Sijainti.
Tämä Old Town -osassa kaupunkia Tallinna sijaitseva Merchants House Hotel on lähellä kohteita Tallinnan kaupungintalo, Tallinnan tuomiokirkko ja Aleksanterin Nevskin katedraali.Lähistöllä ovat myös Kaupungintalon aukio ja Pyhän Nikolauksen kirkko.
Hotellin palvelut.
Majoitusliikkeen (kylpylä hotelli) ravintolapalveluihin kuuluvat ravintola, kahvila ja baari / aulabaari. Vieraille on tarjolla ilmainen aamiainen. Tämän 4-tähden majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja kokoushuone. Lisämaksusta vierailla on käytettävissään lentokenttäkuljetus - menopaluu. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: matkajärjestelyt/lippupalvelu, hääpalvelut, limusiinipalvelu ja kiertuepalvelut. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: kattoterassi, kylpyläpalvelut ja sauna.

Majoitusliikkeen Merchants House Hotel ilmastoitujen huoneiden palveluihin kuuluvat minibaari ja tallelokerot. Vierashuoneissa on kaupunki, puutarha tai piha-alue. Huoneissa on taulutelevisio , joissa on kaapelikanavat, TV-Internet-yhteys (sisältyy hintaan) ja maksulliset elokuvat. Huoneissa on ilmainen sanomalehti ja suoravalintapuhelimet.Vieraat voivat käyttää huoneissa ilmaista langatonta ja nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. Jokaisessa huoneessa on yksilöllinen sisustus.Kylpyhuoneissa on kylpytakit, meikkaus-/parranajopeilit, hiustenkuivaaja ja tohvelit. Lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluvat hieronnat huoneessa, silitysrauta / -lauta ja allergiatestatut vuoteet. Tarjolla on siivouspalveluita: päivittäin. -huoneeseemme tultiin suoraan sisäpihalta,kodikas ympäristö -huone ehkä vähän ahdas -puuttui jäähdytys,kesäkuumalla se on tarpeen -väritys harmooninen,trendisisustus! -wc:ssä jatkuva ilmastointilaitteesta tuleva meteli, (yöllä ei voi sytyttää valoa,kone käynnistyy heti) -muuten loistojuttu! -suosittelen

Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen. Yleisilme oli siisti ja viehättävä. Olimme varanneet 2 huonetta.Huoneet olivat siistit ja tilavat, vaika kokolattiamatto ei suosikkeihin kuulukaan. Kummassakaan ei ilmastointi toiminut moitteetta, toisessa ei toiminut lainkaan, mutta hurisi kuuluvasti, mikä häiritsi erityisesti yöaikaan. Toisessa oli kylmä, se kyllä […] saatiin korjattua. "Erinomainen ja persoonallinen hotelli!"
Yövyimme mieheni kanssa Merchants House Hotellissa ja olimme iloisesti yllättyneitä, kun saimme käyttöömme saunallisen sviitin! Huone oli tilava ja siisti ja sänky mukava. Kylppärissä oli saunan lisäksi tilava kylpyamme ja ihania suihku- ja kylpytuotteita. Huoneemme sijaitsi sisäpihan suuntaan ja oli oikein rauhallinen.Henkilökunnan palvelu oli erinomaista […] ja ripeää. Aamupala oli herkullinen ja tarjoiltiin tunnelmallisessa kellaritilassa. "Tasokas hotelli!"
Hotelli oli todella siisti ja palvelu ystävällistä. Hotelli on kunnostettu vanhaa kunnioittaen, joten kaikki huoneet ovat hieman erilaisia. Hääpäivämme kunniaksi sängylle oli tehty ruusun terälehdistä sydän. Aamupala oli runsas ja hyvä, ei ruuhkaa ja tunnelma hotellissa muutenkin rauhallinen ja sijainti erinomainen. Meille tarjottiin ensin pihan puolella sijaitsevaa huonetta (mikä on ihan hyvä), mutta joka oli pihatason alapuolella (portaat alaspäin) ja jossa EI OLLUT IKKUNAA. Huone oli tukahduttavan kuuma ja ainoa mahdolisuus tuuletukseen olisi ollut pitää huoneen ovea yöllä auki. Hienosti yhdistetty, vanhaa ja uutta, todella tunnelmallinen hotelli, jossa mahtavia yksityiskohtia. Pieni miinus, meidän huoneessamme ei ollut ammetta, mutta sauna kuului huonehintaan. "Lovely hotel in old town"
The hotel was truly a positive experience, Compared to the big chains. Excellent location. But if you intend to use the spa services, triple-check your reservation. Even after confirming the advance booking at the front desk, my friend was turned back at the spa door due to not having a booking there!

Top5 hotel in Tallinn, excellent location and nice, unique building. Breakfast ok with a nice music. Desk personnel very helpful. Do try the sauna, it is pretty new and you can get it also for private use. However, it is impossible to heat more than 65 degrees (note: remember Finnish users who like at least 80 degrees). Hotelli on vanhassa talossa ja on tosi sokkeloinen ja paljon rappusia: lapset tykkää ja vanhukset ehkä ei :) Sijainti on loistava aivan Tallinnan kuuluisan joulutorin vieressä. Saunaosaston sai varata ilman eri veloitusta - siitä plussaa! Saunasta pari pientä miinusta: siellä ei ollut WC:tä eikä pullonavaajaa, piti siis rampata huoneessa välillä :(

Hotellihuoneessa oli neljä ongelmaa - liian kuuma tai liian kylmä (erityisesti kh) - sänky oli ala-arvoinen - melu käytävästä, kun porukka palasi yöllä - huone oli aika pieni

Hotelli oli todella viehättävä ja persoonallinen. Sijainti mitä loistavin. Tunnelma rauhallinen ja henkilökunta äärettömän ystävällistä. Voin suositella lämpimästi.
"Mukava hotelli keskellä Tallinnan vanhaa kaupunkia"
Merchants House Hotel oli mukava Boutique tyylinen meille uusi hotellituttavuus Tallinnan vanhan kaupungin sydämessä, vain kivenheitonpäässä Raatihuoneentorilta. Sijainti oli todella mukava, ympäristön ainoa haittatekijä oli vastapäätä oleva Oluttupa, josta aiheutui hiukan melua lauantaiyönä. Huoneemme oli kadulle päin - sisäpihalle päin olevissa huoneissa […] tätä pientä meluhaittaa tuskin on. Ihastuimme hotellihuoneen kokoon ja sisustukseen, joka hieman itämaistyylisine puukoristeineen ja lautalattioineen sopi hyvin ympäristöönsä. Meillä oli käytössä iso tassujalkainen kylpyamme ja se toi ripauksen luxusta lomaan. Kylpyhuone oli tosin vain sermillä erotettu muusta huoneesta, mikä vaati aluksi hieman totuttelua. Hotellin tarjoamat palvelut ovat ihan hyvää tasoa varsinkin hotellin kokoon nähden. Hoitopalveluita voi tilata receptionista ja muutenkin henkilökunta oli auttavaista ja asiantuntevaa. Olimme matkalla mieheni ja tyttäremme kanssa ja hotelli toimi perheellekin ihan hyvin. Parhaiten oikeuksiinsa se pääsee varmasti kuitenkin romanttisella lomalla - puitteet ovat sellaiseen otolliset. "Great value and location, superior service"
We stayed at Merchants House Hotel for one night in May 2010. The hotel has a quirky touch as it is built in an old house in a very stylish way. The room was fantastic, clean and decorated with a personal touch. The location could not be better: right next to Townhall Square (Raekoja Plats). A fairly nice hotel just in the middle of old town. Very tasteful room, with old and modern mixed with style. However, our minibar did not work and hotell staff could not change it into working one. very nice hotel right in the heart of Old Town. Modern design was interesting in the old building setting. Room was spacious, bed was large and very comfortable. Clawfoot bathtub in room was nice, but no shower. Access to a very nice sauna, which can be reserved for private use. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel and its premises were nice. Clean, lovely bathroom and great courtyard. Sauna area a bit strange. Quality of service, well as we experienced everywhere in Tallinn, it is not a high priority to Estonians.. So we tried not to take it personally. Everything about the hotel is great. I stayed at 2 different rooms and they are all great. The location is perfect; right in the center of Old Town, and the staff is amazing with great advice in particular about the best restaurants to visit. The only negative is the stairs. Great location that is 1/2 block from the Old Towne Square and wonderful breakfast. Rooms could use an upgrade since they are very tired and a bit dreary, but this is offset by the location in the certer of the Old Towne and the charm of the area. "excelent location"
Very nice and cute hotel with excellent location right in downtown only a few steps from town hall. Only thing you should note is there in no elevator, but hotel staff is always willingly to give a hand. We enjoyed it so much.

We stayed at the Merchants House for 2 separate nights in August. The rooms were large and clean, the old town location was perfect, and the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The only downside was that each night, the air conditioning didn;t work in the room in which our daughters stayed. (The AC was fine in our room). My wife was a little sceptical about travelling to Tallinn but this hotel eased her mind about the town. It is in a great location with nice modern decore in an old town building. Situated in the old part of town surrounded by simular buildings, a really good location. Large rooms with adequate furnishings and those essential extras. One or two items slightly jaded but overhaul nothing serious. The reception staff were always very helpful with nothing too much trouble for them. Would go again.

Very nice boutique hotel. The bathroom of my room was a bit small and didn't have so much space to lay my stuff on the basin. Breakfast is really good even though there is a small selection of food. Maybe a bit over-priced for what offers and considering it is in Tallinn.

"Perfect Hotel for Estonia Travel"
We stayed at the Merchants House Hotel July 2009 for our trip in Estonia. This hotel/area was one the highlights of our Scandinavian vacation. Positives: The location is so close to the central square in the old town that it takes 30 seconds to get there. The hotel room was very large for European standards, the bed was also large and comfortable, […] and there was a nice flat screen TV with tons of channels. There was also free wired Internet in the room, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. The room had a great air conditioning system, and the staff was friendly. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Bett komfortabel und bequem. Das Bad verfügt über eine moderne große Badewanne. Leider haben die Zimmermädchen eher schlampig geputzt. Spinnweben an der Decke nur als Beispiel. Unser Zimmer hatte beim Bett ein Fenster, was prinzipiell von Vorteil ist, wäre da nicht vor dem Fenster die Treppe zum Nachbarzimmer. "Hôtel conforme à notre attente"
L'hôtel se compose de deux parties distinctes : les salles communes dans un bâtiment classé monument historique et les chambres dans un bâtiment relativement récent construit dans la cour arrière. Pour l'instant, d'importants travaux devraient permettre d'augmenter considérablement le nombre de chambres. Ils devraient se prolonger jusqu'à fin 2012 dans […] un immeuble annexe qui donne sur la même cour, il vaut mieux le savoir avant.
