This is a great hotel in the Branson area. We have stayed there two times with no issues. The rooms, service and convenience of location are first rate.

The location, service, condition and cleanliness of this hotel is the best we've experienced in Branson. We go to Branson once every few months and have stayed in numerous hotels. After our experience here, we would not stay anywhere else again.

Great hotel for the $$. My husband and I went for a brief weekend getaway and enjoyed a lovely room and easy access to dining and shopping. We were able to park in private parking garage and didn't need to leave in our vehicle again till the end if the trip. Everything is within walking distance. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. awesome staff front to back. very comfortable and clean condo. all were very courteous. great location next to water and shopping for the lady

The rooms are clean and the place is nice just as one would expect being on the Branson Landing. The advertised rates are misleading though, they advertise to be competitive to other local hotels and lodges but thats just for the room. If you expect free Wi-Fi or a continental breakfast then you'll have to pay for them seperately and daily...when you […] add those two costs alone, the room is not competitively priced at all. Who doesn't have free Wi-Fi these days??? I mean, a person can get free Wi-Fi driving through the drive thru at McDonald's!!! The rub really hits home as you drive through the city of Branson and see that nearly every hotel and motel there advertises FREE Wi-Fi and at least a continental breakfast included with your room. I've been trying my best to convince myself that the money I spent at the Hilton didn't go to a new overpriced custom outfit for Paris's little dog or better yet that it doesn't finance another horrid reality TV show with her in it! The thermostat was set to 66 degrees and we froze the first night because we couldn't change it...when I told the front desk as we were leaving they sent someone up to change it and jacked it up to 74 degrees. We were still locked-out of the digital thermostat so we slept with the window cracked the second. There was also an unidentifiable gel-like waxy substance inside the coffee machine in our room, which somethine I definitely wouldn't expect at a Hilton. Next time I'm in Branson visiting family, I think I'll be staying at The Best Western or the Baymont...you get a lot more for your money at either of those places. Lisätietoja

We went to Branson for a girls shopping trip and the Hilton on the landing was perfect. You are steps away from shopping, dinning, and the piano bar. It is great to park in the private parking garage and get away from Branson traffic. If you plan to spend most of your time at the Landing this is the hotel to choose. My only complaint would be that our […] room was supposed to come with a balcony and it had one but it was on the 2nd floor so the balcony was flush with the roof and had no view. Nice hotel and location, but no dirty clothes bags were provided, and no afternoon room cleaning.

The view from our room was great. Was very pleased with everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff! Check in was quick and parking was very close! Had a wonderful view of the Landing from our room! The room was very spacious. It was great to wake up and walk to all the shopping and restaurants never having to get in the car to go anywhere! I would stay here again!! AMAZING!!

This was a very nice hotel, but we didn't get any sleep. Our first room was right over the street and there was very loud traffic all night and there are train tracks across the street, which the only time we heard or saw trains was in the middle of the night, so the staff was very accomodating and moved us to a different room. We got a room right over […] the Promenade and once again didn't sleep at all. While this hotel is very nice and close to the shopping and Promenade. simply fabulous! it's the place to stay in branson, it's literally right on top of everything.

Upon entering our room there were several dirty dishes on the balcony including a glass full of cigarette butts. We stayed in a condo, which we had to pay a considerable amount more for, but we had to go thru one building then go outside and enter a different building. I don't mind walking but it was very inconvenient if you were bringing anything to […] your room. My husband and I took our 5 year old grandson to Branson and chose the Hilton at Branson Landing. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had an indoor swimming pool that was wonderful. We are coming back next year for a repeat. Great stay.

I'll have to say, it's the best location in the city, and my room was absolutely first class and very comfortable.

Great location, great room, great work out space, but the volume of our room's AC unit kept us up at night. Still would return--overall it was a good experience!

The hotel was great, very nice, top of the line service, good location, fancy furnishings, but the noise from the street below was very annoying. Motorcycles reving up all night and again at 7am. I highly reccomend ensuring a NON-STREET side room.

By far, one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. I'd put this on the same level as Wynn Las Vegas and the Ritz Carlton in Orlando (minus the bar/restaurants). Wonderful customer service (thanks, Skylar!), beautiful property and very clean/new rooms! What a delight! I WILL be back!

I enjoyed this hotel very much, was upper-class and all that I expected. We did not get to stay as long as I hoped so did not get to explore the hotel very much but the room was great, clean, comfortable and we will go back to this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for my husbands 31st birthday getaway. Pros: Nice Rooms Great Location Beautiful Hotel Cons: Did not receive the room we reserved. Did not receive room that we were told we were getting at check-in. Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, on a none smoking floor (the reason for the 2 stars on cleanliness).

The Hilton in Branson is a great place to stay and I highly recommend staying there than anyplace else in Branson.

The hotel is in a great location and Branson Landing is a fun place. There are good meals, fun bars, and night life within walking distance. The shopping is good, too. The only problem is the room is much too expensive for the size of the room and the amenities offered by the hotel. I have stayed at other high-end places in Branson (chateau on The Lake, […] Big Cedar Lodge) and you get a much better experience for not much more money. These are much better options for the money! The hotel was great with exception of the fact that they had one person serving as parking valet and conceriege. We asked about getting tickets for us to a show and they handed us a pamphlet and said to call the phone number in the pamphlet. With the price of the hotel rooms, they should have been willing to call for us.

The open Mall shopping is nice along the lake. Easy to get to the shows via the back routes.

The concierge/bellman staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and once you find your way to the hotel, it's very easy to get in and out of. I do have two complaints: 1. The Business Center actually charges you to use their computer. At the rate you pay to stay in a quality hotel such as the Hilton, that should be free, […] just as it is at other hotels. Also, they offer one major soft drink carrier instead of both of them. The HIlton Promenade at Branson Landing was a new, beautiful hotel right on the Branson Landing. It was close to shops, restaurants, and the lake. To make it even better, we were given a free upgrade into a condominium with a full kitchen, leather sofa, and the largest hotel bathroom I'd ever seen. The hotel had very good service and was convinient to shopping and tourist attractions. Very good restaurants and night entertainment within walking distance. The main tourist section was about 5 minutes away.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous on the inside and out. The pool was wonderful as well. However, the desk clerk immediately wanted my credit card and when I asked why she said "to charge supplementals to" I said there will be no supplementals and she replied, "Yes there will be its 8 dollars to park your car, 12 for the valet to do it and 12 or 28 […] dollars for internet service. I informed her that I had prepaid through Hotels.com and that there was no mention of additional costs such as parking or internet. Needless to say, she no longer requested my credit card. Be careful at this one they will charge you if you allow it. That was the only negative experience at this business. Lisätietoja
