chambre deluxe est imppeccable, la salle de bain est vieillissante mais de bon stanfding
