Erilliset sängyt olivat ruhtinaallisen leveitä. Patja tuntui aluksi kovahkolta, mutta siihen tottui. Peitot ja tyynyt mukavia. Yöpöydän lukuvalolla oli inhottava neonsävy. Hassua oli, että huoneiston varustelussa mainittiin minibar, mutta huoneistosta ei löytynyt kuin sen hinnasto. Kyse oli siis varmaan huonepalvelusta eikä minibarista. Ei kokeiltu. […] Tallelokero oli hyvä juttu. Jokin pukeutumispeili olisi voinut olla. Ainoa peili sijaitsi kylpyhuoneessa. Kätevää oli, että respassa voi vaihtaa valuuttaa. Ei tarvinnut mennä pankkiin jonottamaan. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Munakkaat ihania! Jos halusi "yömyssyn", sellainen oli saatavilla Aska -baarista. Joskin baarimestarit tarvitsivat reseptin tehdessään "Shanghai" -coctailin :-) Hyvin palvelualttiita ja ystävällisiä olivat. Lähtiessämme aamuvarhaisella lentokentälle saimme edellisenä iltana respan avustuksella varatuksi minibussin, johon mahtui koko nelihenkinen seurueemme isoine matkalaukkuineen. Yhdistää hotellin palvelut ja itsenäisen asunnossa asumisen hyvällä sijainnilla. Ilmastoinnissa (lämmityksessä talvella) toivomisen varaa, jos sää 10 astetta tai yli ulkona tätä ongelmaa ei ole. Ilmastointilaitteen äänekkäät ja lämmittävät vain yläosan huonetilasta! Maksullinen aamiainen mutta ilmainen gym-allas-sauna. Muuten hyvä sijainti, josta oli helppo lähteä eri suuntiin. Tosin Hotels.comin kartalla tämä hotelli sijoitettiin kuitenkin aivan huippupaikalle Nanjing Roadille, vaikka todellisuudessa sinne oli noin kilometrin matka. Iso huoneisto sopi loistavasti isommalle porukalle ja hinta-laatu suhde oli oikein hyvä.

Minulta otettiin tullessani 11.11,etukäteen maksamastani hotellihuoneesta,takuumaksu RMB800,joka luvattiin palauttaa lähtiessäni. Maksoin maksun luottokortillani,jonka jouduin jostain syystä allekirjoittamaan kaksi kertaa. Kun lähdin 17.11 aamulla klo06.00 ,vastaanoton tyttö sanoi,että takuumaksu on peruutettu ja hän antoi kopion ( Merchant copy) luottokorttimaksustani,jolloin […] luulin,että asia on kunnossa. Price / Quality for tourist was OK. Location is exellent , close to Nanjing road, Peoples park, Metro station . Can walk to Bund , YuYuan Park +++, Old building but in good condition. More Chinese feeling in surrounding as in higher rate hotels. I recommend to Tourists.

Siisti, järkevän hintainen, keskeisellä paikalla Huang Pu:n alueella sijaitseva huoneisto hotelli. Neljän metropysäkin päässä Expo-alueelta. Metroasemalle enintään kilometri. Kävelymatka Nanjing Roadille ja alle puoli kilometriä Huaihai kadulle.

As part of my job, i stay at hotels world wide for more than half of the year. This stay was however together with my family, in a double room. This hotel was generally below average, -however has a very good location and spaceous rooms. On the negative side, we missed hot water for our morning showers one day. Next day the drinking water had leaked […] all over the floor. The aircondition was so noisy, that we had to turn it off to get some sleep. The staff were kind and helpfull, -however their english is poor (as it is in general in Shanghai). The room was equiped with a kitchen, which was of no use, since it totally lacked utilities to prepare food.Now we have moved to a serviced appartment at nearly half of the price, and are more happy here. excellent location; there are supermarkets and convenient stores around the area. Easy to catch taxi or walk 5 mins to the Metro Station - 大世界站 walking distance to Hongkong Plaza, East Ocean Commercial centre and Raffles city

We wasted 2 hours looking for this hotel based on the map provided by Hotels.com's website. We had to ask for help in one of the grander hotels who kindly provided us with a more detailed map in English. The room service was pleasant enough although cold on arrival. There are not enough facilities in the apartment to make it homely or comfortable. The […] kitchen is designed for Chinese cooking end even if we had wanted to cook, there were not the ingredients to find to cook. There were no fry plans or pots either. There were no carpets on the floors and the rooms were very very cold, despite the air-conditioner pumping out hot air 24/7. There was a "coin-operated" laundry service (wonderful with a young child!) but even this service came with staff who did not speak English but still did the laundry for you (self service meant you brought it to them and collected it later, for a nominal fee). Location wise the hotel was good but with a young child I would not stay in self-service apartments again as they are just too stark for a family to enjoy. Lisätietoja

The hotel is centrally located in the main attractions of Shanghai. The room is in good condition. However, we were somewhat disappointed by the service standard of the staff. They can do the job but no personal touch.

Walkiing distance to metro & shopping district. Quality, good value local eats within 5 min walk. Grocery stores at door step.

This is more like a hotel in the sense that they have full hotel facilities and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Location of the hotel is quite convenient, just 2 blocks from from DaShiJie Metro Station and exit from No.2 Exit. from the map given in the Hotels.com, it seems like this hotel is nearer to People's Square Station, but it is not. Overall, […] my 4 days stay with my family was a good experience for us, there is wifi in the rooms but you have to pay for use, however, you can use it for free at the hotel's lobby which saves us quite a bit of money communicating via email and whatsapp, etc. No Facebook access in China though. I have stayed here many times and find that having the extra room of the apartment a refreshing contrast to the crowded streets. Staff are always helpful. As a business traveler it would be good if they had wifi access in the rooms. It is confined to the lobby only. I like that it is functional and not flashy.

We stayed a total of 6 nights at the hotel. It has a great location with many eateries and convenience stores nearby. Housekeeping service was excellent. Several times we ran out of toiletries and the housekeeping department responded to our requests in less than 5 mins flat. What we liked most about the hotel was that there was a mineral water dispenser […] in every room. Hence there was no need to lug back heavy mineral water bottles. Just two and half blocks to the Metro Line 8. 10 minute walk to People's Square. Lots of restaurants surrounding the area. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

New Harbour Service Apartments Really Good Hotel for Business trip. We asked for two bed room and they gave us two independent bedrooms with queen bed, very nice for privacy when your sharing a room with a colleague. Rooms has thei rown office and kitchen, very good amenieties and wi fi for free. Buffet is excelent (at least for occidentals). Spa, Pool, […] everything in good condition. Close to shopping areas as well as within walking distace: about 30 minutes walk to a great shopping/tourist location: Yuyen Garden.

Really good hotel in all aspects: location, very clean, most helpful Front Desk staffs. Will most definately recommend this hotel to everyone going to Shanghai. This is most probably the only hotel we will book with each and every time we go to Shanghai.

We found on booking in that our original booking fee was altered as the hotel after acknowledging teenage children at no cost, then charged us a nightly rate for each child on top of our booking, affecting our available cash flow. 20 minutes to peoples square, 2 minutes to subway. Not elegant but exactly what is needed for comfortable stay- living room, free internet, fridge and water bar. very clean. there is a great massage place called "Nice massage" that gives great foot massages for very reasonable prices- great after a hard day of walking

Construction. The room was nice and big, nice to have an apartment with room instead of small hotel room. Was in a great location. Bad thing is they are doing construction and sounded like they were jack hammering in our room so only stayed one night. If no construction, would definitely stay.

When I got there I was early but they allowed me to check-in at around 9am. I asked them to place me to higher floors but they declined and put me instead to room 1001. The hotel is very conveniently located. The staff is very helpful. We had two separate requests that were fulfilled almost immediately: battery change in an aircon remote, help with getting online internet in the room, The room was cleaned every day and cleaned very well. We'd definitely stay there again.

1 bedroom apartment was very clean and well maintained. Self-service laundry room is available for a reasonable amount. Location of hotel is a bit noisy, but for the price of the apartment, this one inconvenience can be overlooked.

We stayed in the spacious 3-suite apartment for a night. The exterior of the apartment doesn't look that great but you'll be amazed when you get into the room as it's newly furnished and well maintained! Felt so comfortable staying in this apartment as it was clean and fully-equipped (self-controlled air-conditional, water heater, refrigerator, microwave, […] water dispenser etc). We came back to the apartment at 1.15pm (which was a bit late) to check-out, but the staff were so nice that they extended our check-out time to 2pm without any additional charges imposed. It is located very close to "Da Shi Jie" Subway Station which is very strategic. Furthermore, there are many restaurants and shops (some are open 24 hours) nearby the apartment that you can conveniently buy things. Great apartment style living in a traditional shanghai neighbourhood. Close to enough to transport and local eating delights. Great rooms and convenient laundry use. Great facilities as well! Would recommend in a jiffy!

Although you may be tempted to stay on Nanjing Rd., this location a little further south is much more central and within walking distance to many of the main attractions. Nanjing Rd. itself was a disappointment and one walkthrough is more than enough. The location could not have been better! Conveniently located along Yong Shou Road, New Harbour Service Apartment is within 15 minutes walk to Cheng Huang Miao & Nanjing Road. If you want to go shopping at Qi Pu Lu, you can easily hitch a cab and the journey only takes you 10-15 minutes! The service is excellent & I would recommend to everyone! The rates are also very good!

This hotel reminds me of the Friendship Hotel in Beijing in the 1980s...basic Chinese standard furniture, very clean and comfortable. It's in an excellent location, with plenty of small restaurants, shops, and the feel of older Shanghai. Subways are convenient, and it's a hop and a skip to Pudong if you have business meetings.

The apartment was very spacious. A bit art-deco style. Very tasteful the furniture. The sitting room and bedroom had a large TV. There was a dining table for four. The bathroom was large with a low bath tub and hand held shower. Clean, soap, shampoo, toothbrush and paste all provided. Clean towels. There was a small kitchen with a gas-cooker, fridge […] and freezer. A 3 gallon drum of drinking water was provided for free. You have to asked for a water kettle or cooking pots. But who wants to cook, if you can get delicious and cheap meals in the restaurant. The hotel is in walking distance of the Bund, Nanjing Road, People's Square and Yu garden. Nearby there are small supermarkets, fruit-shops and two bakeries. The hotel would be perfect for families with children or people traveling in a group. at the night time its about 10.pm when I return to the hotel I found there is no one in the lobby. even the counter. Its not only happen in one night but four nights.Until I shout for help. The location is very good for taking public transport ie mrt. Some discomfort on the renovation on going ie the noise and water cut from 12 to 4pm. Overall still good to stay.
