The room is great. However the service is far from 5 stars. I reserved a trip to Hoi An a night before. The front desk suggested me to be at the front desk around 9:45am, because the bus will leave around 10:00am. So I did. I got there at 9:45am and waited till 10:00am and couple buses came. So, I asked front desk staff member if those buses are for […] Hoi An. She said no, the bus will come a bit late and she said, she will tell me once the bus is arrived. So I waited till 10:20am after couple buses came and gone while waiting for her to call me in the waiting area. So, I came and asked her again with frustration after long waiting. She said the bus has arrived and left and surprised why I am still there, and ask me to take taxi instead. None of staffs apology and I ended up took taxi to Hoi An. Lisätietoja

Overall a pleasant hotel to stay. Facility is definitely showing it's age. The center pool is very overgrown with trees and rates low. The main pool is about average. Beautiful resort on Da Nang beach, with nice beach area and pool area. Food is excellent. Shuttle bus to Hoi An is a plus. Overall I would rate this hotel at least 9/10.

The food was excellent. The Head Chef provies some of the best food variety and flavour that I have ever encountered.The beach is amazing and facilites sufficient. The cost of the hotel and the services, food, drinks, etc was very reasonable.

This was a lovely hotel and I would definitely recommend it. The grounds and facilities were clean and very well maintained. Beautiful pools and well kept beach with great loungers and umbrellas. We did really like Furama very relaxing and the pools just magic especially for our two boys. 'However' there is one thing that I will warn travelers that choose to stay here. We where told that $500 was to be taken and held at the beginning of our stay here and would be re funded on leaving. When we did leave we where given our bill and charged accordingly […] which we paid in full and when we looked on-line over our bank statement that afternoon the refund was not given back so we ended up paying $500 more. So we contacted the hotel and was told to photograph our statement and forward it onto them for proof. Now we had only 3 days left in Vietnam and was taking a train to our next destination that night, we budgeted for our 2 weeks in Vietnam and that $500 was apart of that budget for the last days and return to Australia costs..taxis, accommodation, train tickets and more. The hotel was not helpful at all to make amends we had to change/cancel part of the remaining of our trip as we no longer have the funds. When we asked the on line Visa travel card at ANZ to help they said it happens all the time and that we need to wait 7 working days to give the hotel the opportunity to make the amends . Well to bad if you needed the money!!! we are still waiting ! So be aware and ask if they have refunded your money and to give you 'proof' right there, dont leave the hotel without it....... Lovely stay in Danang near the beach with every luxury you can imagine. The staff was hospitable and responsive. Our a/c was not working well at all when we arrived and the front desk immediately sent someone to take care of the issue. The concierge was helpful in getting us taxis and the restaurant staff was impeccable in every manner. Our only complaint […] is that the prices were about 5x higher than anywhere else we went and the bar service on the beach provided weak drinks that were quite costly, in comparison to what we had elsewhere. We chose this hotel for a couple of days with relaxation and basking in the sun while we did a trip in Vietnam, and I can't say I regret it. The staff was very nice and helpful, and gave us a lot of tips on where to go for eating/shopping/etc. Their english is also very good, mind you the pronounciation isn't the best, but at least they understand what […] you are asking them, and reply you in a correct manner. The rooms were very spatious and big, clean and with a comfort I've never experienced in a hotel before. The hotel is only a short drive away from the city centre, although I don't know why you would need to go there. The restaurants of the hotel is superb, and with a private beach, swimming pool and spa you hardly need to go outside. I also spent a day at Da Nang golf club, and the hotels made the arrangements needed for me. The staff at the golf course did also speak quite good english so I don't know if it was necessary, but at least the walk to the lobby is shorter than to the golf course. Lisätietoja

we were very happy with our stay at furama resort. would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a high class resort. personal touch from the new general manager Matthias added to the enjoyment. food is excellent and prices for food and drinks are reasonable. there is not a lot to do or see in Danang unless you are a golfer. Our 5th time here over multiple years and we always long for more days. Time just hasn't permitted it. The Furama has impeccable service; the staff is constantly working on the plants, grooming the beach, and cleaning. When I swim in the infinity pool, I feel so relaxed and my cares seem washed away. The buffet is delicious for breakfast or dinner. […] It is traditional decor with lots of wood and marble - art is everywhere - and the flower arrangements are stunning. Stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved the experience. The weather wasn't good as it was cold and raining for the first 3 days of our trip, but the awesome ocean studio suite king we stayed in made up for it as we could chill in our living room and on the balcony overlooking the beautiful sea. We were treated well the moment we arrived, with […] the guest service personnel promptly attending to our check in and even upgraded our room. On the last day where we were due to check out, the sun finally came out in all its glory. We requested for a late check out to enjoy the beautiful private beach and they did not hesitate to oblige despite it being a busy Saturday. Everyone from the pool attendants to the reception and restaurant personnel were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. We absolutely loved the private beach as it was clean, uncluttered and the view is stunning from the comfortable deck chairs they provide. The main swimming pool also gives an awesome view of the beach and sea. There is another pool called the Lagoon Pool which is situated in a beautiful forest setting but we found the water there to be a bit dirty. The hotel provides one shuttle service to Hoi An town at 10am and returning at 3pm every day, but we did not use the service as we wanted to go in the evening to enjoy the lanterns for which they are famous for. It would have been better if they offered multiple trips to Hoi An and also shuttle to Danang town as there is nothing much to do or see nearby. The support facilities in terms of recreational facilities are old and need upgrading. The gymnasium is old and very basic, the pools should be heated, the games room upgraded, and more recreational options during the Spring and Winter season. The restaurant and bar facilities are very good. The rooms excellent.

Great vacation wonderful staff and ambiance. The area is being heavily developed with larger hotel sprouting up along the beach. The Furama and a warm ambiance that many bigger hotels lack. The beach is beautiful and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous time and would recommend the hotel to all our friends.

Excellent service- staff could not be friendlier although sometimes language was "lost in translation". Massages were FANTASTIC !! Overall excellent but 1 note. if you don't like Chilli then watch the menu carefully. the chef says no, not in this dish but means yes sometimes, and the BBQ whilst good was not a typical aussie barbie. Furama , great resort but rather far from Hoi An,. They have a shuttle bus but only goes once per day and taxis were $15 each way. Fantastic breakfast.Food great but expensive. If you just want a beach stay then is a great resort.

If all you want is to kick back and laze by the pool or the beach without doing anything, then this is a great resort to do that. China beach is beautiful and clean. The only catch is you have SUPER-enthusiastic beach and pool guards that forbade you to go swimming in the seas at low tides, and they really, really take their jobs seriously. The hotel also provide sight-seeing day tours, we went to Hoi An one of the days, and its a pretty laid-back town, sort-of must-see if you are in Danang. Caution about food though if you are particular - and this is prevalent in Danang, don't expect international standard if you order international/western/asian (outside vietnamese) food in the hotel. We pretty much just slurp our way through the beef Pho in our 4 day-stay. Perfekt hotel til forkælelse og romantisk. Lækker strand og super lækre restauranter med rigtig god mad. Prisniveuaet højere end resten af Vietnam, men stadig billig iforhold til europæiske priser. Vi brugte hotellet til lidt strand ferie og luksus efter trekking i nord, og var helt perfekt. Massage på hotellet er dyrt, men masse af andre muligheder […] lidt oppe af gaden. 체크인시 예약 상황과 달리 체크아웃 날짜가 달라 당황했으나 곧 정정되어 다행스러웠다. 어디서 착오가 있었는지 확인할 수 없었지만, 예약 확인증을 가져가지 않았다면 문제가 될 수도 있겠다는 생각에 아찔했다. 리조트의 시설이나 환경은 매우 좋은 편이었으나, 식당의 질이나 맛, 운영 방침엔 문제가 있는 듯. 어지간한 맛이면 참고 먹는 스타일인데, 비싸게 주고 먹은 저녁 뷔페는 최악이었다. 게다가 아침 뷔페에서도 주는 물이나 쥬스가 제공되지 않고 추가 비용은 받는 것은 더욱 기분을 상하게 했다. 단품 메뉴라면 이해가 되겠지만 말이다.

全体に非常に質の高いサービスと設備で、満足しました。 一つ気になったのは、ラウンジを利用しようとしたところ、分煙がされておらず、葉巻をくゆらせているお客さんのため、ラウンジ全体が非常にタバコ臭く、とても子連れで中にいられない状態で、結局、肌寒い屋外席を利用することになってしまった点が残念でした。 また、メインダイニングをビュッフェで利用すると、価格がかなり高めだと思います（一人ワンドリンク付で800kVND程度）。また、メインダイニング以外は、イタリアンレストランがある程度のため、我々は2泊しかしませんでしたが、より長期宿泊する場合には、ホテル内での食事は、もう少し選択肢が欲しくなりそうな気がしました。ビュッフェの品数は、とても一回では食べきれないくらい豊富でしたが…

期待していた以上のホテルでした。初めてのベトナムで、初めての宿泊先がフラマリゾートでしたので、最高でした。１泊しかしなかったのが残念です。次回はもっと長期間の滞在を考えます。

규모는 큽니다.하지만 객실은 그리 깔끔한 편은 못됩니다. 얼핏 보면 정리정돈도 잘 되어 있고 깔끔해 보이지만 숨은 곳에 먼지 굉장히 많고, 시트나 베개 툭툭 치면 먼지가 폴폴. 시가지나 주요 관광지 셔틀 버스 운행 전혀 안하고 있고 조식도 메뉴는 많으나 마땅히 먹을 건 없다는...대신 숙소에서 조금만 걸어 나가면 바로 바닷가이고 적당한 파도 때문에 해수욕 즐기기엔 좋습니다. 휴양만이 목적이고 리조트 내에만 계신다면 그리 나쁘지 않겠지만 적당한 관광과 함께하는 여행이라면 비추입니다. 가격대비 별로입니다.

뜨거운 태양을 가려주는 Lagoon Pool에서의 오전 오후를 연결하는 시간,독서와 시원한 음료와 함께하는 망중한은 최고의 휴식을 제공하며 Beach 에서는 파도타기와 Beach side Pool에서 바라보는 석양까지 하루 종일 지루하지 않다. 마주치는 직원들의 편안한 미소도 휴가의 즐거움을 더하였다.

Ich war schon ein mal vor 10 Jahren plus im Furama und finde es nach wie vor super. Die Lage am Strand ist einzigartig, die gesamte Aufteilung der Anlage sehr schoen: irrer Garten im Innenbereich, Pool- und Strandservice sehr aufmerksam. Das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und es gibt natuerlich ein reichhaltiges Fruehstuecksbuffet. […] Mit dem Taxi ist man in ca 10 min in Danang, wo es mittlerweile ein gutes Angebot an Restaurants gibt. ビジネスでの利用だったが、合間の休日はプールとビーチでのんびりリゾートができた。 部屋にバスタブがなかったことが唯一残念な点だった。

今回リゾートゴルフが目的でフラマリゾートを選びました。ゴルフ場、空港ともに車で15分という好立地が決めてでした。ホテルの中には3つのレストランと1つのバーがあり、それぞれクラシックギターや生バンドの演奏が流れる中食事ができ、食事の味、雰囲気どちらも申し分なかったです。 また行く機会があれば利用したいと思います。

施設は年月が経っていたが綺麗にメンテナンスをしていて良いが、今回スパを利用してみたところ最悪だった。アジアのﾘｿﾞｰﾄで受けたマッサージと比べてとにかく下手でトレーニングがされていないと感じた。 食事はいまいちおいしくない。もう少しがんばってほしい。ベトナム料理でおいしいレストランを営業して欲しいです。三泊してこのレストランで全て食べるのはつらい。
