Club-tason huone 10-kerroksessa oli mitä mainioin. Hintaan kuului aamiainen sekä mahdollisuus klo 17-20 ilmaiseen snacksiin loungessa. Aivan mainio hotelli, kannattaa kytätä tarjouksia!

Ystävällinen henkilökunta, toimiva hotelli hyvä aamiainen. Siisti huone. Pikku miinukset huoneen ollessa moottoritien puolella ja ilmastoinnin meluisuus, mutta miellyttävä kokemus.

Jos aiot kuluttaa lomasi Los Angelesissa shoppailemalla, tämä on sinun valintasi. Hotelli sijaitsee aivan Citadel Outlets- ostoskeskuksen vieressä. Hotelli on hyvätasoinen ja perinteinen ketjuhotelli. Ravintolareissu ei mennyt meillä ihan nappiin (juomia unohtui, listalla olevia ruokia oli loppu), mutta se ei kokonaisuutta juurikaan haitannut. Jos on liikkeellä vuokra-autolla, niin kannattaa huomioida ruuhkat. Keskustaan meneminen saattaa kestää pidempään kuin on suunnitellut.

Vierailu sujui aivan, kuten piti. Huone oli sellainen kuin luvattiin ja näimme molempina iltoina Disneyn ilotulituksen ikkunasta. Palvelu oli tasokasta ja aulabaarin ruoka hyvää. Edestä pääsee bussilla Disneylandiin, mutta kyllä sinne kävelläkin jaksaa. Yöpyisin mielelläni uudelleen.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a March trip to Disneyland. The stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the beds were extremely comfortable and the location was nice and quiet as it was set back from the road tucked in behind some office type builds. "Great price, Clean room, and Yummy breakfast"
Hotel was in a great location to travel between LA, Long Beach and Westminster. The hotel was in a quiet business neighborhood and had plenty of parking. Great hotel and would consider staying there again. I have already recommended it to family.

"Home away from home"
The Hampton in Cypress is a very relaxing experience. The staff is very friendly even the maid has a pretty smile when you walk by. The breakfast was great! Better than the other hotels in the area. I will be staying there again

"Hampton Inn in Cypress - Great Stay"
This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was larger than most regular rooms with two queen beds and the beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel of any price. The facilities were well kept, clean, and modern and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic with a good selection of hot and cold items and a spacious dining area. […] To top it all off, the price was much less than you would expect for the quality of the rooms and hotel. "Hampton Inn Cypress CA"
Nice hotel with a tasty, time saving breakfast. I've stayed at the hotel about a dozen times over the past couple years. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. The Business Center is always available and free. This is especially helpful with printing boarding passes.
"Convenient to Knottsberry Farm & Huntington Beach"
We have stayed in several Hamptons in the last year, and this one was just average. We stayed 4 nights this time, and maid service passed us over completely on one day. Quite a disappointment to come back with 2 tired toddlers after a day at Knottsberry Farm to no clean linens. The breakfast was nice, and I appreciate the effort they put into it.

The hotel was awesome. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The only thing I thought was strange was that there was no refrigerator. Most of the Hampton Inns that I have stayed in had one.

Nice clean room, which is what I always look for. I was disappointed with the breakfast not the best I had for a complementary continental breakfast. What I did not like was the fact that there are hardly any tables at the dining room. Especially during the weekend when there's a lot of people we had to sit on the floor to eat! THe only downside was that there were not microwaves or frideges in the room. we wre told we could have a fridge for $10 a night. We chose to use a cooler and ice instead.
Overall this hotel was alright, the free breakfast was pretty good; however the staff always seemed like they were lost in space. We asked for brochures of things to do and they DID NOT HAVE ANY!! We had to stop by another hotel to grab some brochures. They didn't even offer to print maps for us. The rooms were alright, pretty clean; however no tub […] only huge shower which would be find if I didn't have a baby so it was very hard to give her a bath. The room at the Hampton Inn was very comfortable. There were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and I would definitely stay there again.
"Hampton inn - Not at all close to Knott's"
The hotel was shown in the map as being closer to Knott's berry farm which was not the case. Also i booked for 5 people and the room could only sleep 4. Unfortunately i got there way too late after a trip to Knott's berry farm, lost my way to the hotel, and i got there and there wasn't even enough space to sleep. My family was searching for a hotel that was near Knott's Berry Farm but not too close to where traffic or noise was a problem. This location was perfect! "Good Hotel"
The hotel is in the area of an office park which could be convenient for people visiting those businesses. We were attending a meeting at the Disneyland Hotel, and it was a 15 minute drive, a little further than I anticipated. Nice breakfast, free Internet, comfortable bedding. "Very bad example of an otherwise reliable chain"
If you are used to Hampton Inns and appreciate their ammenities and service, look elsewhere. This hotel is a significant deviation from their standards. Problems include: 1) no refrigerators in any room; 2) outdated televisions (think late '90's); 3) Non-smoking rooms on smoking floors (we did not realize this until we were completely unpacked of course); […] 4) breakfast is inexcusably ill-stocked; and worst of all - 5) the management is very rude and lacks even the most basic manners and customer service skills. The hotel location is perfect for my trip purpose. The room was very clean, quiet, convenient, and close to lots of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was really good as well.
