AC Hotel Coslada Aeropuerto by Marriott - Madrid

This hotel is fine if you just want a night stopover. They have long term parking. There are no nearby bars or restaurants and the restaurant and room service is surprisingly rigid and inflexible. The rooms are good and tastful and the beds are comfortable.

The hotel is located far from the downtown. At the time of reservation, I was informed that the shuttle will pick me up from Airport. After waiting for an hour at the airport, I called hotel, the clerk informed me that the shuttle is not available on weekend. I was quite surprised that Holiday Inn and Best Western provided the shuttle every half hour […] but Marriott did not. This was not clearly communicated by the hotels.com reservation staff to me. After spending 20 euros, I reached the hotel. I wanted to discuss with the hotel manager to my surprise he was not available on weekend The downtown was far away and was reached by train after walking 20 minutes in an isolated industrial area. I did not feel safe at night. I spend 30 euros for a taxi ride back to hotel. There are no restaurant outside the hotel. The menu for the hotel guest was quite limited Lisätietoja

I stayed at this hotel in Sept 2011. I had a overnight layover in Madrid and needed a place to stay. I chose this hotel becasue of it's proximity to the airport. After booking I realized that not only did it not have an airport shuttle service but it was also not close to any train/metro stations which leaves taxi as the only method of getting there […] (~25 euro each way). The hotel is located in an industrial district. So keep in mind there are no markets or restaurants close by. The hotel does have a restaurant and the food was delicious (if a little pricey). This hotel is fairly convenient to Madrid Airport and offers long term parking. The rooms are good and comfortable. Where they fall down is on service. On my first day I walked into the restaurant at 2 minutes to 1 o'clock and got shooed out! Too early! On my second night I tried to get a glass of wine at midnight, like "no way". Apparently two people […] are being paid to sit and wait for room service but despite haveing the capacity and capability to bring a glass of wine to a room to relieve their boredom choose to refuse on the basis it is not on the menu. So is this a non-profit making organisation??? Someone badley needs to educate the staff on the subject of customer service. Lisätietoja

Good modern hotel, close to airport. A little hard to find. Does long term parking. I thought the food and wine a touch expensive, good though.

Hotel was exactly what I was looking for and extremely well priced. For a reasonable rate, I got a hotel near the airport for a one-night stay. Everything in the hotel was clean and new, in very good shape. Bed was relatively comfortable with reading lights. Shower had good pressure and was large. Flat screen TV was smaller than you find in the US, […] but better than most I have experienced in Europe. Free minibar included with the room. It had a few sodas, bottles of water and juices. No food, but it was free so I'm not complaining! Room service was very quick and inexpensive. Not 5-star food, but for the price was very tasty. Free wifi in the lobby area (with fast connection speed). Was perfect for using skype / viewing websites. Complimentary shuttle to the hotel the next morning that left on-time (as soon as I came downstairs and was ready to go). The only drawback that I could find was that, when I called the front desk to ask for a power-converter, they were all out (said they usually have them but all were being used). No big deal though... Great location for the airport but better have a car if your visiting madrid

no es posible que siendo un hotel que se encuentra cerca del aeropuerto no tenga servicio de shuttle al aeropuerto y viceversa, por eso uno escoje estos hoteles y resulta que ni en fin de semana ni dias festivos hay este servicio, ni en las noches

Läget är katastrofalt mitt i ett industriområde utan gångavstånd till restauranger mm. Men för en övernattning (gratis buss mån-fre till och från flygplatsen) och ca 3 km till flygplasten är det perfekt för en övernattning i väntan på ny flygresa. Hotellet var jättefint och fräscht och väldigt rent. För drygt 500 sek för tre personer är det billigt […] och hade detta fina hotell legat i ett bättre område hade det säkert varit dubbelt så dyrt. Estancia circunstancial de solo un dia, sin tiempo de probar comedor u otros servicios pero valoración muy positiva por el decoro y comodidad de la habitación. Hotel recomendable por acontecimientos cercanos a él, pronta accesibilidad a la red de carreteras y estratégico para desmarcarte con un rollete. Saludos.

es un hotel que siempre no ha encantado por sus comodisimas habitaciones, volveremos pronto.

Buenos dias Mi queja o desacuerdo por este hotel, es el tema de wifi en las habitaciones, creo que en el mundo que nos movemos, tendría que ser gratuitamente, por lo que seguramente si esto no cambia no volveré hacer una reserva en este hotel

Et OK hotel. Godt værelse. Gratis minibar med softdrinks. God Shuttlebus ordning, der er ret fleksibel. Kun få engelsktalende i personalet, selv i receptionsområdet. Ingen egentlig restaurant ( ikke i drift ), men man kan bestille nogle få retter. Internet adgang er kun mulig i lobbyen, ikke på værelset.
