Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu tammi 29, 2013Hotelli oli yleisilmeeltään uusi ja siisti. Palvelu toimi ja mukavaa oli hintaan kuulunut runsas aamiainen sekä illallinen (ma-to). Autoa tarvitaan liikkumiseen, mutta niin tuntui olevan vähän kaikkialla. Stonebriar Mallin alue lähtee hotellin kulmalta, jos haluaa kävellä.

A heated outdoor splash pool with sun loungers and showers is located at the top of the hotel. Guests at the Grand Hyatt DFW also have 24-hour, card-key access to a fitness room containing treadmills, elliptical machines, and stationery bicycles, all with personal flat-screen TVs with headphones. A weight room includes circuit machines, free weights, and a high-definition TV. Locker rooms have steam rooms, and complimentary use of locks. Complimentary bottled water and towels are also provided.
Massage and body treatments may be scheduled Monday-Friday (hours vary) in treatment rooms located on the 9th-floor fitness level. Swedish relaxation, hot stone, deep tissue and reflexology foot massages are available as well as mud wraps. (Surcharges apply).
Bear Creek Golf Club, adjacent to the airport, has two 18-hole golf courses, a putting green, and a driving range. Lake Grapevine, 5.5 miles away, offers fishing, boating, waterskiing, biking, and hiking.

Overall property is very nice. The towels were a little thin and thread bear for the type of property. The bar food was very good and the wine excellent. My guests and I have all great things to say about our stay at the Grand Hyatt. The staff was always available, willing to help and fulfilling any request. The food was satisfying and it was more than we were able to eat. It was not totally sound proof but the slight bit of noise was not disruptive. "Great business hotel"
Comfortable room, view was great, great staff was up to the usual Hyatt standards. Food was enjoyable.Only negative was the shower floor was stained, it was clean though. Lovely lovely hotel especially if you are leaving from Terminal D where it is located. Top dining and food. Staff very very nice and if you are a guest and leaving from D they give you a card to go through the First Class baggage section with no hassles. When we arrived to the room there was not only a crib but also her own little toiletries (baby soap, baby lotion, & baby powder), two wash clothes, a sweet teddy bear, a bottle warmer, and a diaper genie. "Loved waking up and walking to the gate"
We were in Dallas for a football game at Cowboys Stadium. Easy drive to stadium and downtown area. Going through the toll station every time we left was a pain but not a big deal if you get your ticket validated, which we forgot twice at $7/each. Breakfast was delicious. Nice bar/lounge area with a limited menu. Coffee cafe opens at 4:30a. No "true" […] spa but offer spa services which was a good service for the price. Steam room was operational but nothing extravagant. Rooftop pool was small but well kept. Our favorite part was waking up 1 hour before departure, grabbing a coffee and walking to our gate (about 10 minutes). That was totally worth the inconvenience of the airport toll station.
