Great location, lovely hotel, good price. However, we thought that the breakfast was part of the room price and found out after the fact that it wasn't. 15Euro for the breakfast was way overpriced!

the hotel is located in the old city and is a very comfortable place. free wi fi in the room with a lap top is an excellent touch. The location is great but do take a taxi to get there, after you get off the airport bus in town. We have been to Seville many times and thought we would able to find the hotel by ourselves - No way. The staff are great - very helpful and friendly. The first room we stayed had very bad smell. The staff moved us to another room. The carpet in the room […] is my only complain of this hotel. You also need to print out your reservation sheet, particularly if you have prepaid for breakfast. I was glad I had the receipt with me because the hotel did not have the record. Staff very service mined and hospitable. We spent 2 comfortable nights at the hotel. Only negative comment: having booked a triple i was surprised to be lodged in a double with an extra bed - the room was therefore cramped, hence my lower rating for the comfort factor. This is a great hotel, very friendly staff, great and convenient location and very quiet for a good night's sleep..They offer free bicycles and open bar for coffee/tea/juice/water plus wifi..Seville is a lovely place to visit and this hotel is very near everything you want to see along with restaurants and bars...definitely would recommend it..

It's a nice hotel that is a little difficult to find. The staff was VERY friendly. The breakfast was fine but nothing outstanding. We had the bottom floor so no view.

The hotel is very close to the cathedral, palace, and a lot of great tapas bars (Alfafa is great!). The room is nice, the shower is amazing, and they give you a laptop to use. I didn't try the breakfast buffet (16 Euro is a little much) but there are plenty of places to go grab a bite to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

Petit Palace Santa Cruz is a nice and clean hotel that lies in the very center of the old town of Seville. The rooms are not that big but are comfortable and having free access to wifi and a laptop in the room was very convenient. It is much better to park in an underground garage just outside the old town and then walk or take a taxi to the hotel. The hotel is part of the Hi-Tech family of hotels so it has a laptop in the room and free wifi in the room. Overall the room was good and the staff was helpful. Great location, but hotel is really hard to find. Streets to enter are very narrow and not marked and it took us more than 45 minutes to find with a map on hand. Aside from that, everything else was great!!!

This location was perfect for seeing the sites of the el centro. Lots of close resturants and great feel of being in the heart of the old city. Although hotel is all non-smoking our first room had a strong smoke smell. Staff was very accomodating to switch rooms. Next room was fine and comfortable.

The hotel was really nice and close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about the hotel. Our stay really added to the wonderful time we had. If there was one negative it was the breakfast buffet. It was very basic and not worth the charge. We had two young children and were charged the same 15 euro […] for each. This is a great hotel to base yourself out of while exploring Seville. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within a couple of blocks of the Hotel. All the major sights are within 10-15 minutes walk from the Hotel. It isn't easy to find however and so it is recommended to take a taxi to the hotel when you arrive. The hotel will provide you with […] a map when you check-in. The hotel breakfast is okay but expensive. There is a face across the street that offers plenty of breakfast options (very good) for less than half the price. The laptop in the room was a nice feature. The only complaint was that the overall cleanliness wasn't as good as expected. The general cleanliness (e.g. bed linens, sink, shower, carpet and furniture) was acceptable but hard to reach places were dirty and dusty (e.g. baseboards, light fixtures, curtains, etc...). We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, which was clean, relaxed, quiet and yet within walking distance of the interesting parts of historical Sevillas Jewish sector. We would recommend this hotel- reasonable rates for overnight stays and reasonably priced breakfast. Not many staff, but friendly and helpful.

We were surprised when we checked in how contemporary this hotel is. Everything is clean, recently renovated and very comfortable. The staff at check-in was very helpful and offered great suggestions throughout our stay. I stayed at the Petit Palace Santa Cruz in early August 2010, and was generally very pleased. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, though small, was clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the individually controlled thermostat and reliable AC. The location is great: just around the corner and down the street from the […] Cathedral and good restaurants. The internet connection was solid, and it was nice that they provided a laptop in the room. My only complaint was that the glass shower box had no door, so I always had to mop up the floor after showering. We had a very nice stay at the Petit Palace. The location was very convenient as we were able to walk everywhere. The staff was very helpful in giving directions, assisting in making arrangements, and suggesting dining options. The hotel was nothing spectacular but certainly clean and spacious. I have nothing negative to say...

The Petit Palace Santa Cruz is a pretty fantastic hotel. They have computers in each room which makes travel research and Skyping whomever easy and convenient. Also, since no English TV channels, having internet in the room is a good way to kill some time in between exploring the city. The staff were quite friendly and spoke English. The rooms are small/plain […] but it's in a great location--right in the middle of historic Santa Cruz and just a block from the Cathedral and other main historical attractions. There is breakfast available but it is quite expensive; if you go down the street there are several good cafes were you can get a full breakfast for under 6 euro a person. There is also a full grocery store just two blocks away which is convenient for purchasing snacks on the cheap. Rooms are small as with most hotels in Europe. Our room had a window to the interior courtyard where breakfast is served which was noisy with the window open but quiet when closed. If you have a decent map of Sevilla this hotel is easy to find. The staff was very helpful, spoke English well and was eager to help us out. The staff made our reservations for dinner and Flamenco without hesitation. The room was very "Euro" but roomy and clean. The hotel is located close to major attractions, dining and shopping. Everything was within walking distance and the neighborhood was pleasant. The only drawback to the hotel is that there is very limited parking to drop off your bags and the parking garage is 10 minutes away on foot. We got lucky and got a spot in the afternoon. We stayed for three night in this hotel and wish that we could have stayed longer. The staff was fantastic, and they spoke English very well, so no worries for those that only speak a limited amount of Spanish. The hotel was clean and pristine and very well maintained. The hotel was quiet and inviting with a modern feel. The reception attendees all spoke english well and were able to give us a map and directions to nearby attractions. There is a restaurant and convenience store just outside the hotel-which we gladly took advantage of. It's about a 5 - 10 min walk to some of the main attractions (Cathedral, Alcazar, […] Light Rail, etc). The rooms are furnished with laptops and free internet access. The biggest disappointment was that the room felt very muggy/humid. When you got into bed you could feel the sheets were muggy and sort of uncomfortable. I would assume this is because there is no good ventilation from the bathroom to the outside. This hotel was in a great location and the customer service was excellent. We found the "triple room" to be a little small and poorly laid out even by European Standards. The air conditioning was a bit inadequate, especially in the Sevilla heat. Do - Rent a car and take the two hour drive to Ronda and the "Pueblas Blancas". Well worth it and it gives […] a very different look at Spain. Don't - Take the Sevilla bus tour. By far the worst we've ever taken. Most of the time the bus sits at traffic lights with no commentary of any sort, since the sites are almost all in the pedestrian only zone - where they do not guide you. Wir waren sehr zufrieden in diesem Hotel. Tolle, moderne Zimmerausstattung, zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Die Außenzimmer sind teilweise sehr laut über einer Kneipe gelegen. Innenhofzimmer ok. Kleine spanische Betten! Frühstück sehr teuer. In den umliegenden Restaurants 2/3 preiswerter!

Idylliquement situé en quartier historique. Personnel agréable et compétant. Déco soignée. Nous avons pris le taxi depuis l’arrêt bus via l'aéroport (pas très cher et ultra pratique ds les dédales de ruelles) + les petits dej' (3 €) ds le bar du coin = super bon. Hotel a recommander chaleureusement.
