Simpson Bay Resort & Marinan 342 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on pesukoneet/kuivausrummut ja tallelokerot. Ilmainen langaton nopea Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä.
Televisiossa on kaapelikanavat ja ilmaiset elokuvakanavat. Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, jossa on käsisuihku ja sadesuihkut. Kylpyhuoneissa on myös meikkaus-/parranajopeilit ja hiustenkuivaaja.
Kaikissa huoneistoissa on keittiö, jossa on liesituuletin, mikroaaltouuni, jääkaappi ja astianpesukone. Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat kahvin-/teenkeitin ja silitysrauta / -lauta. "Enjoyed my stay after a few kinks.."
My stay started off rocky due to being booked into a room different than what I booked. Once that was straight and the managers were very accommodating to resolve the issue then my stay was much better. The beach was nice but very crowded. The property is pretty big so there is a lot of walking but it helps you get your exercise. Activities were good […] and reasonable. I would stay again. Overall, enjoyed my stay. "Shame on Simpson Bay for what they tried to do!!!"
Front Desk tried to put us in a room that was in an area of refurbishment. Initial room was not even made up and smelled horrificly of chemicals. It took us almost two hours to check in because we would not accept the quality of our room or our location. The concierge finally intervened on our behalf. She got the property manager involved to get us […] into an acceptable room that looked like the room that we had reserved on Hotels.com. There is NO excuse for their front desk manager. "good overnight"
No problems. I'd stay again.
We checked in at 11 pm and was given an unmade room.we then had to return to front desk and wait to be rechecked into another room.... The hotel lobby is in need of an update the cream upholstered furniture is brown with dirt... overall a stressful one nighter.
Hotel is very spread out. No restaurant. Difficult to get to rooms. Hotel staff not service oriented.
"Simpson Bay OK"
We needed a one night room to tide us over until our timeshare was ready and Simpson Bay fit the bill. Our room wasn't ready when we got there, so we HAD to go spend some time on the beach! While the barbed wire surrounding our building made us feel safe it rather distracted from the view. "Good for one night"
The property is spread out and if you can not walk three long blocks uphill this is not the place for you. it is an old property and there is much need of repair the room was clean and in resionably good shape. If you are looking for a cheap one night stay it is fine but walking 3-6 blocks for everything would get old.

The brochure does not adequately match the actual resort. The room was in desperate need of updating. Was traveling alone and requested a room on the 2nd or 3rd floors, expressed my concern for safety etc., but was told that this was a safe place with 24 hr. security. My sliding glass door lock was broken and a piece of wood held the door shut. My ground […] floor view was a chainlink fence and razor wire with a slice of a view of the ocean if you look real hard. Frankly I was expecting so much more than this sad reality. The brochure is very misleading. Hotel staff acted as if it was a huge inconvenience whenever I had any questions regarding activities or hotel policies. The concierge was terribly rude. I inquired as to why I was unable to connect with the internet from my room as was advertised and she informed me that my room must be too far for the signal to reach. They offered no solution for me so I had to bring my laptop all the way down the hill to the building where the lobby was located to do some work. I had hoped to take care of in the privacy of my room. In all, this property and its staff was a huge letdown. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are a timeshare owner. The room I had (in the C3 row) was very nice (if you don't like lots of steps [I counted 22] ask for a room at car parking level). It had a well appointed full kitchen. The bathroom was fine. "okey for the price"
a fairly standard huge hotel complex lots of difrent pools even for small kids. parking spots inside the complex whith patroling guards. cooking posibilitys in the rooms good AC looby whith rely good view whith a bar. and car rental att the hotel. several bars arund the difrent pools. can go a week whith out the need for leaving the hotel area.

Our room was clean and we paid an excellent price! The room was a bit outdated, but we would definately stay there again. Loved how we got to rent a kayak for free everyday!

Très bon hotel, même en période creuse (septembre) le personnel est aux petits soins, piscine géniale avec un bar intégré (le rêve!), vue imprenable sur Simpson Bay, chambre impecable. Une seule chose à reprocher, le ménage fait seulement une fois dans la semaine, mais c'est le seul point négatif.
