At Indy airport it is impossible to find a place where to order shuttle to the hotel and after waiting for close to half an hour I took a taxi to the hotel. Surprisingly the taxi-ride took quite a long time and cost was surprisingly high. When arriving at the hotel, the reception was very friendly and professional. Hotel doesn't have a bar, but they offered to take me to the nearest bar with hotel shuttle van. Breakfast was surprisingly good and the transportation back to the airport was very friendly. Nothing actual to complain, could recommend.

"Our weekend in Indianapolis."
Our family did not arrive at the hotel until approximately 8:45 p.m. We were tired from the long travel and just wanted to be pampered. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was an added bonus. I would definitely have a repeat stay at the Courtyard at Marriott. Whatever toiletries mistakingly left at home were in abundance […] at the front desk. "THe Hotel in Castleton in Indpls"
I think that breakfast on the weekends should be included in the price and I did not like my room outside of the ice machine. there were a lot of soccer girls staying there and they were up early both days getting ice at 6:30- very noisy. I will make sure I ask for a different room in the future.

I was very pleased with the overall experience of the hotel. The room had all the amenities I needed, and then some. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who has a particular travel partner, as I did. No smoking in the hotel is a plus, as it is nice to not have to deal with the smell. "Close to shopping & restaurants"
Very close to Castleton Mall and several restaurants in area also
this hotel is about 8 miles from the indiana state fairgrounds. there is everything around the hotel: shopping, gas, restuarants. very easy area to get around. the front desk staff was awesome!!! very friendly and helpful!!!

"Quiet location, clean room and hotel"
This hotel is on Allison Rd near shopping, restaurants and Interstate access. I was very pleased with the room, the hotel was quiet (except for 1 family on my floor who let their kids run up and down the hallway until midnight but that's not the hotel's fault). "management problem"
I noticed many children in the lobby when I checked in. There was a soccer tournament in the area. At 10pm I called the front desk to report children running up and down past my room and shouting. "Nice Staff"
From the pleasant woman at the front desk, to the polite housekeepers, one thing that made our stay better was the courteous staff. Also we were told our room would have a balcony and when we came to find it didnt, we were switched to another room in a matter of minutes.
