The rooms were not very clean carpet and floors very dirty, the remote in our master room didnt work wasn't the batteries, the mattress was very uncomfortable This was room 306, the 2nd room i had was ok other than the carpet was very wet from someone getting sick on the floor.
"A Good Vacation Spot"
I had problems getting the late arrival lockbox open, but once in the rooms I was pleased. The looks of the building is okay, but I was very happy with the inside. The rooms made up for the outward appearance. I got a 2/2 condo that was absolutely spotless. The view was delightful. The County pier is approximately 1/2 mile away and the City pier (shops) […] is about 5 miles away. The hotel personnel were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I came in the "off season" so a lot of the touristy shops along the beach were closed until spring and the beach was empty (which is what I wanted). Be prepared - there are 3 levels of parking above the lobby area. So if you're on the 7th floor - you're actually on the 11th. There are only 2 elevators, and they're a little slow Lisätietoja
"Good deal"
This place had all we needed--although it was not a 5 star setup (the price reflects that). I would stay here again--good for a larger group. Second bedroom is pretty small--but it is still a killer deal.
"Disgusting Experience"
This hotel, while offering a reasonable location and facility lacks in almost all regards as to maintenance and cleanliness. The rooms (we were in two) were filthy. Carpets were beyond disgusting, light bulbs missing, dust coated furniture, towels and bedding appeared to have been refolded and reused... not cleaned. Airconditioning in one room not functioning […] at all and required maintenance while we were present. Overall this hotel is to be avoided by anyone desiring even a modicum of cleanliness. Room was larger than expected. Master bed was lumpy and one of the two elevators was out at checkout but no other issues. Very pleased and looking forward to next summer there. Hopefully get same room. Great location. Parking not an issue. Kitchen well supplied with cookware and dishes. Bring beach towels if you don't want to use the few towels provided. […] Close to Walmart if you forget something. Bring chairs to avoid paying rentals on chairs. Can be up to $25/per day. My father-in-law and his wife stayed a few nights. Plenty of room for my family of 5 and them. While in Panama City, we visited Wonderworks. My kids 9,7,& 3 all loved it. Hubby too. Worth the money! Lisätietoja

We enjoyed staying in the condo right on the beach. Pool was nice and room was very clean. Loved having a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in the room. Beds could have been more comfortable. And late check-in is a bit of a hassle. Those would be my only comlaints. It was very easy to find using mapquest.

Pro: Everything was great. The rent was less which means we didn't pay for a lot of fancy entrances and extravagances we would never use. Great hotel for the price. Everything was clean and the hotel was in good repair. Our first stay in a condo but we were very pleased. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend. Great central location too! Great view of the beach. Room was very nice. Able to park there at condo without having to park across street etc. Convenient to restaurants & shopping.
