We stayed overnite at hotel. Hotel is older but clean. Bed was comfortable and linens were soft. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. It was in a perfect location. Surrounded by lots of restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to Front St. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was open long hours (until Midnight for adults) which I enjoyed both nights of my stay. They even offer movies to rent, although I wasn't in my room much so I didn't partake of anything other than regular television. […] The bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean. There are a series of fines for poor behavior by guests: noise after 11pm, unauthorized pets & damage to room. We encountered no problems with rowdy people. Breakfast was more than the basic fare. The room was clean and had a decent bed but the floor tile in the bathroom had one corner tilted up so you tripped if you weren't aware of the defect. We really enjoyed the Inn. It was close to town and walking distance. It was nice to go down to the lobby and play card games at the table's you have set up down there. We all thought it was real nice to have coffee and juices at are finger tip's when we wanted some. The rooms were very clean and had coffee maker, microwave and a little fridge. The […] hot tub and pool were great. The breakfast they serve was wondrful if you would go to a restraunt it would of cost you $10.00 to $15.00 it was very nice. We will bo going back. Bed was comfortable but noise level ( street,walkway,neighborhood and next door rooms )was disturbing. Room and restroom was clean but refridgerator and microwave was taking up closet space. A local TV Guide would have been nice. Because I was there on business, the 7am continental breakfast was too late for me to partake of.

The motel was fine, the room was clean and tidy. It did smell a bit like chlorine I was in the room next to the pool. Customer service was very polite and nice!

Hotel stay was very comfortable. It is showing it's age, but well maintained and the hot breakfast was super.

Location is perfect, just a block or two from the center of Leavenworth. We enjoyed being able to park and walk all over. The hotel sits on Hwy 2, which was a little noisy but not bad. Staff & service were great, breakfast had those extra touches that make it better than your typical continental breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, this hotel offered a good value and location. The weekend we stayed, the hotel was very booked, or at least seemed that way from all the cars parked in the parking lot. Great location to catch the buses to the Hog Loppet cross country ski event. The motel is noisy-easy to hear people walking above us. That being said, they have a strict no noise policy after 11. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are worn- looking but the bed was comfortable.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was very clean and newly updated. Clean is very important. Attention to phone, clock, heater cover would have made a difference. Updating of curtains and bedspreads along with fully clean would be a good focus. Overall, it was a good stay. Thank you. Breakfast room needed some attention.

The only thing was there was no parking. I had to walk thru snow about a block and a half.

The Fairbridge Inn is close enough to everything, is clean, but needs updating. It appears that most the hotels in Leavenworth need updating.

It was a good jump off point to see the Christmas lights at Leavenworth. Nothing fancy, breakfast was good. The road noise other reviews mentioned was never an issue with us, and we got a pretty good rate!

Decent hotel in a good location; not romatic or fancy just a basic hotel in a good location. Perfect spot for a quick get away! Also one of the few places that is dog friendly, the dog gives it two paws up because he was not stuck in the car overnight.

When we first checked in to the hotel we were given a room that wasn't clean. We went back to the office and were then given a different room, under the stairs (very loud). There was no hot water for showers in the morning and the room was very small and dark. On the plus side, breakfast wasn't terrible.

The hotel was adequate and the room was clean enough. Nothing spectacular, but nothing terrible either. An older design inside, but clean.

This hotel is located close to downtown Leavenworth. The room was dated. The linens were stained. The walls had stains. The pool was open but the Hot Tub was closed. The morning staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, and frankly lost this hotel my business permanently.

We have stayed here several times, both in season and off, and found the services amenable. This last trip we brought our dog,he had a good time as well, and was welcomed by the staff. Truly a pet owners haven.

The Fairbridge was what we had expected, it was basic as we stayed in a Queen room. Everything was clean and the location was at the S. end of town. We were able to walk to shopping, pubs, and wine tasting. Could use some updating, but not dissapointing.

Very Nice Hotel, I would stay there again.

I found the Inn to be nicer and quieter than I expected. The only things that I think could be improved upon would be the quality of the information the check in staff gave out. They were very busy, but the directions on how to find the elevators were inadequete to multiple guests (we eventually found them by milling around the building). My family and I enjoyed the location of Inn and were delighted with the delicious breakfast choices. Due to heavy snow, the parking spaces were limited and hard to locate.

Fairbridge Inn and Suites is an acceptable place to say. I wouldn't say that it is exceptional. However, the staff were friendly and helpful. We were also surprised by the quality of the free, full breakfast. The price seemed quite high, although I guess this is to be expected as Leavenworth is a holiday destination.

I don't spend much time in hotel rooms, I just sleep and shower in them. Therefore, the most important things for me are cleanliness and comfortable beds. Hotel did not disappoint me. Spent Christmas at Leavenworth. Very nice experience.

Convenient Location, easy walk to Village, Quiet even though our room faced the Highway. The Included Breakfast was Better than any other hotel/motel we have stayed at. We will definitely go back to this Motel.

We were having problems with our tv and DVD player and rather than the staff coming up and fixing it, they had us come down to the lobby and pick up the manual! My husband is very technologically savy and the dang thing was broken. We didn't get to enjoy the quite relaxed movie night we had planned. I booked a room for two for two nights a week before Christmas. I didn't expect an amazing experience, but I was still disappointed with what we received. Front desk staff carried on with their personal conversations even when I was standing at the front desk in plain view. It was lukewarm and could be used, but wasn't comfortable. When you pay for a room in the US generally the expectation is that there will be some hot water available. Great location close to all the cute shops in Leavenworth. Plenty of parking right in front of rooms in a lot that's easy to get in and out of. They really do put all their efforts into the hot breakfast in the morning, which was delicious and appreciated. The room was clean & exactly what I'd expect for the inexpensive price that I paid. On an average day I think I should have paid about 1/3rd of what I paid for this hotel. It is more of a motel, with rooms on the outside. It was noisy, cold and VERY small. Very nice room with a cozy gas fireplace. We would stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel for the first week in December so we could see the Christmas Tree Lighting. The first night we drove out to dinner which we quickly found out was 1 minute away. The rest of the weekend we walked which was good because parking was scarce due to the amount of people in town. Extremely clean rooms. Very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Very Pleasant and helpfull desk persons. Very good personalities and so helpful. Enjoyed my stay, and would come back.

If all you need is a basic hotel, this is it. It had the beds and bathroom, but being on Hwy 2 was loud. If you wanted to drown out the sound of traffic and possibly your neighbors, turn on the heat/air conditioner for the room, it will kill all other sounds. It wasn't until I went to the office again, he informed me to turn the handle up and looked at me like I was an idiot. When my family was getting ready for bed, the door kept sounding like it was trying to be opened. I looked out the peep hole and a younger guy was trying to get in. I informed him he had the wrong room. He said I have 331, let me in so we can compare. Of course, I was saying sorry, not going to do that, go to the office. He wouldn't let off. I called the office to let them know of the situation and all she had to say was "uh huh". My reply " You need to get up here and get this resolved." really big wolf spiders in the room and then they gave me another room smaller spider's still there the ceiling fan making noise and its getting run down, dirty, needs a way better maintenance persons, and updates, bad mattress also. wont stay there again
