This was not the best extended stay hotel that our family has stayed at. We were dissapointed at the BBQing area. The room were smaller than most also.

Very affordable for my 1 night stay. Only in the room to sleep as had outside activities to attend--the room was clean and my bed was comfy and the TV worked. The hotel is a bit beat up. The room furniture is heavy scratched, the leather chair is severely scuffed. A fresh coat of paint on the exterior side of the room doors would be nice as they're all scuffed pretty badly. Breakfast is pitiful. When i went, there was a basket of muffins. I had to ask for a bagel and cream cheese to be put out. and no juice. […] It would be nice if they could add hard boiled eggs, juice and oatmeal packets. All the rooms have this musty smell even they try to find another one it doesn't matter. Me and my girlfriend were sick and they didn't even let us check out at 1120 when check out time is 1100 very poor management and very rude staff. Never stay their

This was a great hotel to stay at while we where passing through up to OR. They are pet friendly, spacious rooms and comfy beds. Don't expect an amazing breakfast though. Muffins and bagels with some ok coffee. Overall good for the price.

Would not stay here again. For the same price I can stay at another hotel chain and get basic ammenities. The breakfast consisted of a microwave with bagels and muffins in a plastic bag. Two star hotel with a tiny nearly useless kitchen. I can think of no reason the word "Deluxe" is in the hotel's title. Employees were pleasant thou.

Needed to cover my nose while walking in the 4th floor corridor.

In the bathroom, on the drawers, there was a booger on them that apparently was not cleaned during housekeeping before I got there. I would NOT like someones boogers on my stuff in the room when I get there. Disgusting. Then, in the shower, on the wall, there was mold above the side wall on the shower. Nasty!!! On the nightstand, in the bedroom, there […] was two sticky rings from the bottom of cups that were previously there on the stand. That was not cleaned, obviously. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6am, I went down at 6:15am, there was only coffee and creamers and a bowl of butter and jelly. No staff was around to ask if there was anything. There was a bread cabinet thing that had a sign in it saying that the muffins were made by Marie Calendars...there were none. I went back up to my room. Came back down at 6:50am, and STILL NOTHING in the breakfast bar area. Then, I was looking AGAIN for staff...no one was around. I was on my way to go back to my room, then I heard a door open, and I saw someone (staff). I stopped her and asked if there was any breakfast or muffins like the sign said. She told me there were no muffins and they only had bagels. So, I told her that was fine, that I just wanted something. She brought out the bagels...there were only plain ones and there were only SIX....for the whole hotel???? Really? What a bad experience. This hotel did not supply some of the essentials a hotel should, such as shampoo, and the person who worked the desk late at night and early in the morning seemingly had to do everything herself which led to bad customer service, as there was a wait at the desk. The breakfast was a joke.

Out of all hotels I stayed at in 30 years this is the worst. They don't make your bed , they dont clean your room, if you need extra towels you need to get them your self. The area is extremely bad afraid I was going to get broken into, the service was the worst. The elevator didnt work and was in the 3rd floor. The only thing missing was shampoo in the bathroom

As an extended stay hotel, they really don't change the towels, make the room up, or provide even a tiny bit of shampoo. Breakfast is also pretty sketchy. If you're okay with that, then you'll find this a fine place with comfy beds in a good location.

GREAT price and GREAT room. Got upgraded from a queen to a king for free with NO problems! The staff was nice and understanding about everything. Very secure place. ONLY thing that I didn't care for was the hair blow dryer....it is not too strong. BUT EVERYTHING was wonderful and DEFINITELY will be staying there again!!!!

I stayed just one night and it was a very comfortable, updated and clean room. I would stay there again.

This place is great, it like a home away from home. Close to food and gas and right off the highway.

I commute from Northern California for my job in Bakersfield every week. I can't expense any of my travel costs. Extended Stay America Deluxe is absolutely the way to go for affordable long term lodging. It was everything I needed with classy accommodations. Clean room, convenient modern fully equipped kitchenette with nice granite counter tops, a […] large refrigerator with an automatic ice maker and a dishwasher. The room was spacious with a big leather recliner, DVD player and a large TV. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. For the price, I was impressed with the level of comfort that was available. The exercise room was an added bonus. The complimentary "continental" breakfast was little more than mini muffins, pre-packaged bagels and some fruit, but the coffee was awesome! I will definately come back. Lisätietoja

I'd never heard of the branch, but when I got there I was impressed; it looked clean and new. I would look for this chain someplace else definitely!!!
