Loistava sijainti, edullisia ravintoloita paljon lähellä. n 400 metriä metroon. Iso huoneisto, jossa erittäin hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Hinta/laatusuhde erinomainen.

Hotellin sijainti on varsin sopiva automatkailijalle.Jatkoyhteydet Pariisiin ovat erittäin hyvät. Lähellä on Versaillesin linna mahtavine puistoineen.Erikoisen maininnan ansaitsee henkilökunnan miellyttävä palveluhenkisyys. Huoneet ovat pienehköt,mutta siistit. Erikseen hankittava aamiainen oli ranskalaiseksi aamiaiseksi todella hyvä.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.

Huone oli nuhjuinen ja tupakoimattomien huone haisi voimakkaasti vanhalle tupakalle. Ala-aula oli uusittu,mutta käytävät ja hissit olivat huonossa kunnossa. Hyvä metroyhteys keskustaan, mutta ympäristö oli epämääräistä.

Hyvä hotelli hintaan suhteutettuna! Sijainti ei mainioin, mutta lähellä metroasemaa - ja metrolla pääsee kuitenkin minne vain. Kaikkien käytettävissä oleva tietokone + internet ei toiminut ainakaan meidän oleskeluaikanamme. Palvelu sujui englanniksi ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä yhtä työntekijää lukuun ottamatta.

Edullinen hotelli, jossa pienet huoneet, mutta riippuen siitä minkä huoneen saa erot suuret. Osa huoneista tilavampia ja mm. vedenkeitin, mutta osassa ei. Hintaansa nähden hyvä valinta joka tapauksessa. Metroaseman ja Pariisin suurimman kirpputorin lähellä.

Hotelli on keskeisella paikalla vain 4-5 metroaseman päässä Gare du Nord and Gare de Est asemilta. Lähistöllä on kauppoja, ravintoloita ja leipomo. Aula on pieni, mutta siisti. Huone oli kulunut. Kokolattiamatto olisi kaivannut välitömän vaihtamisen. Huone oli huonosti siivottu. Kylpyhuone pieni mutta puhtaampi. Kyseessä on todella budjettihotelli, […] joka tarjoaa minimin yöpymiseen. "Tavalliselle pulliaiselle"
Hyvä hotelli sellaiselle ihmiselle, joka käy huoneessa vain nukkumassa eikä tarvitse luksusmajoitusta! Kylppäri oli siisti, mitä nyt lattiatasossa seinässä oli reikä josta näkyi putkia. Esteettinen haitta lähinnä. Metro oli vieressä hyvän yhteyden varrella, josta oli helppo vaihtaa metroa toiseen. Ympäristö oli ok, hieman gettomaista. Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla vain 50m metrosta. Huoneet siivottiin päivittäin (myös pyyhkeet vaihdettiin). Hintaansa nähden löytö. Ainoa huono puoli oli huoneen ja kylpyhuoneen pieni koko.

"Get what you pay for..."
I've read about Paris hotels so I wasn't surprised, however, I wasn't happy either. My room had paint pealing off the ceiling the bathroom, a stain on my all white comforter, and a booger on the wall near the bed. I guess a previous guest was too lazy to get up and get tissue. "DO NOT STAY AT THIE HOTEL!!!!"
I am not one of those people that needs the moon and stars when I'm traveling, especially from a hotel. For the most part we dont spend much time in our hotel when we're traveling. So this is coming from a person who only needs the bare minimal. Do Not Stay In This Hotel. To begin, the hotel service didn't clean my room one day. Imagine coming back […] from viewing the most beautiful things that Paris has to offer, to a room that has not been cleaned at all.. Now I do want to mention that when they do clean your rooms, and I use that term loosely, it's far from what should be done. After a few days I started to become convinced that they didn't change your towels, that they just refolded them and hung them up. Now for a person staying here for 10 days that is not appropriate. So I did a little test that let me know afterwards that they were not changing the towels daily. Secondly, They were slacking so bad that they allowed me to run out of toliet paper. Yes! That's exactly what I want to do, go downstairs to the front desk and have to request more toliet paper. Then upon checking out the guy at the desk had no idea what he was doing. I handed over my key expecting to be able to head out as I paid fully in advance. He tells me he's not sure whether or not I've paid. You have got to be kidding me! Not even going to go on a tangent about how tiny the rooms were. Now I get it, in Europe they just do things a little smaller then we do over here in the States, and I can handle that. But this room, was the smallest thing I've ever seen. Literally you can't move the desk chair because it pushes up against the bed. The bathroom door doesn't fully open because it hits the night stand. Oh and their wanna be view, really? No matter which room you stay in you do not get some amazing view that they try and sell in their hotel description. "Quality - Price was perfect"
We were looking an easy accessible hotel by car. Hotel Iliade Paris has a parking garage nearby. For 26 € we could park our big stationwagon for 24h. Besides that, it was only a 20 min walk to the Sacre Coeur! Our room looked overall very neat and clean. The bedlinen felt wonderfull and was supercrisp and clean. We had an ambilight tv in our room. The […] only minor points were some undiscribable spots in the carpet (but they were in the corner of the room) and the supersmall elevator to the 7th floor (but honestly, I found it rather cute). When we asked, she found us another room as soon as one opened up (with the heat this summer, we had to open the window and the street noise was a bit much). "Bad Neighborhood"
My mother and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Although the quality was somewhat decent in comparison to the price, the neighborhood the hotel resides in is horrible. It's a very bad area of the city and I felt very uncomfortable and almost scared for my life. It reminded me of North St. Louis. We chose this hotel for the convenience of the metro and easy access to public transportation. The metro is just down the street, but had I known what type of area we would be staying in, I would not have booked. As far as the hotel itself, the staff were very friendly and were willing to answer any of our questions. There is no wifi at the hotel, so you have to use the wifi from the McDonald's down the street, however, I was too afraid of the area to stay out anytime past dark. There is a bar/club directly across the hotel and late at night there's music blaring and people shouting and hollering, so sleeping was an issue at times. The hotel itself was clean, as well as our room, however they were very small. There was no air conditioning, so we had the fan running every night but it still did not cool us down very much. The elevator says it can fit 3 people, but with luggage, it only fits 1. It is a very tight squeeze. Breakfast is not included and we never chose to stay for it, so I cannot comment on the food. "Hotel Iliade- Things are not what they seem"
My boyfriend and I are young budget travelers and we were looking for modest accomodations for our stay in Paris. The Hotel Iliade's rooms look nothing like the staged pictures presented. Our room had dirty walls, dirty carpets, and no comforters on the beds like the pictures show. It was nothing like we expected and even on our tight budget we decided […] we were not comfortable sleeping there that night and ran to the nearest 4 star hotel with vacancies. The hotel is the last stop on its line on the Paris Metro and about a 20+ min train ride from the main attractions in Paris. Previous posts about the neighborhood are correct and I am postive as tourists we would not have been comfortable walking back at night. "Finally... a cheap hotel in Paris!"
As others have said, this hotel is a great choice for budget travellers. The room is fairly small, but was clean and tidy. Again, ensuite was small, but functional and clean. All in all, I would totally recommend this hotel if you want to save a bit of cash to spend on doing fun things in Paris, rather than blowing most of your budget on a pricey inner city hotel! "Not Pleasent"
I believe the satff are only positive point in this hotel. Not a pleasent stay at all. "Comfortable and Clean"
The hotel is in an interesting area. Some would say not where they would like to be. I found it a very interesting area, lots of different nationalities, around the corner from the Metro which is great. A few stations to wherever you need to go in Paris, easy to change direction on the Metro to go to all the sight seeing areas. Staff is friendly and they will assist you in every matter. Hotel is close to the station but it takes 30 - 45 minutes to get to the sites That is the only positive about this hotel. The selling point of this hotel isn't its amenities. What you do get is a clean room with a private bath, a friendly and helpful staff and a metro station that is practically right outside your door. This is the Cligancourt neighborhood which strictly speaking into Montmarte, but I jogged to the Sacre Coeur almost every morning and it only took might […] about 15mins. If you're looking for a glitzy lobby and a doorman, this isn't the hotel for you. But if you're in Paris to see the city, not the inside of your hotel, this is a decent place for a good price. "Covers the basics"
You will have a clean bed to sleep in, in a hotel steps away from a subway station. It covers all the essentials but it is an average hotel. The walls are paper thin, the air in my bedroom had me coughing a few times and the "free internet in public areas" is not working. I got what I paid for without horror stories. Nothing special.

Hotel staff is friendly and location is convenient, but the hotel needs maintenance and neighborhood can be somewhat rough for some people. If you're on a budget and have no problem with a lively and very diverse neighborhood, this hotel is more than OK.
