This is a good older style hotel. It has a beautiful setting overlooking the sea in nice grounds. The rooms are lovely and well presented. The staff are friendly and attentive. It is also […] a long walk to find anywhere else to eat. In the winter it is impossible as everywehere is closed, so be prepared to pay 60 euros for a meal with no wine. Great Welcome. Warm reception and a cool drink upon arrival at the front desk. We did not get the room were reserved at first. After three attempts, my wife was able to convince the front desk to honor our pre-paid reservation. Once we settled into our room, our vacation started. The views from our patio were priceless. Dining was a plus, the food was excellent, but be careful, a local bottle of wine will cost you 25 Euro at your table while only 2 Euro for the same bottle at the store two blocks away. Breakfast Buffet was very good. Fresh food and a good selection for any diet. We are planning our next return. We loved the hotel and location. I spent a very nice weekend in a very nice hotel. Nice staff , nice rooms, beautiful privet beaches and big swimming pools. Breakfast first class too.

El hotel está dividido en 2 edificios más luego los apartamentos y suites. Las habitaciones dobles son viejas, con mobiliario anticuado. Limpieza correcta. El Wifi funciona bastante mal. El desayuno bastante bien. Las calas privadas un poco pequeñas y de piedras, aunque el agua cristalina invita a bañarte y sí que son bonitas. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon zum Meer. Im Hoteleigenen Park gab es genügend Möglichkeiten, sich mit einem Liegestuhl unter den Pinienbäumen einzurichten. Die beiden Badebuchten waren gut zugänglich und nicht überlaufen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sensationell, die Snackbar für die Verpflegung zwischendurch gut. Estuve en el hotel 5 dias y realmente me gustaría volver el año que viene por lo bien que atienden y la mantencion del hotel Es un placer estar ahi. La comida es perfecta y abundante . Wir fahren im immer wieder gerne hierher. Publikumsmix, Lage, Anlage, Belegschaft, Preis Leistung alles tiptop, eine Oase der Ruhe an bester Lage. einzige schwachstelle: Die Betten (Ikea Qualität), Zimmer sind generell etwas hellhoerig

Stayed in this hotel before and unfortunately I could see a drop in quality and value for money since last time. Last night we woke up as our on top neighbor choose to walk around all night in hard shoes and shuffling furniture. I went down to the reception and asked them to deal with it. They said they would, but the crackopot neighbor kept on walking around in hard shoes. The "Superior" room we stayed in was quite worn down and in need of renovation. Wir buchten das Hotel bei Hotel.com zu einen günstige Preis- Übernachtung mit Frühstück. Und hatte eine Zimmer mit Meer-Blick , wünderschön aber die Betten waren nicht so ideal. Die Matraten rutschten ständig auseinander. Sonst war alles anderes OK. Empfehlung:Mietwagen ist eine große Erleichterung

Das Hotel H10 Punta Negra wäre eigentlich sehr empfehlenswert. Leider sind folgende, schwere, für ein 4-Stern-Haus nicht akzeptable Zustände zu bemängeln: • Pool-Restaurant mit „kleiner“ Küche absolut unflexibel (wie ein ungekochtes Spagetti). Bei Regenwetter durfte man nicht auf den Speisesaal ausweichen, obwohl pro Person für ein Sandwich und 2 Glas […] Wein fast 30€ (!) verlangt werden. Wir mussten unser Essen zusammengekrümmt auf einem Sofa und einem A3 grossen, 30 cm hohen Beistelltischchen einnehmen. • Tages-Küche eher sehr schwach • Miese Bedienung: 5 Personen standen, schwatzend hinter dem Tresen. Man wurde gefl. übersehen. • Obwohl der spanischen Sprache sehr gut mächtig, wurde erst nach 5-maliger, massiver Reklamation, am Abend vor der Abreise der von Anfang an kaputte Kühlschrank durch ein uraltes, lautes Modell ausgewechselt. • Keine Heizung im Zimmer – Nachttemperaturen waren um 8°C. • Schimmel im Bad und Waschtisch nicht gereinigt • Relativ ringhöhrig. • Rasen wurde kurz vor 8 Uhr Morgens gemäht. Umgekehrt muss man die Vorteile sehen: • Spitzenmässiges Frühstück mit allem, was man sich vorstellen kann; inkl. Lachs, Cava (spanischer Champagner), viele Käsesorten, div. Brote, Marmelade, Feigen, Früchte etc. • Wunderschön gelegen mit eigener Halbinsel, mit 2 gut begehbaren, schönen Stränden. • 2 Swimmingpools • Kleines Hallenbad • Sehr schöne Parkanlage Wäre ein wunderbares Hotel, wenn obige Punkte, sowie schlampige Bedienung nicht gewesen wären. Hier sollte die Geschäftsleitung mal gründlich kontrollieren. Meine Beurteilung wäre dann positiver ausgefallen. Dieses Mail habe ich auch direkt dem Hotel zukommen lassen. Lisätietoja

Wir haben nur drei Tage im Punta Negra verbracht und fühlten uns dort äußerst wohl. Trotz Hauptsaison fand man im Park immer ein Plätzchen und eine Liege. Morgens gehörte uns die Bucht zum Schwimmen fast alleine und der abendliche Spaziergang zum Essen war eine willkommene Abwechslung. Wir haben im Hotel nur das Frühstücksbüffet genossen. das lässt […] wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Ansonsten ist die Lage perfekt, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Einsam auf der Landzunge mit Bushaltestelle direkt davor an der Straße. Etwas störend wirkten die Partyboote, die gegen Abend in der Bucht für 1-2 Stunden ankerten. Endroit magnifique et calme avec un jardin superbe de cactus! Hôtel idéal pour se reposer et se refaire une santé!
